Abstract

Technical Field

Background
In the ceramic ware manufacturing process, a ball blank formed by extruding ball clay through an extruder needs to be dried for a long time in a constant temperature and humidity drying room. In the existing treatment method, the ball clay blanks are usually placed in a plurality of drying frames, and the plurality of drying frames are stacked in a drying room for drying during drying, so that the ball clay blanks are dried as much as possible in the limited space of the drying room.
However, the existing drying frames need to be stacked together one by one or disassembled one by a worker operating a forklift, and after drying is completed, the drying frames need to be overturned to pour the ball clay blanks onto the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt conveys the ball clay blanks out of the drying room. Therefore, a plurality of workers are required to work in the drying room with higher temperature and humidity, the working environment is severe, the working efficiency can be influenced, and the labor cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drying rack for the ball clay, which can be lifted one by utilizing automatic equipment after drying, can automatically discharge the dried ball clay from the drying rack and stack the dried ball clay on a conveyor belt, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency and reducing the number of workers required to operate in a drying room.

At least two lifting rings 130 are arranged at the upper end of the vertical support 110, and an electric push rod 200 is further arranged on the vertical support 110.
As shown in fig. 2, one end of the horizontal support plate 120 is provided with a rotation shaft 121, the rotation shaft 121 is hinged to the vertical support 110, and the other end abuts against the electric push rod 200.
