Abstract
本发明涉及一种包装盒,包括有盒体,盒体上设有若干个储存腔,盒体的上表面设有橡胶制成的密封片,所述的密封片上对应各储存腔位置分别设有切缝,位于切缝两侧的密封片抵触,储存腔沿纵向呈若干排设置,每排包括有沿横向间隔设置的两个储存腔,盒体上对应每排储存腔正下方位置分别设有通槽,通槽内沿横向滑动设有抽拉板,各储存腔与正下方对应的通槽导通,抽拉板上对应正上方的两个储存腔位置分别设有斜坡,左侧储存腔正下方的斜坡的高度由左向右逐渐变大,右侧储存腔正下方的斜坡的高度由左向右变小。采用上述技术方案,本发明提供了一种包装盒,其可以根据需要取出对应的储存腔内的容器,不会影响其它储存腔内的容器;而且,取出更加方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装盒。
背景技术
在一些特殊场合(如医疗、化工等领域),需要对容器(如试管、器皿等)进行很好地密封存储及运输,为了满足上述存储及运输,现有的包装盒包括有盒体,盒体上设有若干个储存腔,盒体的上表面设有薄膜,薄膜盖设在储存腔上,盒体上还设有盒盖,盒盖盖设在盒体上。但是,这种结构的包装盒,其结构过于简单,虽然能满足密封存储及运输,但是,一旦薄膜拆除,储存腔内的各容器均暴露在外,一些灰尘、杂质等会影响容器内的物质,导致不必要的麻烦;再者,容器一般都低于储存腔设置,在将容器取出时,需要通过镊子才能将其取出,操作不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种包装盒,其可以根据需要取出对应的储存腔内的容器,不会影响其它储存腔内的容器;而且,取出更加方便。
本发明的技术方案:一种包装盒,包括有盒体,盒体上设有若干个储存腔,盒体上还设有盒盖,盒盖盖设在盒体上,其特征在于:盒体的上表面设有橡胶制成的密封片,所述的密封片上对应各储存腔位置分别设有切缝,位于切缝两侧的密封片抵触,储存腔沿纵向呈若干排设置,每排包括有沿横向一左一右间隔设置的两个储存腔,盒体上对应每排储存腔正下方位置分别设有通槽,通槽内沿横向滑动设有抽拉板,各储存腔与正下方对应的通槽导通,抽拉板上对应正上方的两个储存腔位置分别设有用于支撑储存腔内容器的斜坡,左侧储存腔正下方的斜坡的高度由左向右逐渐变大,右侧储存腔正下方的斜坡的高度由左向右变小。
采用上述技术方案,当需要取出其中一排左侧的储存腔内的容器时,只需要选择对应该排储存腔位置正下方的抽拉板,然后,将抽拉板沿横向向左拉动,位于该储存腔下方的斜坡会推动容器向上顶出,从该储存腔上方密封片的切缝中露出,这样不会影响其它储存腔内的容器;而且,取出更加方便。
本发明的进一步设置:各储存腔的下端口处沿其周向内壁设有环形橡胶圈。
采用上述进一步设置,当其中一个储存腔内的容器取出时,橡胶圈可以减缓位于该排储存腔的另一储存腔内容器下滑的速度,避免其破损。
本发明的再进一步设置:各储存腔的下端口处沿其周向内壁设有环形凹槽,橡胶圈嵌设在凹槽内。
采用上述再进一步设置,这样可以使得橡胶圈不会被容器带动上下运动,定位更加稳定。
本发明的再更进一步设置:所述的盒体包括有基体,通槽设置在基体上,基体上设有若干个凹腔,凹腔与储存腔的数量相匹配,凹腔内设有座体,座体的上表面与基体的上表面对齐,储存腔设置在座体上,座体与凹腔内壁卡扣配合,斜坡的顶部与座体的底部抵触。
采用上述再更进一步设置,将盒体分体设置,不仅可以方便对通槽以及座体上储存腔的加工;还可以方便对橡胶圈的安装。
本发明的再更进一步设置:所述的密封片与基体经固定胶固定。
采用上述再更进一步设置,密封片通过固定胶与基体固定,连接牢靠,在容器从切缝推出时,密封片不会脱落。
本发明的再更进一步设置:抽拉板的底部设有导向筋,通槽的底部对应导向筋位置设有导向槽,导向筋滑动设置在导向槽内。
采用上述再更进一步设置,通过导向筋和导向槽配合实现抽拉板与盒体的滑动配合,结构简单,滑动更加平稳。
本发明的再更进一步设置:各斜坡的倾斜角度为0-45度。
采用上述再更进一步设置,当其中一个储存腔内的容器取出时,这种角度的斜坡可以进一步减缓位于该排储存腔的另一储存腔内容器下滑的速度,避免其破损。
本发明的再更进一步设置:所述的抽拉板的两外侧壁上分别设有拉环。
采用上述再更进一步设置,拉环可以方便将抽拉板向左或向右拉出,操作更加方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-8所示,一种包装盒,包括有盒体1,盒体1上设有若干个储存腔2,盒体1上还设有盒盖3,盒盖3盖设在盒体1上,盒盖3与盒体1卡扣连接,盒体1与盒盖3均可以采用塑料或金属等材料制成,盒体1的上表面设有橡胶制成的密封片4,所述的密封片4上对应各储存腔2位置分别设有切缝41,位于切缝41两侧的密封片4抵触,储存腔2沿纵向呈若干排设置,每排包括有沿横向一左一右间隔设置的两个储存腔2,盒体1上对应每排储存腔2正下方位置分别设有通槽11,通槽11内沿横向滑动设有抽拉板5,各储存腔2与正下方对应的通槽11导通,抽拉板5上对应正上方的两个储存腔2位置分别设有用于支撑储存腔2内容器的斜坡51、52,左侧储存腔2正下方的斜坡51的高度由左向右逐渐变大,右侧储存腔2正下方的斜坡52的高度由左向右变小。当需要取出其中一排左侧的储存腔2内的容器时,只需要选择对应该排储存腔2位置正下方的抽拉板5,然后,将抽拉板5沿横向向左拉动,位于该储存腔2下方的斜坡会推动容器向上顶出,从该储存腔2上方密封片4的切缝41中露出,这样不会影响其它储存腔2内的容器;而且,取出更加方便。
本发明具体实施例中,各储存腔2的下端口处沿其周向内壁设有环形橡胶圈6,当其中一个储存腔2内的容器取出时,橡胶圈6可以减缓位于该排储存腔2的另一储存腔2内容器下滑的速度,避免其破损;各储存腔2的下端口处沿其周向内壁设有环形凹槽21,橡胶圈6嵌设在凹槽21内,这样可以使得橡胶圈不会被容器带动上下运动,定位更加稳定。
其中,所述的盒体1包括有基体111,通槽11设置在基体111上,基体111上设有若干个凹腔112,凹腔112与储存腔2的数量相匹配,凹腔112内设有座体113,座体113的上表面与基体111的上表面对齐,储存腔2设置在座体113上,座体113与凹腔112内壁卡扣配合,卡扣配合可以通过卡块、卡槽实现,其为本领域常规的技术,在此不再做详细阐述,斜坡的顶部与座体113的底部抵触。将盒体1分体设置,不仅可以方便对通槽11以及座体113上储存腔2的加工;还可以方便对橡胶圈的安装。
本发明具体实施例中,所述的密封片4与基体111经固定胶固定,在容器从切缝41推出时,密封片4不会脱落;挡片压在密封片4上,可以进一步防止密封片4脱落。
本发明具体实施例中,抽拉板5的底部设有导向筋53,通槽11的底部对应导向筋53位置设有导向槽110,导向筋53滑动设置在导向槽110内,通过导向筋53和导向槽110配合实现抽拉板5与盒体1的滑动配合,结构简单,滑动更加平稳。
各斜坡51、52的倾斜角度为0-45度,本发明具体实施例中,各斜坡倾斜角度为30度,这样当其中一个储存腔2内的容器取出时,这种角度的斜坡可以进一步减缓位于该排储存腔2的另一储存腔2内容器下滑的速度,避免其破损。
本发明具体实施例中,所述的抽拉板5的两外侧壁上分别设有拉环50,拉环50为塑料或金属制成,拉环与抽拉板5通过螺纹连接,拉环50可以方便将抽拉板5向左或向右拉出,操作更加方便。

1.一种包装盒,包括有盒体,盒体上设有若干个储存腔,盒体上还设有盒盖,盒盖盖设在盒体上,其特征在于:盒体的上表面设有橡胶制成的密封片,所述的密封片上对应各储存腔位置分别设有切缝,位于切缝两侧的密封片抵触,储存腔沿纵向呈若干排设置,每排包括有沿横向一左一右间隔设置的两个储存腔,盒体上对应每排储存腔正下方位置分别设有通槽,通槽内沿横向滑动设有抽拉板,各储存腔与正下方对应的通槽导通,抽拉板上对应正上方的两个储存腔位置分别设有用于支撑储存腔内容器的斜坡,左侧储存腔正下方的斜坡的高度由左向右逐渐变大,右侧储存腔正下方的斜坡的高度由左向右变小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于:各储存腔的下端口处沿其周向内壁设有环形橡胶圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装盒,其特征在于:各储存腔的下端口处沿其周向内壁设有环形凹槽,橡胶圈嵌设在凹槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的包装盒,其特征在于:所述的盒体包括有基体,通槽设置在基体上,基体上设有若干个凹腔,凹腔与储存腔的数量相匹配,凹腔内设有座体,座体的上表面与基体的上表面对齐,储存腔设置在座体上,座体与凹腔内壁卡扣配合,斜坡的顶部与座体的底部抵触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装盒,其特征在于:所述的密封片与基体经固定胶固定。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的包装盒,其特征在于:抽拉板的底部设有导向筋,通槽的底部对应导向筋位置设有导向槽,导向筋滑动设置在导向槽内。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的包装盒,其特征在于:各斜坡的倾斜角度为大于0度且小于或等于45度。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的包装盒,其特征在于:所述的抽拉板的两外侧壁上分别设有拉环。
