The invention provides a method and a system for sharing data among devices, wherein the method comprises a first device and a second device, the devices realize the rapid sharing of the data through a setting module, a transmission module, a storage module and an encryption module, wherein the setting module can set a data sharing mode according to the operation habits of users and the access requirements of the data, the transmission module carries out data transmission according to the setting result, and the storage and encryption module carries out storage and encryption operations at the same time, so that the data sharing efficiency and the convenience among the devices are improved.
