Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic processing system and method for shutdown materials of a double-row synchronous line, wherein the system comprises a filling machine, the double-row synchronous line and a boxing machine, wherein the double-row synchronous line is provided with a power section and a free sliding section; the two ends of the double-row synchronous line are respectively connected with a discharge hole of the filling machine and a feed hole of the boxing machine, and the automatic filling machine is characterized in that a baffle mechanism is arranged at an interface of the double-row synchronous line with a power section and a free sliding section, and the baffle mechanism is closed to guide materials on the power section to the outer side of the double-row synchronous line, so that the aim that no matter the filling machine or the boxing machine is stopped due to failure, the surplus materials on the double-row synchronous line can be automatically emptied, and the manual emptying of the materials is not needed, so that the working efficiency is remarkably improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automation of filling and boxing, in particular to an automatic processing system and method for double-row synchronous line shutdown materials in a filling and boxing system.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, the filling and boxing system is composed of a filling machine, a double-row synchronous line and a boxing machine. When the filling machine is started, the filling machine and the double-row synchronous line are synchronously operated to reach the set production speed, and the boxing machine is slowly operated, and a synchronous searching process is provided to realize the synchronization with the filling machine and the double-row synchronous line. After the three materials are synchronized, the filling machine starts discharging in a mode of discharging two materials (one in each row) in each synchronization period, and the materials are conveyed through the double-row synchronous line power part and enter the free sliding section at a certain speed to slide into a feeding hole of the boxing machine for synchronous boxing. The stopping mode is as follows: any one machine of the filling machine, the double-row synchronous line and the boxing machine is stopped, and the other two machines are stopped simultaneously;
In the production process, when any one of the filling machine and the combining machine needs to be stopped or is stopped by fault, materials exist on the double-row synchronous lines, as in the next starting process of fig. 1, the materials are in step with the production of the boxing machine, and the boxing production cannot be normally synchronized; therefore, after each shutdown, the materials on the double-row synchronous lines must be manually cleaned out, and then the production can be restarted; thus, the working strength of operators is increased; and the production efficiency is greatly reduced.

Further, when the boxing machine is stopped due to failure, the double-row synchronous line and the filling machine immediately respond to stop and the like, and the baffle mechanism can be closed again after a period of time, so that materials in the free sliding section of the double-row synchronous line slide down to a material inlet of the boxing machine;

And the baffle mechanism is closed, so that materials on the power section can flow out to the outer side of the double-row synchronous line. After all the machine is stopped, delaying for a period of time to enable the materials in the free sliding section to slide down to a material inlet of the boxing machine; because the baffle mechanism is closed again after a period of time delay, the double-row synchronous line is independently started at the moment, so that the material on the power section flows out to the outer side of the double-row synchronous line and finally falls into the material frame, the material on the double-row synchronous line is completely emptied, the double-row synchronous line is stopped after time delay, and an operator does not need to clean the material on the double-row synchronous line when the whole system is started next time. Therefore, the problem that the whole system is required to be completely stopped no matter the filling machine or the boxing machine is stopped, and the production can be restarted after the materials on the double-row synchronous lines are cleaned manually is solved, so that the problem that the filling machine or the boxing machine is stopped due to any fault is finally realized, the surplus materials on the double-row synchronous lines can be automatically emptied, and the manual emptying of the materials is not required, thereby obviously improving the working efficiency;

after the materials in the free sliding section of the double-row synchronous line slide down to the feeding port of the boxing machine, the baffle mechanism can be closed, and the double-row synchronous line is started to guide the materials on the power section out of the double-row synchronous line until the materials on the double-row synchronous line are completely emptied.
