one end of the liquid outlet pipe (4) extends into the lower part of the inner side of the soap liquid bottle (2) from the soap liquid outlet (21) of the soap liquid bottle (2), and the other end extends to the upper part of the supporting plate (3) from the socket (31);
the soap liquid pump (5) is erected at one end of the upper surface of the supporting plate (3), the liquid inlet end of the soap liquid pump (5) is connected with one end, located above the supporting plate (3), of the liquid outlet pipe (4), and the liquid outlet end of the soap liquid pump (5) corresponds to the liquid outlet (12) of the box body (1);
the liquid outlet nozzle (6) is a pipe body, one end of the liquid outlet nozzle is inserted into the liquid outlet end of the soap liquid pump (5), and the other end of the liquid outlet nozzle is inserted into the liquid outlet (12) of the box body (1) and extends out of the liquid outlet (12) of the box body (1) to the outer side of the box body (1);
the driving motor (7) is erected at the other end of the upper surface of the supporting plate (3), and the output end of the driving motor (7) is in transmission connection with the soap liquid pump (5) through a shaft rod (71);

a user scans the two-dimensional code, accesses the cloud intelligent management platform (100), the cloud intelligent management platform (100) sends a power-on instruction to the control mainboard (30) in a standby state to activate the control mainboard (30) and control the driving motor (7) to be started, meanwhile, the control mainboard (30) returns confirmation information for executing the instruction to the cloud intelligent management platform (100), the cloud intelligent management platform (100) automatically records the times of receiving the confirmation information, the driving motor (7) drives the shaft lever (71) to rotate, the shaft lever (71) drives the soap pump (5) to suck soap in the soap bottle (2) through the liquid outlet pipe (4) and discharge the soap through the liquid outlet nozzle (6) for the user to use, the driving wheel (8) rotates the transmission control gear (9) to drive the control shaft (10) to synchronously rotate, the control end of the control shaft (10) rotates 360 degrees every time, the control end of the control shaft (10) touches the control receiving end of the switching controller (20) for 1 time, the switching controller (20) disconnects the control power supply of the control main board (30) for 1 time and then reconnects the control power supply of the control main board (30) for 1 time, so that the control power supply of the control main board (30) is controlled to be switched on and off in a flashing mode, the control main board (30) returns to a standby state again, power supply to the driving motor (7) is stopped, and one-time liquid soap discharging is completed;
one end, far away from the control gear (9), of the control shaft (10) is connected with a touch shifting piece (101), the touch shifting piece (101) forms a control end of the control shaft (10), and the touch shifting piece (101) is in a shape of a Chinese character 'shan';
correspondingly, a touch jack is formed in one face, facing the touch shifting piece (101), of the switching controller (20), a touch switch (201) is elastically inserted into the touch jack, every time the touch shifting piece (101) rotates by 360 degrees, the touch switch (201) is touched once, and the touch switch (201) forms a control receiving end of the switching controller (20).
