As shown in fig. 7, the locking assembly 73 includes a serrated groove 731, a mounting sleeve 732, a shrinking groove 733, and a locking block 734, the serrated groove 731 is opened on a side wall of the sleeve rod 72 along a length direction of the sleeve rod 72, the serrated groove 731 includes a sliding portion 7311 and a serrated portion 7312 after being opened, the sliding portion 7311 is long, a plurality of serrated portions 7312 are provided along the length direction of the sliding portion 7311, and a portion of the serrated portion 7312 communicating with the sliding portion 7311 is bent toward a hinge point side of the telescopic rod 71; the sliding portion 7311 is further extended toward the telescopic rod 71 at a side away from the hinge point of the socket rod 72 to form a guide section.
The mounting sleeve 732 is sleeved on one end of the telescopic rod 71 positioned in the sleeving rod 72; the shrinkage groove 733 is formed in one end, far away from the telescopic rod 71, of the mounting sleeve 732 and communicated with the side wall of the mounting sleeve 732; the locking block 734 is hinged on the mounting sleeve 732, one end of the telescopic rod 71, which is positioned in the mounting sleeve 732, is provided with a margin groove 711, the length direction of which is parallel to the length of the telescopic rod 71, and the hinged shaft of the locking block 734 passes through the mounting sleeve 732 and the margin groove 711, so that the mounting sleeve 732 can slide on the telescopic rod 71 relative to the telescopic rod 71; the free end of the locking block 734 is located in the shrinkage groove 733, and a locking column 8 for limiting the telescopic rod 71 from being retracted into the sleeve rod 72 after being embedded into the sawtooth part 7312 is integrally fixed on the free end of the locking block 734.

When the locking column 8 is located at the end of the guide section, and the roll-over stand 332 is turned over downwards to push the telescopic rod 71 to retract into the sleeve rod 72, the telescopic rod 71 first generates a small relative displacement with the mounting sleeve 732, so that the locking block 101 on the telescopic rod 71 is embedded into the locking space 11 formed between the hook block 103 and the locking block 734, and at this time, the locking block 101 hooks the locking block 734 to prevent the locking block 734 from rotating towards one side of the sawtooth part 7312, so that the sawtooth part 7312 cannot support the telescopic rod 71 through the locking column 8, and the telescopic rod 71 can be entirely retracted into the sleeve rod 72, and the roll-over stand 332 can be turned over downwards to be retracted into the backrest stand 33; and when the roll-over stand 332 is turned up again, firstly the telescopic rod 71 and the mounting sleeve 732 generate a small section of reverse relative displacement to make the locking block 101 get out of the locking space 11, so that in the process that the telescopic rod 71 extends out of the sleeve rod 72, the locking block 734 can drive the locking column 8 to be embedded into the saw-tooth part 7312 to lock the telescopic rod 71 under the driving of the elastic driving piece 92, so that the telescopic rod 71 can support the roll-over stand 332, and the roll-over stand 332 can be conveniently folded and unfolded.
