The aluminum alloy casting machine is important equipment for producing aluminum alloy cast ingots, and the equipment level of the aluminum alloy casting machine directly influences the quality of the aluminum alloy cast ingots. The internal guide type hydraulic casting machine has the advantages of high guide precision, high production efficiency, stable control and the like, and is widely applied to the production process of aluminum and aluminum alloy ingots. The inner guide type hydraulic casting machine has elevating executing element of inner guide type casting plug cylinder comprising cylinder body, plunger rod, inner guide, sealing unit, dust preventing unit, oil-water separator, etc. the cylinder body is made of wear resistant ceramic material. In the casting process of the aluminum and aluminum alloy vertical shaft, due to improper operation, an aluminum ingot easily falls into the vertical shaft to collide with the cylinder body of the internal guide type hydraulic casting machine, so that ceramic materials on the surface of the cylinder body are damaged, oil and air leakage of the oil cylinder are caused, and the equipment cannot work normally. The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a method which can quickly repair the damaged part of the ceramic layer on the surface of the hydraulic oil cylinder, and has good repairing effect and low repairing cost.

(2) mixing a polymer composite material and a curing agent according to a mass ratio of 2: 1, blending, adding metal solid powder accounting for 0.1 percent of the blending material according to the mass ratio, blending to be sufficiently and uniformly, and normally curing for at least 24 hours to obtain a repairing material; the polymer composite material is thermosetting composite resin; the curing agent is low molecular polyamide; the metal solid powder is zinc phosphate solid powder;
(3) heating a part needing to be repaired on the surface of the hydraulic oil cylinder, namely a damaged part to 300-400 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-10 min, then cooling to 95-105 ℃, and cleaning the heated combustion impurities by using alcohol;
(4) firstly, coating a layer of repairing material on a damaged part, pressing the repairing material into all micropores of the damaged part, and then uniformly coating the repairing material on the damaged part;
(5) an air heater or a baking lamp is adopted to heat the repairing surface, and the repairing material is subjected to post-curing treatment, so that the mechanical property and the chemical property of the repairing material are improved;
(6) and processing the repaired part to make the smoothness consistent with that of the original.
And (4) processing the repaired part to be consistent with the smoothness of the original part in the step (6), wherein the processing method comprises but is not limited to machining, grinding and scraping.
The invention has at least the following advantages:

(2) mixing the polymer composite material with a curing agent according to the ratio of 2: 1, adding 0.1% of metal solid powder after blending, blending and curing to obtain a repair material, and after subsequent heating, coating and baking, the repair material can be well combined with the original surface ceramic layer of the hydraulic oil cylinder into a whole, and the mechanical property and the chemical property which are close to those of the original surface ceramic layer of the hydraulic oil cylinder are achieved, so that an ideal repair effect is obtained;
(3) the process is scientific and reasonable, the repair material with reasonable proportion is adopted, the broken part of the ceramic layer on the surface of the hydraulic oil cylinder is repaired by the scientific repair process, the repair effect is good, the repair cost is low, and the repaired hydraulic oil cylinder can be put into use immediately.

(1) polishing along the damage point of the ceramic layer on the surface of the oil cylinder by using a polishing machine, cleaning impurities on the damage point, and cleaning by using acetone to ensure that the surface is clean, dry and firm;

(3) heating the part needing to be repaired on the surface of the hydraulic oil cylinder, namely the damaged part, to 300-320 ℃, keeping the temperature for 10min, then cooling to 95-105 ℃, and cleaning combustion impurities generated during heating by adopting alcohol;
(4) firstly coating a layer of repairing material on a damaged part, pressing the repairing material into all micropores of the damaged part, and then uniformly coating the repairing material on the damaged part, wherein the coating area of the repairing material is slightly larger than that of a repairing surface;
(5) an air heater is adopted to heat the repairing surface, and post-curing treatment is carried out on the repairing material, so that the mechanical property and the chemical property of the repairing material are improved;
(6) and machining the repaired part to make the repaired part smooth and consistent with the original part.
Example 2
A method for repairing a ceramic layer on the surface of an internal guide type hydraulic oil cylinder comprises the following steps:

(5) an air heater is adopted to heat the repairing surface, and post-curing treatment is carried out on the repairing material, so that the mechanical property and the chemical property of the repairing material are improved;
(6) and (5) polishing the repaired part until the smoothness is consistent with that of the original.
Example 3

(5) a baking lamp is adopted to heat the repairing surface, and the repairing material is subjected to post-curing treatment, so that the mechanical property and the chemical property of the repairing material are improved;
(6) and scraping and processing the repaired part until the smoothness is consistent with that of the original.
The thermosetting composite resin, the low molecular polyamide and the zinc phosphate solid powder can be purchased from the market. The thermosetting composite resin can be epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc.

(1) polishing along the damage point of the ceramic layer on the surface of the oil cylinder by using a polishing machine, cleaning impurities on the damage point, and cleaning by using acetone to ensure that the surface is clean, dry and firm;
