Instant messaging method and instant messaging system supporting message transmission channel classification
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of instant messaging, and in particular, to an instant messaging method and system supporting message transmission channel classification.
Background
Instant Messaging (IM) is a process of sending and receiving Instant messages between mobile phones, tablet computers and computer users by using a network, can transmit information such as characters, pictures, sound and video, and is a very popular and popular network application. Typical IM applications include WeChat, QQ, Skype, Source Bean, Enterprise WeChat and Ali nail, wherein the former three are mass consumption instant messaging systems facing public users, and the latter three are enterprise instant messaging systems facing enterprises or organizational users.
The existing instant communication systems are mainly used for interaction of public or internal information, and rarely relate to sensitive or confidential information, so that the existing instant communication systems have no targeted design in the aspect of security and only have basic functions of user identity authentication and data protection. However, in some government, military and other confidential industries, it is not enough to have these security functions, and the classification of instant messaging users and messages becomes a necessary function, and the messages sent and received by users of different levels also have different confidentiality. How to protect the security of instant messaging messages in a confidential application scenario becomes one of the main challenges of instant messaging at present.
Firstly, instant messaging users need to be classified, messages which can be seen by different users are different, and users of different classes enter a group communication and need to have corresponding authorization; secondly, instant messaging messages also need to be ranked, such as high-level messages, which cannot be seen by low-level users; finally, the transmission channels of the instant messaging messages of different levels also need to be graded to ensure that the messages are transmitted and displayed in the correct channels. Therefore, the information security system of instant messaging needs to be built at three levels of users, messages and channels.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly and completely apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an instant messaging method supporting message transmission channel classification, as shown in figure 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step S101, establishing message transmission channels with different levels and increasing level by level;
step S102, establishing a grading mechanism which is the same as a message transmission channel for the instant communication user and the instant communication message;
step S103, the instant communication messages of each level can only be transmitted in the message transmission channels of the same level;
in step S104, the instant messaging user can use the messaging channels of different levels to perform instant messaging.
Here, the message transmission channel refers to a network communication logical channel for instant messaging message transmission. Generally, it refers to a network communication logical path from an instant messaging client to another instant messaging client via an instant messaging server.
For step S101, the message transmission channel is divided into different levels, for example, E, D, C, B, A five levels, wherein the level E is the lowest, and the level a is the highest. The specific division into three levels, four levels, five levels or other levels can be determined according to specific instant messaging needs.
Aiming at the step S102, establishing a grading mechanism which is the same as a message transmission channel for the instant messaging user and the instant messaging message, and if the message transmission channel is divided into five grades, dividing the instant messaging user and the instant messaging message into five grades; by analogy, if the message transmission channel is divided into four levels, the instant communication user and the instant communication message are also divided into four levels; moreover, the grading is also increased step by step. According to the classification of the message transmission channels, the instant messaging users are correspondingly divided into E, D, C, B, A five levels which are increased step by step, and the instant messaging messages are correspondingly divided into E, D, C, B, A five levels which are increased step by step.
The rating of an instant message is typically determined by the rating of the instant messaging user, who by default will generate an instant message at its peer; of course, an instant messaging user can also generate instant messaging messages at a different level than the instant messaging user. Further, the ranking of instant messaging messages may also be determined by the keywords of the message, or by the file transmitted by the message.
For step S103, the instant messaging messages of each level can only be transmitted in the message transmission channels of the same level, for example, only the instant messaging messages of level B can be transmitted in the message transmission channel of level B, and only the instant messaging messages of level D can be transmitted in the message transmission channel of level D. Here, the level of the instant communication message to be sent is checked, whether the level is the same as the level of the message transmission channel is judged, if the level is the same as the level of the message transmission channel, the instant communication message is sent, otherwise, the instant communication message is not sent, and the instant communication user is prompted.
With respect to step S104, the instant messaging user can use different levels of messaging channels for instant messaging, including three practical cases:
(1) the instant communication users at the same level use the message transmission channel at the same level to carry out point-to-point or group instant communication and send and receive instant communication messages. For example, different level C users use a level C messaging channel for instant messaging, different level a users use a level a messaging channel for instant messaging, and different level D users use a level D messaging channel for instant messaging.
(2) The instant communication user can use the message transmission channel at the same level or lower level to establish point-to-point or group instant communication with the instant communication users at other levels, and send and receive instant communication messages. For example, a class C user and a class D user use a class D messaging channel for instant messaging, a class a user and a class B user, a class C user use a class C messaging channel for instant messaging, and a class B user and a class D user, a class E user use a class E messaging channel for instant messaging.
(3) The instant communication users of the low level can use the message transmission channel which is the same as the instant communication users of the high level to establish point-to-point or group communication with the instant communication users of other levels to send and receive instant communication messages under the authorization of the instant communication users of the high level. For example, the level-C user uses the level-A message transmission channel to perform instant communication with the level-A user under the authorization of the level-A user; the D-level user and the B-level user and the C-level user (authorized by the B-level user) use a B-level message transmission channel to carry out instant communication under the authorization of the B-level user; and the D-level user and the A-level user, the B-level user and the C-level user use a C-level message transmission channel to carry out instant communication under the authorization of the C-level user.
It can be seen that the basic principle of using the message transmission channel by the instant messaging user is as follows: the instant communication user can select to use the message transmission channel with the same level or lower level, if the message transmission channel with the higher level is used, the instant communication user must obtain the authorization of the instant communication user with the same level of the message transmission channel. Moreover, the authorization is time-efficient, and after the point-to-point instant communication or the group communication is completed, the authorization automatically expires.
The instant messaging method further comprises the following steps:
(1) establishing different message windows for message transmission channels of different levels, and storing instant communication messages of different levels in different files or folders;
(2) establishing different message forwarding mechanisms for message transmission channels of different levels, and configuring a forwarding-only strategy and a store-and-forward strategy, wherein when the forwarding-only strategy is configured, the forwarded instant messaging messages are not stored, and when the store-and-forward strategy is configured, the forwarded instant messaging messages need to be stored.
Here, the instant messaging method further explains the processing of messages at the instant messaging client and the instant messaging server. At the instant messaging client, different message transmission channels have different message inlets and outlets, namely message windows, and instant messaging messages with different levels are displayed on different message windows and are also stored in different files or folders. At the instant communication server, different message forwarding strategies can be configured for messages of different levels; the instant communication server supports two strategies of a forwarding strategy and a storing and forwarding strategy, the forwarding strategy can be configured for messages with low levels, the forwarded messages are not stored on the server, and the storing and forwarding strategy can be configured for messages with high levels, and the forwarded messages can be stored on the server. The purpose of message storage is for security and for security auditing.
In the instant messaging method, the message transmission channels of different levels can be distinguished through the safety protection capability, and the safety protection capability is gradually improved along with the improvement of the levels. Different security strategies are used for supporting configuration, and the configuration can be carried out on the aspects of encryption algorithm, key length, audit logs, access control, security monitoring, content security monitoring and the like. The different selection combinations of the encryption algorithm, the different key lengths, the different fine granularities of the audit logs, the strong and weak access control capability, the strong and weak security monitoring capability and the content security monitoring determine the level of the security protection capability of the message transmission channel. Generally, the higher the level of the message transmission channel, the stronger the security protection capability.
Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of an instant messaging system supporting message transmission channel classification according to the present invention. The invention discloses an instant communication system supporting message transmission channel classification, which consists of an instant communication client and an instant communication server, and comprises the following components:
supporting to establish message transmission channels of different levels which are increased step by step;
the method supports the establishment of a grading mechanism which is the same as a message transmission channel for instant messaging users and instant messaging messages;
the instant messaging information of each level can be transmitted only in the information transmission channel of the same level;
instant messaging users are supported to use different levels of messaging channels for instant messaging.
The message transmission channel established by the system is divided into different levels which are gradually increased from low to high, for example, E, D, C, B, A five levels, wherein the E level is the lowest, and the A level is the highest. The specific division into three levels, four levels, five levels or other levels can be determined according to the design requirements of the specific instant messaging system. For example, for a medium-sized enterprise, the message transmission channel may be divided into three levels, whereas for a large-sized enterprise across the country, five levels may be required.
Corresponding to the grade division of the message transmission channel, a grading mechanism which is the same as the message transmission channel is established for the instant communication user and the instant communication message, if the message transmission channel is divided into five grades, the instant communication user and the instant communication message are also divided into five grades; by analogy, if the message transmission channel is divided into four levels, the instant communication user and the instant communication message are also divided into four levels; moreover, the grading is also increased step by step. According to the classification of the message transmission channels, the instant messaging users are correspondingly divided into E, D, C, B, A five levels which are increased step by step, and the instant messaging messages are correspondingly divided into E, D, C, B, A five levels which are increased step by step.
The message transmission channels of different levels established by the instant communication system have different safety protection capabilities, and the message transmission channels are realized by configuring and using different safety strategies, so that specific configuration can be carried out on the aspects of encryption algorithm, key length, audit logs, access control, safety monitoring, content safety monitoring and the like.
The instant messaging system supports that instant messaging messages of each level can only be transmitted in the message transmission channel of the same level, for example, only instant messaging messages of B level can be transmitted in the message transmission channel of B level, and only instant messaging messages of D level can be transmitted in the message transmission channel of D level. Here, the instant messaging client checks the level of the instant messaging message to be sent, judges whether the level is the same as the level of the message transmission channel, sends the message if the level is the same as the level of the message transmission channel, otherwise does not send the message, and prompts the instant messaging user.
The instant communication client supports to establish different message windows for message transmission channels of different levels, the message windows are mutually independent, have different window titles and are distinguished by adopting different colors, textures or background images; also, instant messaging messages of different levels are stored in different files or folders. One specific embodiment can be seen in fig. 3.
Moreover, the instant communication server supports to establish different message forwarding mechanisms for message transmission channels of different levels, can be configured to be two strategies of a forwarding strategy and a storing and forwarding strategy, and when the strategy is configured to be the forwarding strategy, the forwarded instant communication message is not stored on the instant communication server; when configured as a store-and-forward policy, the forwarded instant messaging message is stored on the instant messaging server. For a message transmission channel with high security requirement, the message needs to be stored in the server to prevent data loss and for security audit.
Fig. 3 is a display diagram of an interface of an instant messaging client according to an embodiment of the present invention. Different levels of messaging channels have different messaging windows with different window titles, which may be distinguished by different colors, textures or background maps in order to emphasize and alert the instant messaging user of the current messaging channel. For example, the message windows at level A, B, C, D, E may be represented by red, orange, yellow, green, and blue, different background maps may be used, and different texture maps may be used, which are all used to distinguish different message windows, and thus express the difference between different message transmission channels. Also, instant messaging messages of different levels are stored in different files or folders.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above-mentioned embodiments are only specific embodiments of the present invention, which are used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that: any person skilled in the art can modify or easily conceive the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments or equivalent substitutes for some technical features within the technical scope of the present disclosure; such modifications, changes or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included therein. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
