Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for initiating L2TP tunnel connection by an LAC router from a dialing number. The method comprises the following steps: the LAC router configures VT interface analog terminal, the device triggers dial-up to make LAC and LNS in network establish L2TP tunnel, and makes analog terminal and LNS establish PPP conversation based on tunnel. The technical scheme provided by the invention realizes that all terminals hung under the LAC equipment directly use the service provided by the operator under the condition that the VPDN is used for accessing the internal network of the client, thereby avoiding the terminal from dialing L2TP and facilitating the use of the user.

Description

Method and system for LAC router to initiate L2TP tunnel connection by self dialing number
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method and a system for initiating L2TP tunnel connection by an LAC router from a dialing number.
Background
A Virtual Private Dial-up Network (VPDN) refers to a Virtual Private Network implemented by accessing a public Network using a Dial-up function of the public Network, thereby providing access services for enterprises, small ISPs, mobile office staff, and the like. The two-Layer tunneling Protocol L2TP (Layer 2tunneling Protocol) is the most widely used VPDN tunneling Protocol at present. The L2TP establishes a Point-to-Point L2TP tunnel on a public network (e.g., the Internet), encapsulates PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol) data frames, and transmits the PPP data frames through the L2TP tunnel, so that a remote user (e.g., an enterprise outside agency and a business trip personnel) can access the public network by using the PPP, and then can communicate with an enterprise internal network through the L2TP tunnel to access enterprise internal network resources. A virtual private network is constructed by using L2TP, and a typical networking of the virtual private network is shown in fig. 1, which mainly includes: the enterprise branch user terminal, L2TP access the concentrator (LAC) and the network server (LNS). The enterprise branch user terminal is a remote user device or an enterprise headquarters which is to access the private network Intranet, and is usually a routing device of a remote user terminal or a private branch network. The LAC is a device with PPP and L2TP protocol processing capabilities, and is usually a NAS (network access Server) of a local service provider ISP, and is mainly used for providing access services for enterprise branch user terminals.
In traditional networking, a remote user terminal is required to support a ppp or pppoe protocol; and requires identity authentication for each remote user terminal. As enterprise branches grow, more and more user terminals are provided; the diversity of user terminals must also increase (into mobile user terminals). The requirement restrictions on the remote user terminals must affect the VPDN integration solution.
Disclosure of Invention
The method and the system for initiating the L2TP tunnel connection by the LAC router self-dialing number can solve the technical problem that the VPDN comprehensive solution is more limited by the requirement of a remote user terminal in the traditional networking.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for an LAC router to initiate L2TP tunnel connection from a dialing number comprises the following steps:
a. configuring a VT interface on an access concentrator LAC in an L2TP tunnel as a ppp client, configuring a dialing account and a password, and simulating a user terminal;
b. configuring a DIALER interface on an access concentrator LAC in an L2TP tunnel, and configuring SDC intelligent dialing of an associated VT interface;
c. in step b, the SDC intelligent dialing module triggers the L2TP module of the LAC to initiate the creation of an L2TP tunnel to the LNS;
d. after the L2TP tunnel is successfully created in step c, the LAC router L2TP module notifies the PPP module, and initiates a PPP session;
e. after the ppp session is successfully created in the step d, the VT interface on the LAC obtains the host IP address allocated by the LNS;
f. on the basis of the step e, the LAC generates a VT interface IP address host route;
g. configuring a static route to the network segment of the enterprise headquarters on the LAC equipment, and designating an outlet interface as a terminal VT interface in the step a;
h. and e, configuring a static route to the enterprise branch network segment on the LNS, and assigning the next hop as the IP address of the VT interface on the LAC allocated in the step e.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention further provides a system for initiating an L2TP tunnel connection from an LAC dialed number, which is applied to an access router, and includes:
a Smart Dialing (SDC) module to create an L2TP tunnel based on the configuration trigger LAC;
an L2TP module, which, after receiving the L2TP tunnel notification created by the SDC module, initiates an L2TP tunnel creation request to the LNS and negotiates that the L2TP tunnel is finally successfully created; then informing the PPP module to initiate PPP session negotiation;
and the PPP module initiates a PPP session connection request to the LNS and negotiates to establish the PPP session successfully finally after receiving the tunnel establishment success message of the L2TP module L2 TP.
Further, the system also comprises the following characteristics:
when receiving the L2TP module failure message, the SDC module can intelligently manage whether to continue to initiate dialing, and inform the L2TP module to continue to initiate the process of creating L2 TP; when the successful dialing message is received, the current information of the virtual user can be intelligently managed, and the current information can be timely processed when the abnormal condition is monitored;
in the process of establishing the L2TP tunnel by the L2TP module, if an exception occurs, the SDC module needs to be notified;
the success of the PPP module session creation is notified to the L2TP module.
Further, the system further comprises:
the configuration module can configure a VT interface and support a PPP protocol; configuring a static route to the network segment of the enterprise headquarters on the LAC equipment, and designating an outlet interface as a terminal VT interface in the step a; and e, configuring a static route to the enterprise branch network segment on the LNS, and assigning the next hop as the IP address of the VT interface on the LAC allocated in the step e.
The invention establishes the L2TP tunnel and PPP conversation through the LAC router self-dialing number, and the LNS only needs to carry out identity authentication on the LAC virtual pppoe-client, thereby realizing the arbitrary access of any user terminal in the enterprise branch network. The user terminal can access in any access mode, and the terminal is not required to support the requirements of PPP protocol and the like.
