本发明公开了一种铝合金电缆,主要包括电缆本体、聚氨酯防水层、硅胶干燥剂、防火封堵层、电缆保护层、主铝芯、感应开关、副铝芯、水分检测仪和警示灯,所述电缆本体外侧设置一层聚氨酯防水层;所述聚氨酯防水层内侧固定硅胶干燥剂;所述硅胶干燥剂上设置感应开关;所述硅胶干燥剂与防火封堵层固定连接;所述防火封堵层内侧与电缆保护层固定连接;所述电缆内部设置副铝芯;所述电缆本体内部设置主铝芯;所述电缆本体内部设置水分检测仪;所述水分检测仪与感应开关电性连接;所述显示屏上设置警示灯;所述警示灯与水分检测仪电性连接。该发明的有益效果是可以保护电缆防水、防潮、防火和韧性较强。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种铝合金电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆是指用于电力、通信及相关传输用途的材料。“电线”和“电缆”并没有严格的界限。通常将芯数少、产品直径小、结构简单的产品称为电线,没有绝缘的称为裸电线,其他的称为电缆;导体截面积较大的(大于6平方毫米)称为大电线,较小的(小于或等于6平方毫米)称为小电线,绝缘电线又称为布电线。电线电缆主要包括裸线、电磁线及电机电器用绝缘电线、电力电缆、通信电缆与光缆。
但是现有技术中的电缆在使用中容易受潮,在受潮之后容易漏电导致受伤,不能及时的进行对电缆内部干燥,而且缠绕的杂乱无章不容易整理。
因此,发明一种铝合金电缆显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的容易受潮漏电、不防水和杂乱无章的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种铝合金电缆,包括电缆本体、聚氨酯防水层、硅胶干燥剂、防火封堵层、电缆保护层、主铝芯、感应开关、副铝芯、电缆、水分检测仪、显示屏、警示灯、紧固螺母、电缆线分散加紧块和旋紧头,所述电缆本体外侧设置一层聚氨酯防水层;所述聚氨酯防水层内侧固定硅胶干燥剂;所述硅胶干燥剂上设置感应开关;所述硅胶干燥剂与防火封堵层固定连接;所述防火封堵层内侧与电缆保护层固定连接;所述电缆保护层内包裹电缆;所述电缆内部设置副铝芯;所述电缆本体内部设置主铝芯;所述电缆本体内部设置水分检测仪;所述水分检测仪与感应开关电性连接;所述电缆本体表面设置显示屏;所述显示屏上设置警示灯;所述警示灯与水分检测仪电性连接;所述电缆本体端部设置紧固螺母;所述紧固螺母右端与电缆线分散加紧块固定连接;所述电缆线分散加紧块与旋紧头固定连接。
进一步,所述电缆本体内部设置有五根电缆。
进一步,所述电缆本体内设置有五根副铝芯和一根主铝芯。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该铝合金电缆,在电缆的最内层设置电缆保护层,可以保护电缆的性能,在电缆保护层外一侧设置防火封堵层4,在电缆短路导致燃烧的时候可以阻燃,并且设置有水分检测仪可以检测电缆里的受潮程度,并通过感应开关开启硅胶干燥剂进行干燥,在电缆表面设置显示屏还可以显示水分检测仪检测的水分的含量,在最外层设置聚氨酯防水层,可以保护电缆防止进水,在电缆内部设置有钢芯可以防止电缆缠绕的杂乱无章,并且在电缆端部设置有与设备连接部分,便于连接和紧固。

本发明提供了如图1和图2所示的一种铝合金电缆,包括电缆本体1、聚氨酯防水层2、硅胶干燥剂3、防火封堵层4、电缆保护层5、主铝芯6、感应开关7、副铝芯15、电缆8、水分检测仪9、显示屏10、警示灯11、紧固螺母12、电缆线分散加紧块13和旋紧头14,所述电缆本体1外侧设置一层聚氨酯防水层2;所述聚氨酯防水层2内侧固定硅胶干燥剂3;所述硅胶干燥剂3上设置感应开关7;所述硅胶干燥剂3与防火封堵层4固定连接;所述防火封堵层4内侧与电缆保护层5固定连接;所述电缆保护层5内包裹电缆8;所述电缆8内部设置副铝芯15;所述电缆本体1内部设置主铝芯6;所述电缆本体1内部设置水分检测仪9;所述水分检测仪9与感应开关7电性连接;所述电缆本体1表面设置显示屏10;所述显示屏10上设置警示灯11;所述警示灯11与水分检测仪9电性连接;所述电缆本体1端部设置紧固螺母12;所述紧固螺母12右端与电缆线分散加紧块13固定连接;所述电缆线分散加紧块13与旋紧头14固定连接。
进一步,所述电缆本体1内部设置有五根电缆8。
进一步,所述电缆本体1内设置有五根副铝芯15和一根主铝芯6。
工作原理:该铝合金电缆,在电缆的最内层设置电缆保护层5,可以保护电缆的性能,在电缆保护层5外一侧设置防火封堵层4,在电缆短路导致燃烧的时候可以阻燃,并且设置有水分检测仪9可以检测电缆里的受潮程度,并通过感应开关7开启硅胶干燥剂3进行干燥,在电缆表面设置显示屏10还可以显示水分检测仪9检测的水分的含量,在最外层设置聚氨酯防水层2,可以保护电缆防止进水,在电缆内部设置有钢芯可以防止电缆缠绕的杂乱无章,并且在电缆端部设置有与设备连接部分,便于连接和紧固。

1.一种铝合金电缆,包括电缆本体(1)、聚氨酯防水层(2)、硅胶干燥剂(3)、防火封堵层(4)、电缆保护层(5)、主铝芯(6)、感应开关(7)、副铝芯(14)、电缆(8)、水分检测仪(9)、显示屏(10)、警示灯(11)、紧固螺母(12)、电缆线分散加紧块(13)和旋紧头(14),其特征在于:所述电缆本体(1)外侧设置一层聚氨酯防水层(2);所述聚氨酯防水层(2)内侧固定硅胶干燥剂(3);所述硅胶干燥剂(3)上设置感应开关(7);所述硅胶干燥剂(3)与防火封堵层(4)固定连接;所述防火封堵层(4)内侧与电缆保护层(5)固定连接;所述电缆保护层(5)内包裹电缆(8);所述电缆(8)内部设置副铝芯(14);所述电缆本体(1)内部设置主铝芯(6);所述电缆本体(1)内部设置水分检测仪(9);所述水分检测仪(9)与感应开关(7)电性连接;所述电缆本体(1)表面设置显示屏(10);所述显示屏(10)上设置警示灯(11);所述警示灯(11)与水分检测仪(9)电性连接;所述电缆本体(1)端部设置紧固螺母(12);所述紧固螺母(12)右端与电缆线分散加紧块(13)固定连接;所述电缆线分散加紧块(13)与旋紧头(14)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆本体(1)内部设置有五根电缆(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆本体(1)内设置有五根副铝芯(14)和一根主铝芯(6)。
