Abstract

一种骨骼复位固定夹板,包括:骨外固定板和骨内固定板;骨外固定板为板状结构,骨外固定板的中间位置设置贯通骨外固定板的骨板开口,骨板开口对应尾端一侧的骨外固定板向下凹陷形成导向槽;骨内固定板为板状结构,骨内固定板中间设置弯折部,骨内固定板由骨板开口处穿过,骨内固定板的头端和尾端分别位于骨外固定板的上、下两侧,且骨内固定板的弯折部对应骨板开口位置;当骨外固定板和骨内固定板相固定时,骨内固定板的头端和骨外固定板的头端将位于两者之间的骨体夹紧,从而有效地将骨折两侧的骨体相固定,复位后的骨折位置不易发生位移松动,利于术后恢复。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨科医疗器械技术设备领域,具体说是骨科手术中的一种骨骼复位固定夹板。
技术背景
骨折是最常见的损伤之一,随着人口老龄化越发严重,骨折年发生率逐步上升,在骨科手术中需要使用复位器械使骨折后的骨体恢复到正常的位置,常用的接骨板一般都固定于骨体的外表面,需要将骨折两侧的骨体分别与接骨板相固定,当一侧的骨体无法应用螺钉固定时,常用的接骨板就不再适用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种骨骼复位固定夹板。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的骨骼复位固定夹板,包括:骨外固定板和骨内固定板;骨外固定板为板状结构,骨外固定板的中间位置设置贯通骨外固定板的骨板开口,骨板开口对应尾端一侧的骨外固定板向下凹陷形成导向槽;骨内固定板为板状结构,骨内固定板中间设置弯折部,骨内固定板由骨板开口处穿过,骨内固定板的头端和尾端分别位于骨外固定板的上、下两侧,且骨内固定板的弯折部对应骨板开口位置;骨外固定板的尾端和骨内固定板的尾端、导向槽槽底和骨内固定板的弯折部上分别设置对应的螺钉孔。

本发明的骨骼复位固定夹板中,骨外固定板的尾端与能够承受支撑力的一侧骨体外侧相固定,骨内固定板穿过骨外固定板上的骨板开口,骨内固定板的头端伸入到另一侧骨折骨体的内侧,当骨外固定板和骨内固定板相固定时,骨内固定板的头端和骨外固定板的头端将位于两者之间的骨体夹紧,从而有效地将骨折两侧的骨体相固定,复位后的骨折位置不易发生位移松动,利于术后恢复。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的骨骼复位固定夹板,包括:骨外固定板1和骨内固定板2;骨外固定板为板状结构,骨外固定板的中间位置设置贯通骨外固定板的骨板开口3,骨板开口对应尾端一侧的骨外固定板向下凹陷形成导向槽4;骨内固定板为板状结构,骨内固定板中间设置弯折部5,骨内固定板由骨板开口处穿过,骨内固定板的头端和尾端分别位于骨外固定板的上、下两侧,且骨内固定板的弯折部对应骨板开口位置;骨外固定板的尾端和骨内固定板的尾端、导向槽槽底和骨内固定板的弯折部上分别设置对应的螺钉孔6,使用时接骨螺钉将骨外固定板、骨内固定板和骨体相固定。根据实际的使用情况可以选用具有不同弯折部规格和不同头部形状的骨内固定板。
导向槽的槽底为弧面,且该弧面加工为光滑表面,从而便于骨内固定板穿出,骨板开口的边缘设置倒角,以避免骨外固定板在使用中损伤骨体。
所述的骨外固定板头端的下表面上设置向下的凸起7,骨内固定板头端的上表面上设置向上的凸起,骨外固定板上的凸起与骨内固定板上的凸起位置相对应。上述凸起可以分别设置多个,以扩大对骨体的夹紧固定效果

1.一种骨骼复位固定夹板,其特征在于,包括:骨外固定板和骨内固定板;骨外固定板为板状结构,骨外固定板的中间位置设置贯通骨外固定板的骨板开口,骨板开口对应尾端一侧的骨外固定板向下凹陷形成导向槽;骨内固定板为板状结构,骨内固定板中间设置弯折部,骨内固定板由骨板开口处穿过,骨内固定板的头端和尾端分别位于骨外固定板的上、下两侧,且骨内固定板的弯折部对应骨板开口位置;骨外固定板的尾端和骨内固定板的尾端、导向槽槽底和骨内固定板的弯折部上分别设置对应的螺钉孔。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨骼复位固定夹板,其特征在于:骨外固定板头端的下表面上设置向下的凸起,骨内固定板头端的上表面上设置向上的凸起。
