As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the installation method of the whole house customized display center provided by the present invention comprises the following steps:
s1 respectively assembling an A1 cabinet 1, an A2 cabinet 2, an A3 cabinet 3, an A4 cabinet 4, an A5 cabinet 5, an A6 cabinet 6 and an A7 cabinet 7;
s2, selecting adjacent A area and B area, wherein at least B area is close to the wall, assembling A1 cabinet 1, A2 cabinet 2, A3 cabinet 3, A4 cabinet 4, A5 cabinet 5, A6 cabinet 6 and A7 cabinet 7 into a combined A cabinet in A area;
s3, respectively assembling the main cabinet 80 and the pattern board area 81 on the main cabinet 80 at the area B, and then installing and scanning the integrated mechanism to form the combined type B cabinet 8 to complete the integral installation.
The A1 cabinet installation method comprises the following sub-steps:
s1, mounting the basic structure of the cabinet body including the left and right side plates, the top and bottom plates, the back plate and the fixed layers (including the first fixed layer 15, the second fixed layer 16 and the third fixed layer 17);
s2, placing the spray paint slot drawing plate at a position corresponding to the fixed layer and locking the spray paint slot drawing plate by using a self-tapping screw;
s3, the basic cabinet body structure of the shoe cabinet A is assembled;
s4, placing the movable layer particles in the cabinet body of the shoe cabinet B and installing the movable layer;
s5, the shoe cabinet A and the shoe cabinet B are arranged at the corresponding positions of the A1 cabinet face to face through the push-pull narrow cabinet guide rail so as to be pushed and pulled;
s6, assembling the standard lattice frame, the standard trousers frame, the adjustable trousers frame and the magnetic drawer;
s7, mounting the components, namely, mounting the magnetic drawer 14, the lattice frame 13, the trousers frame 12 and the adjustable trousers frame 11 from bottom to top, and mounting the trousers frame 12, the adjustable trousers frame 11 and the lattice frame 13 on the flush side plates;
s8, installing the down lamp, the wardrobe opening 10 and the handle on the A1 cabinet;
s9, the magnetic door plate 18 and the door plate cover plate are installed, and the rebounder is installed below the plate.
The A2 cabinet installation method comprises the following sub-steps:
s1, connecting the second fixed layer 26 and the third fixed layer 27 with the two painted pull groove plates A by self-tapping screws;
s2 splicing the middle side plate 22, the first fixed layer 25 and the back plate A21;
s3, assembling the cabinet bottom plate 29 and the left side plate 20;
s4, placing the three painted slotted boards A and the painted slotted board B into corresponding positions and locking the three painted slotted boards A and the painted slotted board B by using self-tapping screws;
s5, installing a baffle 28 on the first fixing layer 25, and installing a leg wire on the bottom plate 29;
s6, mounting the right side plate 24, the back plate B23 and the top plate of the cabinet body;
s7, the L-shaped support bottom is arranged on the bottom plate, and a felt pad is arranged on the bottom plate 29;
s8 fixing the upper and lower layer separating strips under the top plate and locking them above the felt pad, respectively.
The A3 cabinet installation method comprises the following sub-steps:
s1 mounting a first fixing layer, a first vertical sealing plate, and a first brace from inside to outside on the right side plate 37 and the bottom plate 39, aligning the braces, and locking the braces with iron corner connectors (4 corner connectors in a row) to form a first door frame assembly 30;
s2, mounting the next layer on the basis of the S1 structure, namely mounting a second vertical sealing plate, a second brace, a second transverse sealing plate and a second fixed layer to form a second door frame assembly 31;
s3 installing the third to sixth layers (wherein the sixth layer constitutes the top plate 38) as the above S2 structure, constituting the third door frame assembly 32, the fourth door frame assembly 33, the fifth door frame assembly 34 and the sixth door frame assembly 35;
s4, the cabinet leg wire and the left side plate 26 are installed;
s5, the L-shaped support bottom is locked under the bottom plate 39 by a self-tapping screw;
s6, locking the D-frame wooden door on the last layer on the first vertical sealing plate by iron corner connectors;
s7, the aluminum frame sample plate door is assembled from small to large according to the size sequence;
s8, mounting the last plastic uptake split door with small bevel edge on the cabinet body;
and S9, matching the corresponding aluminum frame door with the corresponding handle.
The A4 cabinet installation method comprises the following sub-steps:
s1, connecting the middle vertical plate 40 with the thick back by three-in-one connection;
s2 connecting the top plate and the bottom plate;
s3 connecting the left and right side plates;
s4 splicing the inclined wine grillwork 41 and the vertical wine grillwork 42;
s5, putting the assembled wine grillwork into the cabinet.
The A5 cabinet installation method comprises the following sub-steps:
s1, connecting the top and bottom plates of the cabinet body with the middle vertical plate and the thick back by using three-in-one connection;
s2 connects the left and right side plates.
The A6 cabinet installation method comprises the following sub-steps:
s1, assembling the left and right side plates, the top bottom plate, the back plate and the fixing layer;
s2, placing the plastic suction sealing plate assembly 60 at a corresponding position, wherein the rear part of the sealing plate is tightly attached to the back plate of the cabinet body;
s3, putting the 45-degree blister shelf into a corresponding position;
s4, installing the upper turnover door with handle 61 and the lower turnover door with handle 62 at the corresponding positions;
s5, the living layer granules are put in the living layer space 63 under the A6 cabinet.
The A7 cabinet installation method comprises the following sub-steps:
s1, connecting the top and bottom plates of the upper cabinet 70 with the middle vertical plate and the thick back by three-in-one connection;
s2, connecting the top bottom plate of the lower cabinet body 72 with the middle vertical plate and the thick back by using three-in-one connection;
s3, the two cabinets are integrally installed by the back plate 71;
s4, well installing the shutter in the door hinge display area;
s5, installing the glass laminate 78 and the glass laminate lamp in the cabinet body to the corresponding positions;
s6, locking the sliding door guide rail in the lower cabinet body by using a self-tapping screw, and mounting the sliding door 79 at the back;
s7, the aluminum strip lamp and the cabinet bottom induction lamp are installed at corresponding positions.
The B cabinet installation method comprises the following substeps:
s1, the panel, the bottom plate, the left and right side plates, the middle vertical plate and the thick back of the main cabinet body 80 are arranged into an integral structure;
s2, mounting the L-shaped support bottom on the bottom plate and protruding out of the bottom plate;
s3, fixing two upper plates on the left middle vertical plate and the right middle vertical plate;
s4, respectively bonding two sealing plates on the fixed two side plates by glass cement, and respectively bonding two plastic sucking sealing plates on the two ends of the front surface of the cabinet body by glass cement;
s5, assembling 5 drawers;
s6, placing and installing the drawer on the cabinet body;
s7, embedding and installing the two magnetic shield doors;
s8, placing two felt pads on the bottom plates at the left side and the right side, and fixing the separation strips on the cabinet body by self-tapping screws;
s9, adhering three plastic suction seal plates (a longitudinal plastic suction seal plate 86 and a transverse plastic suction seal plate 87) of the upper template area 81 on the cabinet body and the wall by using glass cement;
s10, fixing the wall-hung section bar 88 on the wall by screws, and placing the scanning all-in-one machine in the mounting area 89 of the scanning all-in-one machine at the spare position.
The whole house customized digital interaction and design center provided by the invention integrates a house design product system, covers all-line product materials, utilizes digital informationized software to visualize, modularize and experience the house design, can replace product plates and cool house music schemes in an effect picture through simple interaction, more intuitively displays the door-shaped space effect, can also manually draw faces, door shapes, communicate flowers and the like by DIY, ensures that the design and the customization are simpler and more convenient, effectively solves the problems of messy shop-front sample plate shortage, difficult communication between a designer and a client, hesitant sample selection of the client and the like, guides the client to communicate more quickly and accurately, and ensures that each client achieves the highest satisfaction degree.
