Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic forming device for a PVC packaging box, which comprises a feeding mechanism, a guiding mechanism, an opening mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a driving mechanism. The beneficial effects are that: the axes of the first roller and the axes of the third roller are different, so that the folded edge between the first surface and the second surface is contacted with the third roller, and the folded edge between the third surface and the fourth surface is contacted with the fourth roller. The gap between the third roller and the fourth roller is smaller than the height of the PVC roll, so that the fifth surface is separated from the second surface, and the third surface is separated from the fourth surface, and the banded PVC material is primarily restored to a tubular structure. One end of the PVC roll is then pressed into a square tubular PVC packaging box between the fifth roller and the sixth roller through a gap between the fifth roller and the sixth roller. The driving unit rolls the fifth roller and the sixth roller and continuously sends out PVC rolls. The present invention relates to an automation device.

Technical Field
The invention relates to automation equipment, in particular to an automatic forming device for a PVC packaging box.
Background
The PVC packaging box is a universal thermoplastic plastic packaging box made of PVC resin, and the PVC resin is the earliest soft plastic packaging in China and is the initial product of plastic packaging in China. The color appeared yellowish, translucent, and shiny. The transparency of the PVC packaging box is superior to that of polyethylene and polypropylene, and the hardness of the hard product is higher than that of low-density polyethylene and lower than that of polypropylene. The PVC packaging box can show whitening phenomenon at the bending position. The PVC packaging box has the characteristics of good comprehensive performance, convenient molding, low price, low carbon, environmental protection, various product types and the like.
For ease of transportation, PVC packaging boxes are typically wound into rolls of PVC for transportation and storage. When in use, the PVC roll needs to be drawn out and pressed into a tubular PVC packing box with a rectangular cross section.
In the prior art, PVC is rolled up and pressed into PVC packaging boxes by hands, and the technical defect is that: the manual pressing is easy to generate poor pressing, so that the shapes of the PVC packaging boxes are not uniform, and the efficiency is low.

The automatic PVC packaging box forming device comprises a feeding mechanism, a guiding mechanism, an opening mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a PVC roll and a feeding support capable of supporting the PVC roll, the PVC roll can rotate on the feeding support, the guiding mechanism comprises a first roller and a second roller which are parallel to each other, the opening mechanism comprises a third roller and a fourth roller which are parallel to each other, the pressing mechanism comprises a fifth roller and a sixth roller which are parallel to each other, and the driving mechanism comprises a driving unit capable of driving the fifth roller and/or the sixth roller to rotate;
One end of the PVC roll passes through a gap between the first roller and the second roller, one end of the PVC roll passes through a gap between the third roller and the fourth roller, one end of the PVC roll passes through a gap between the fifth roller and the sixth roller, and the driving unit rolls the fifth roller and the sixth roller and continuously sends the PVC roll out;
The gap between the third roller and the fourth roller is smaller than the height of the PVC roll, and the axis of the first roller and the axis of the third roller are in different surfaces.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the automatic forming device for a PVC packing box comprises a feeding mechanism, a guiding mechanism, an opening mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a PVC roll 1 and a feeding support 2 capable of supporting the PVC roll 1, the PVC roll 1 can rotate on the feeding support 2, the guiding mechanism comprises a first roller 3 and a second roller 4 which are parallel to each other, the opening mechanism comprises a third roller 5 and a fourth roller 6 which are parallel to each other, the pressing mechanism comprises a fifth roller 7 and a sixth roller 8 which are parallel to each other, and the driving mechanism comprises a driving unit 9 capable of driving the sixth roller 8 to rotate. The driving unit 9 of the present embodiment is a motor.
Fig. 2 shows a prior art PVC roll 1. For ease of transport and storage, the tubular PVC material is pressed into strips and wound into PVC rolls 1. The tubular PVC material is formed by four bending and heat bonding treatment of a PVC film. The tubular PVC material includes a first face 11, a second face 12, a third face 13, a fourth face 14 and a fifth face 15, the first face 11 and the fifth face 15 being connected to each other by a heat bonding process.
One end of the PVC roll 1 passes through a gap between the first roller 3 and the second roller 4, and one end of the PVC roll 1 passes through a gap between the third roller 5 and the fourth roller 6.
The axes of the first roller 3 and the third roller 5 are different, so that the folded edge between the first face 11 and the second face 12 is in contact with the third roller 5, and the folded edge between the third face 13 and the fourth face 14 is in contact with the fourth roller 6.
The gap between the third roller 5 and the fourth roller 6 is smaller than the height of the PVC roll 1, separating the fifth face 15 from the second face 12 and the third face 13 from the fourth face 14, thus allowing the strip-shaped PVC material to initially return to a tubular structure.
One end of the PVC roll 1 is then pressed into a square tubular PVC packing box between the fifth roller 7 and the sixth roller 8 through the gap between the fifth roller 7 and the sixth roller 8. The driving unit 9 rolls and continuously feeds the PVC roll 1 from the fifth roll 7 and the sixth roll 8, so that the PVC roll 1 is continuously and automatically pressed into square tubular PVC packing boxes.
In order to facilitate the passage of the PVC material through the guide mechanism, the axis of rotation of the feed carriage 2 is parallel to the axis of rotation of the first roller 3.
In order to enhance the spreading effect of the PVC material as it passes through the spreading mechanism, the rotation axis of the first roller 3 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the third roller 5.
In order to enhance the shaping effect of the PVC material as it passes through the pressing mechanism, the rotation axis of the third roller 5 is parallel to the rotation axis of the fifth roller 7.
In order to facilitate cutting off the PVC material, the PVC packaging box automatic molding device further comprises a cutter 10, wherein the cutter 10 can cut off the PVC roll 1 at a position after the PVC roll 1 passes through the pressing mechanism.
In order to process different kinds of PVC packing boxes, the gap between the first roller 3 and the second roller 4 is adjustable. The gap between the third roller 5 and the fourth roller 6 is adjustable. The gap between the fifth roller 7 and the sixth roller 8 is adjustable. A tightness adjusting valve 16 capable of adjusting the gap between the fifth roller 7 and the sixth roller 8 is arranged above the fifth roller 7 in the embodiment.
