Background

The breath-hold exercise abdominal belt as recited in claim 1, wherein an adhesive portion is provided on one side of one end of the abdominal belt, an adhesive portion is provided on an opposite side of the abdominal belt from the adhesive portion, the adhesive portion being positioned to match the adhesive portion, and the abdominal belt is adhered in a loop by the adhesive portion and the adhesive portion.
7. The breath-hold training abdominal belt as recited in claim 6, wherein a length of the engaging portion along the direction of extension of the abdominal belt is greater than a length of the adhering portion along the direction of extension of the abdominal belt for adjusting an inner diameter of the abdominal belt.
8. A breath-hold training binder as claimed in claim 6 or claim 7 wherein the attachment portion and the attachment portion are each the primary and secondary sides of a velcro.
