Compared with the arrangement of the sliding terminal 791 of the sliding rail, the rear end of the bar-shaped protrusion 65 does not extend to the rear side surface of the bar-shaped clamping seat 60, and the distance between the rear end of the bar-shaped protrusion 65 and the rear side surface of the bar-shaped clamping seat 60 is larger than or equal to the width of the sliding terminal 791 of the sliding rail 79 of the side-pulling type connecting piece 7, so that on one hand, the arrangement enlarges the width of a notch at the inlet of the first horizontal sliding groove 61, reduces the alignment precision and the installation difficulty of the sliding rail 79 and the second horizontal sliding groove 63 during installation, and improves the installation efficiency; on the other hand, after the seat is installed in place, the sliding terminal 791 of the sliding rail installed at the inlet of the first horizontal sliding groove 61 abuts against the rear end of the bar-shaped protrusion 65, so that the seat is limited at the required installation position finally, the seat is prevented from transiting to the sliding groove, the clamping position is missed, and the seat slides out from the other end of the first horizontal sliding groove.
Further, the rear end of the strip-shaped protrusion 65 is provided with an arc transition. The arrangement further enlarges the widths of the notches of the first horizontal sliding groove 61 and the second horizontal sliding groove 63, reduces the installation difficulty of the side-pulling type connecting piece and the strip-shaped clamping seat 60, and improves the installation efficiency.

In order to improve the connection strength of the special-shaped jack 13 of the front support rod 11 and the plug-in part 14 of the rear support rod 12, and avoid that the inner wall of the opposite jack 13 and the outer edge of the plug-in part 14 are ground into a nearly circular arc shape in a long-term bearing state, the connection part of the front support rod 11 and the rear support rod 12 rotates to influence the stability of a longitudinal support and shorten the service life of a bench, the invention carries out the following improvement: the bottom surface of the special-shaped jack 13 protrudes into the hole to form at least one limit part 15. Correspondingly, the inserting part 14 is inwards recessed relative to the limiting part 15 to form a clamping groove, and the limiting part 15 and the clamping groove are complementary. The structure stability of the longitudinal support is enhanced by the clamping connection of the limiting part 15 and the clamping groove, so that the relative rotation of the front support rod 11 and the rear support rod 12 under the bearing shape is effectively avoided, and the service life of the bench is prolonged. The limiting portion 15 may be provided in a trapezoid, a triangle, a parallelogram, a non-standard variability, or the like.
In this embodiment, the bar-shaped clamping seat 60 is installed on the front supporting rod 11, in other embodiments, the bar-shaped clamping seat 60 can be arranged in 2 pairs, and is respectively and symmetrically installed on the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod at the same time, and the seat plate can be clamped with the bar-shaped clamping seat through clamping, and the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod are clamped with each other at the same time, so that the connection strength of the bench is improved, and the bearing strength is improved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the seat 4 is installed, the stirring part 731 of the rotating arm can be stirred outwards, the inner end of the rotating arm 73 drives the hinged sliding block clamping end 743 to retract into the box-shaped main body 70 from the outside of the window, so that the sliding block 74 does not obstruct the installation of the seat 4, the side edges of the seat 4 are respectively inserted into the first horizontal sliding grooves 61 with the specific height of the longitudinal bracket 1 and pushed inwards in the state, until the sliding block clamping end 743 is just aligned with the clamping hole 62, the stirring part 731 is released, and the sliding block clamping end 743 extends out from the window 76 and is clamped into the clamping hole 62 under the action of the compression spring 73, thereby realizing the stable connection of the seat 4 and the strip-shaped clamping plate 6 on the front supporting rod 11, positioning the seat 4 and avoiding the front and rear sliding of the seat 4 in the use process; because the slider clamping end 43 is wedge-shaped, when the seat is installed, the poking part 731 of the rotating arm is not poked, and the slider clamping end 743 can be retracted into the retraction box-type main body 70 only by pressing the side wall of the first horizontal sliding groove 61 against the slider clamping end 743 until the slider clamping end 743 reaches the clamping hole 62, and the slider clamping end 743 is released and clamped into the clamping hole 62 because the slider clamping end 743 is not pressed outside.
When the seat 4 is detached, the poking part 731 of the rotating arm is poked outwards again, so that the sliding block clamping end 743 is retracted into the box-type main body 70 from the outside of the window 76, the sliding block clamping end 743 does not obstruct the installation of the seat, and the seat can be easily taken out from the first horizontal sliding groove 61 after the state is maintained. The pedal 5 is mounted in the same manner as the seat plate 4.
In the actual use process, according to the height of a user, the first horizontal sliding groove 61 with proper height can be selected, the seat 4 with the side-pulling connecting piece 7 is installed in the first horizontal sliding groove 61, the installation of the seat 4 is completed, and along with the change of the height of the user, the installation height of the seat can be correspondingly adjusted, so that the use range and the use time limit of the bench are greatly enlarged.
