When the original file does not exist, the related information of the file in the system can be obtained by searching or analyzing and judging the similarity of the file in the system.

Background
At present, the files are transmitted among people generally through communication modes such as a U disk, a mail or a QQ. the information extracted by the information extraction module comprises information of a file sender, sending time, downloading time, software information or hardware information adopted by file transmission, file name, file keyword, file content, file storage position, file receiver information and information fed back by a file receiver; the software information adopted by file transmission comprises APP information and webpage information; the hardware information comprises information of a U disk or a mobile hard disk; the file recording system further comprises: the login module is used for providing a login interface and receiving login information and a login request input by a user; the authorization module is used for granting the user access, search or display permission; the setting module is used for manually setting or adding relevant information of deleted files; the searching module is used for inputting related words to search related information of the file; and the file analysis module is used for analyzing the similarity of the initial files related to the feedback files of the file receiver and searching the files with high similarity.
