Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wireless ligation technology and signal anti-interference filtering, in particular to a multifunctional circuit interface board applied to GYK equipment.
Background
The rear panel of the rail car running control equipment (GYK equipment for short) on the existing rail car is equivalent to a bridge interface for the interaction connection of the GYK equipment and other equipment on the rail car, and plays a key role in the communication of the GYK equipment and the other equipment or sensors. The existing GYK equipment or aviation seat of a DMI equipment case on the railway car is provided with a traditional manual welding wiring technology when being wired out, and a magnetic ring is sleeved on the tail of each aviation seat in order to prevent electromagnetic interference.

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional circuit interface board applied to GYK equipment, which not only improves the reliability of signal connection introduced to a PCB (printed circuit board) through an aviation socket, but also has an anti-interference filtering function.

Noun interpretation
GYK device: the rail car operation control equipment.
European style socket: a board-to-board connector for a PCB board.
Electromagnetic compatibility (i.e. Electromagnetic Compatibility): by which is meant the ability of a device or system to operate satisfactorily in its electromagnetic environment without causing intolerable electromagnetic disturbance to any device in its environment.
Welding pin type aviation socket: an aerial socket that can be directly soldered onto a PCB board.
FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a multifunctional circuit interface board applied to GYK equipment according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a circuit interface board provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes an euro-type socket unit 1, an electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection circuit unit 2, and an aviation socket unit 3, which are sequentially connected.
The aerial socket unit 3 includes a plurality of aerial sockets; each aviation socket is welded on the PCB through a wireless binding connection process. The aviation socket is a welding pin type aviation socket. Preferably, the aviation socket is an XCB series soldering pin aviation socket.
The European socket unit 1 and the aviation socket unit 2 are both two-way communication units, namely the European socket unit 1 is a signal output end or a signal input end of the circuit interface board; the aviation socket unit 3 is a signal input end or a signal output end of the circuit interface board.
The European-style socket unit 1 is mainly in butt joint with the backboard to complete signal transfer. The electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection filtering unit 2 mainly completes electromagnetic interference protection filtering of input and output signals. The aviation socket unit 3 is mainly a hardware interface for connecting the GYK device with other devices or sensors.
The signal introduced by the circuit interface board through the aviation socket unit 3 is output through the European socket unit 1 after being subjected to electromagnetic interference protection and filtration by the electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection and filtration unit 2 or the signal introduced by the circuit interface board through the European socket unit 1 is output through the aviation socket unit 3 after being subjected to electromagnetic interference protection and filtration by the electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection and filtration unit 2.
Wherein the European style socket unit 1 comprises a plurality of European style sockets; the number of the European style sockets is determined according to actual hardware requirements. The 12 aviation sockets all adopt XCB series welding pin type aviation sockets. The circuit interface board introduces signals required by the GYK host through the aviation socket, and specifically comprises signals such as a speed sensor, a wind pressure sensor, working condition signals, braking signals, eight display lamps, a machine induction coil, a 24V power supply, RS422 signals, CAN signals, voice input/output and the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection filter unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection filtering unit disclosed by the invention is used for protecting a 24V power supply of a rail car for supplying power to GYK equipment and filtering signal protection of a wind pressure sensor, a speed sensor, a working condition signal, a communication signal and the like.
The electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection filtering unit enhances the anti-interference capability of a GYK device power line and a communication bus through electromagnetic interference protection of a GYK device input power supply and GYK device communication signals. The GYK interface board is added with an electromagnetic interference filter unit circuit and combined with electromagnetic interference protection circuits on other boards of GYK equipment, so that the GYK equipment integrally meets the electromagnetic compatibility requirement of the railway vehicle-mounted equipment.
The electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection filtering unit comprises a power electromagnetic interference protection filtering subunit and a signal electromagnetic interference protection filtering subunit.
As shown in fig. 2, the power electromagnetic interference protection filter subunit mainly comprises a fuse, a lightning surge absorbing circuit, a pulse group absorbing filter, a reverse connection preventing protection circuit and an output filter capacitor which are connected in sequence; the fusing type fuse is also connected with the aviation socket unit; the output filter capacitor is also connected with the European socket unit.
The signal electromagnetic interference protection filter subunit mainly comprises a TVS protection tube and a magnetic bead filter circuit which are connected in sequence; the TVS protection tube is also connected with the aviation socket unit; the magnetic bead filter circuit is also connected with the European type socket unit;
the 24V power supply enters the European type socket unit after passing through a fuse type fuse, a lightning surge absorption circuit combined by a safety capacitor and a piezoresistor, a pulse group absorption filter, a differential mode inductor, a high-voltage ceramic chip capacitor, a reverse connection prevention protection circuit, a TVS tube and an output filter capacitor.
The working condition, braking and eight-display lamp signals are connected with a power resistor, a TVS tube and a magnetic bead filter circuit to protect the signals.
In order to further improve the connection reliability of GYK equipment and other equipment or sensors and increase the usability, the invention solves the defects of the original equipment internal manual wiring mode in the aspect of manufacturing process and signal interference problems, and applies the electromagnetic interference protection circuit device to GYK products formed by an interface board of the vehicle-mounted GYK equipment and other functional board cards together, thereby meeting the requirements of various electromagnetic compatibility of the rail vehicle GYK equipment, and simultaneously introducing a wireless connection aviation seat manufacturing process, so as to obtain the circuit interface board with electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection and welding reliability. The circuit interface board solves the technical problems of troublesome production, manufacture, maintenance and disassembly of manual wiring, well compensates the technical problems of excessive reliability, usability, poor equipment shock resistance and the like of the manual internal wiring lead in the traditional chassis, and simultaneously avoids the signal interference problem.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the XCB series welding pin type aviation socket can be directly welded on the PCB by adopting a wireless binding connection process, so that the problem of welding false welding and misplug wiring in wired binding connection is avoided. And the wireless binding connection process is more suitable for the use environment of the vehicle-mounted equipment.
2. The circuit interface board PCB is provided with the electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection circuit unit with functions of lightning surge, rapid transient pulse group, static electricity and the like, so that electromagnetic interference signals from the outside cannot enter the GYK equipment and do not affect the work of each board card of the GYK equipment, and meanwhile, electromagnetic signals generated by the GYK equipment cannot interfere other equipment on the rail car through a power supply and a communication cable, so that the GYK equipment meets the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the on-car equipment of the rail car.

the signals introduced by the aviation socket unit are output through the European socket unit after being subjected to electromagnetic interference protection and filtration by the electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection and filtration unit or the signals introduced by the European socket unit are output through the aviation socket unit after being subjected to electromagnetic interference protection and filtration by the electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic interference protection and filtration unit;
the aviation socket is a welding pin type aviation socket;
