As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the sensor fixing device includes an adapter bracket 5 fixed to the insulating support column 1 and a sensor holder 3 fixed to the adapter bracket 5, and the attitude sensor is mounted on the sensor holder 3. Referring to fig. 7, the adapter 5 includes a male tab 11 inserted between the bottom flange 2 and a bolt fastening the bottom flange 2 to the frame body, and the male tab 11 has a slot 10 engaged with the bolt. The card slot 10 includes a front straight section and a rear curved section such that the card slot 10 is a U-shaped slot with a forward facing opening. The arc-shaped section of the clamping groove 10 wraps the bolt fastening the bottom flange 2 on the frame body right, and the effect of preventing the bolt from loosening is achieved. The adapter bracket 5 is provided with an adapter fixing plate 9 extending backwards at the rear side of the positioning arc plate 6.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the sensor holder 3 includes a fixed cylinder 4 sleeved on the adapter fixing plate 9, and the fixed cylinder 4 includes an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate which are oppositely arranged up and down and side plates respectively located at two sides of the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate. The switching fixing plate 9 inserted in the fixing cylinder 4 is tightly attached to the lower fixing plate before fixing, the lower fixing plate is fixedly connected with a connecting nut 7, and the lower fixing plate is provided with a through hole penetrating through the connecting nut 7. A fastening bolt 8 penetrates through the connecting nut 7, the upper end of the fastening bolt 8 penetrates out of the lower fixing plate and presses the switching fixing plate 9 onto the upper fixing plate, and the sensor seat 3 is fixedly connected with the switching frame 5. As shown in fig. 4, a locking nut 12 is sleeved on the upper end of the fastening bolt 8 for locking the fastening bolt 8 when the fastening bolt 8 presses the adapter bracket against the upper fixing plate, so as to prevent the fastening bolt 8 from loosening. In other embodiments, the fastening bolt can also be directly screwed on the lower fixing plate. Fixedly connected with installation attitude sensor's mounting panel on the upper fixed plate, the mounting panel is the rectangular plate, and the four corners department of rectangular mounting panel has the connecting hole that is used for being connected with attitude sensor. In other embodiments, the attitude sensor may be mounted directly on the upper fixing plate; the side plates on the two sides of the upper and lower fixing plates can be replaced by connecting rods or connecting ribs.
The isolating switch in the embodiment is an open high-voltage isolating switch, the voltage level is high, and the requirement on the protection level is high during live-line operation. Therefore, when the attitude sensor is overhauled and replaced in an electrified way, a solid wrench with an operating rod is adopted to disassemble and assemble the sensor seat 3 at the lower side of the isolating switch. As shown in fig. 4, during disassembly, the locking nut 12 is firstly unscrewed by a solid wrench with an operating rod, the fastening bolt 8 is unscrewed by a socket wrench with an operating rod, and the sensor holder 3 is lifted and translated by the socket wrench with an operating rod and then is removed from the adapter 5; during installation, the sensor seat 3 is lifted by a socket wrench with an operating rod, the sensor seat is moved to the switching fixing plate 9 and is positioned in the fixing cylinder 4, the fastening bolt 8 is screwed down to fix the sensor seat 3 on the switching frame 5, and then the locking nut 12 is screwed down by a solid wrench with an operating rod to prevent the fastening bolt 8 from loosening. For better adaptation to a socket wrench with an operating rod, the length of the nut of the fastening bolt 8 is greater than the length of the coupling nut 7. In other embodiments, during disassembly, the locking nut 12 and the fastening bolt 8 can be sequentially unscrewed through a solid wrench with an operating rod, and then the sensor seat 3 is taken down from the adapter bracket 5 in a lifting manner, so that the attitude sensor fixed on the sensor seat 3 can be transported, inspected and maintained; during installation, the sensor seat 3 is lifted by a solid wrench with an operating rod until the adapter fixing plate 9 is positioned in the fixing cylinder 4, and then the fastening bolt 8 and the locking nut 12 are sequentially screwed so as to fix the sensor seat 3 on the adapter bracket 5. In other embodiments, the sensor holder 3 can be mounted or dismounted by controlling the depth of the socket wrench with the operating rod sleeved on the fastening bolt 8 and the locking nut 12 to operate the fastening bolt and the locking nut respectively, and the peripheral dimension of the head of the fastening bolt 8 is required to be equal to the peripheral dimension of the head of the locking nut 12.
The operation principle of the isolating switch of the invention is as follows: when the sensor fixing device is installed for the first time, the isolating switch needs to be powered off, the adapter rack 5 is installed on the bottom flange 2, the sensor seat 3 provided with the attitude sensor is fixed on the adapter rack 5 through the fastening bolt 8, and the sensor fixing device is powered on for use. When the attitude sensor needs to be repaired or replaced, a solid wrench with an operating rod is sleeved on the locking nut 12, the operating rod is rotated to unscrew the locking nut 12, then a socket wrench with the operating rod is sleeved on the fastening bolt 8, the fastening bolt is unscrewed to loosen the fastening connection between the sensor seat 3 and the adapter frame 5, the sensor seat 3 is lifted and separated from the adapter frame 5 through the socket wrench with the operating rod, then the attitude sensor is repaired or replaced on the ground, and finally the sensor seat 3 is lifted and fixed on the adapter frame 5 by using the socket wrench with the operating rod.
The second embodiment of the isolating switch of the invention is different from the first embodiment of the isolating switch in that the adapter bracket in the second embodiment is provided with bolt mounting plates in parallel at intervals below the adapter fixing plate, fastening bolts are arranged on the bolt mounting plates, when the sensor seat is fastened, the fastening bolts are abutted against the bottom plate of the sensor seat and the adapter fixing plate to realize fixation, when the isolating switch is disassembled, the fastening bolts are unscrewed, and the sensor seat is disassembled through a solid wrench with an operating rod and a socket wrench with an operating rod.
The third embodiment of the isolating switch of the invention is different from the first embodiment of the isolating switch in that the adapter bracket and the sensor seat in the present embodiment are inserted and installed in a manner that the circular shaft and the cylinder are matched.
The fourth embodiment of the isolating switch of the present invention is different from the first embodiment of the isolating switch in that in the present embodiment, after the fixing of the sensor seat and the adapter bracket is released by the solid wrench with the operating rod, the sensor seat can be removed by the clamp, and the corresponding sensor seat has a clamping portion adapted to the clamp.
