Abstract
一种仿生可多角度活动的手臂康复训练装置,该训练装置的支架上端连接有支架短臂,上摆臂的球头镶嵌在支架短臂的凹球体内,大十字块的两对突耳分别与上摆臂下端和下摆臂连接,下摆臂上装有手臂固定带,下摆臂下端与下摆臂推杆上端用销轴连接,小十字块的两对突耳分别与下摆臂推杆下端和圆头旋转柱非球头端连接,带减速器的电机输出轴端与第一带轮固定连接;第二带轮安装在与第一带轮同侧的支架中下部位置,第二带轮通过同步带与第一带轮连接实现动力传输,第二带轮外侧连接有短柱,圆头旋转柱的球头镶嵌在短柱的凹球体内。采用本发明能够实现上、下摆臂的多角度活动,配合康复人员的主动摆臂动作,操作简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及人体康复训练设备,具体是一种仿生可多角度活动的手臂康复训练装置。
背景技术
一般因手臂骨折、偏瘫或中风等而导致手臂运动障碍的患者,都需要通过手臂的康复训练来恢复手臂的肌肉机能和神经功能。但是常规的康复训练需要有医生陪同,治疗费用高,时间上也受到限制。现有的手臂康复装置在使用时,是康复人员被动地跟随着康复装置做手臂的运动,且动作单调摆动的角度、范围小,康复人员不能按照自己的意愿做其它的康复训练动作。鉴于上述问题,发明一种仿生可多角度活动的手臂康复训练装置具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有手臂康复训练装置的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种仿生可多角度活动的手臂康复训练装置。
本发明通过以下技术达到上述目的:一种仿生可多角度活动的手臂康复训练装置,包括支架、支架短臂、上摆臂、下摆臂、下摆臂推杆、连接组件、第二带轮、同步带、第一带轮、带有减速器的电机、手臂固定带及大十字块突耳,具体结构和连接关系为:
所述支架上端连接有支架短臂,上摆臂的球头镶嵌在支架短臂的凹球体内,上摆臂下端和下摆臂与大十字块的突耳连接,下摆臂上设有手臂固定带,下摆臂下端通过销轴与下摆臂推杆上端连接,连接组件包括圆头旋转柱、短柱及小十字块,短柱前端为内凹球体,圆头旋转柱的球头镶嵌在短柱的凹球体内,圆头旋转柱非球头一端与小十字块的突耳连接,下摆臂推杆下端与小十字块的突耳连接,带减速器的电机输出轴端与第一带轮固定连接,第二带轮安装在与第一带轮同侧的支架中下部位置,第二带轮通过同步带与第一带轮连接实现动力传输,第二带轮外侧连接有短柱,圆头旋转柱的球头镶嵌在短柱的凹球体内。
工作时带有减速器的电机带动第一带轮旋转,第一带轮通过同步带带动第二带轮转动,第二带轮转动的同时短柱连着圆头旋转柱一起做圆周运动,并通过小十字块推动下摆臂推杆运动,下摆臂推杆运动带动下摆臂做多角度运动,下摆臂运动的同时,与下摆臂用大十字块连接的上摆臂也能做多角度的摆动,从而实现了该康复训练装置的多角度的灵活摆动。
所述大十字块的突耳有两对,其中一对突耳与上摆臂下端连接,另一对突耳与下摆臂连接。
所述小十字块的突耳有两对,其中一对突耳与下摆臂推杆下端连接,另一对突耳与圆头旋转柱非球头端连接。
所述上摆臂和下摆臂通过球头、大十字块的连接方式实现多角度的相对运动,带有减速器的电机带动第一带轮和第二带轮旋转运动,第二带轮通过短柱使圆头旋转柱做圆周运动,推动下摆臂运动。
本发明的突出优点在于:
采用十字块连接和球头连接的方式实现多角度的相对运动,带动人体手臂的多角度活动与训练,使康复人员按照自己的意愿做康复训练动作,提高康复效果。并且操作简单。

以下通过附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明所述的仿生可多角度活动的手臂康复训练装置,包括支架1、支架短臂2、上摆臂3、下摆臂4、下摆臂推杆5、连接组件6、第二带轮7、同步带8、第一带轮9、带有减速器的电机10、手臂固定带11及大十字块12,具体结构和连接关系为:
所述支架1上端连接有支架短臂2,上摆臂3的球头一端与支架短臂2上的内凹球面镶嵌连接;上摆臂3下端与大十字块12的一对突耳连接,大十字块12的另一对突耳与下摆臂4连接;下摆臂4上部固定有手臂固定带11;下摆臂推杆5上端用销轴与下摆臂4下端连接,连接组件6包括圆头旋转柱61、短柱62及小十字块63,短柱62前端为内凹球体,圆头旋转柱61的球头镶嵌在短柱62的凹球体内,圆头旋转柱61非球头一端与小十字块63的一对突耳连接。下摆臂推杆5的下端与小十字块63的另一对突耳连接;短柱62与第二带轮7的外侧刚性连接,支架1中下部安装带有减速器的电机10,该带有减速器的电机10输出轴一侧与第一带轮9固定连接;第二带轮7安装在与第一带轮9同侧的支架1中下部合适位置,第二带轮7通过同步带8与第一带轮9连接实现动力传输;上摆臂3和下摆臂4通过球头、大十字块12的连接方式能实现多角度的相对运动。带有减速器的电机10工作时带动第一带轮9和第二带轮7旋转运动,第二带轮7通过短柱62使圆头旋转柱61做圆周运动,推动下摆臂4运动。
工作原理及过程:
使用时,把手臂放在下摆臂4上并用手臂固定带11绑好,带有减速器的电机10工作时带动第一带轮9旋转,第一带轮9通过同步带8带动第二带轮7转动。第二带轮7转动的同时短柱62连着圆头旋转柱61一起做圆周运动,并通过小十字块63推动下摆臂推杆5运动,下摆臂推杆5运动带动下摆臂4做运动。由于下摆臂推杆5的下端与小十字块63的一对突耳连接,小十字块63的另一对突耳与圆头旋转柱61非球头端连接,因此下摆臂推杆5在运动时能相对圆头旋转柱61在一定范围的大角度内摆动,所以下摆臂推杆5能推动下摆臂4做多角度运动。在下摆臂4运动的同时,与下摆臂4用大十字块12连接的上摆臂3也能做多角度的摆动,从而实现了该康复训练装置的多角度的灵活摆动。该装置不仅能进行多角度的灵活摆动,还能配合康复人员的主观动作进行手臂肘关节或肩部的康复训练。

1.一种仿生可多角度活动的手臂康复训练装置,包括支架、支架短臂、上摆臂、下摆臂、下摆臂推杆、连接组件、第二带轮、同步带、第一带轮、带有减速器的电机、手臂固定带及大十字块突耳,连接组件包括圆头旋转柱、短柱及小十字块,短柱前端为内凹球体,圆头旋转柱的球头镶嵌在短柱的凹球体内,圆头旋转柱(61)非球头一端与小十字块(63)的一对突耳连接,下摆臂推杆(5)的下端与小十字块(63)的另一对突耳连接,带减速器的电机输出轴端与第一带轮固定连接,第二带轮安装在与第一带轮同侧的支架中下部位置,第二带轮通过同步带与第一带轮连接实现动力传输,第二带轮外侧连接有短柱,其特征在于,还包括:所述支架上端连接有支架短臂,上摆臂的球头镶嵌在支架短臂的凹球体内,上摆臂(3)下端与大十字块(12)的一对突耳连接,大十字块(12)的另一对突耳与下摆臂(4)连接,下摆臂上设有手臂固定带,下摆臂下端通过销轴与下摆臂推杆上端连接,
