The conveying speed of the traction cutter mechanism 3 is smaller than the moving speed of the folding roller mechanism 5 and the paper pasting cylinder mechanism 6, and through the speed difference between the two mechanisms, the paper pasting cylinder body 67 clamps the end part of the paper bag, and a section of valve port paper at the head part of the paper tape is broken along the easy-to-tear line to form an independent valve port paper. The sticker cylinder 67 clamps valve port paper and conveys the valve port paper to the position of the paper bag, and after the valve port paper is conveyed to the position, the clamping piece 63 is loosened under the action of the second cam assembly; meanwhile, the paper pressing belt 66 rotates along with the paper pasting cylinder body 67, the paper pressing belt 66 is separated from the gap of the clamping piece 63, and the valve port paper is taken out from the clamping opening under the action of the paper pressing belt 66, so that the valve port paper is conveyed to the corresponding part of the paper bag.
It should be noted that the mounting seat 31 is slidably mounted on the frame 1, and the rotating traveling gear 313 drives the mounting seat 31 to slide on the frame 1, so that the distance between the auxiliary traction assembly 35 and the paper-pasting cylinder mechanism 6 is adjustable, and it is ensured that only one easy-to-tear line exists in the paper tape between the auxiliary traction assembly 35 and the folding roller mechanism 5, and when the paper tape is broken through the paper-pasting cylinder 67, only one section of valve port paper is broken.
As shown in fig. 10, the glue applying and mixing mechanism 4 includes a glue bearing disc 41 installed on the frame 1, and a glue mixing roller 42, a glue applying roller 43, and a glue applying wheel 44 corresponding to the glue bearing disc 41; the glue mixing roller 42 is tightly attached to the glue applying roller 43, and the glue applying roller 43 is driven by a gear at the end part of the glue mixing roller 42 to synchronously move; the gluing roller 43 is tightly attached to the glue smearing wheel 44, and the gluing roller 43 and the glue smearing wheel 44 are driven by a belt to move synchronously.
