Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for pushing showcase information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be suitable for a scene that a museum pushes information of favorite showcases to the user based on the showcases browsed by the user. The method is executed by a display cabinet information pushing device, which can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and is generally configured in an electronic device.
Referring to fig. 1, the method includes the steps of:
s101, detecting the current browsing position of the showcase browsed by the user.
In a specific implementation, different exhibits are distinguished in a museum, and various showcases are displayed in the different exhibits, and exhibits in the different exhibits, generally speaking, exhibits in the same exhibit have the same attribute, such as painting and calligraphy, bronze ware, etc., and these exhibits will be arranged in a certain manner, for example, according to the age.
When the user enters the museum, the electronic device can collect browsing behavior data generated when the user browses the first exhibit, such as browsing position, browsing time and browsing body movement.
In one collection method, the position relations among the exhibition halls, the exhibition cabinets and the exhibits of the museum are collected in advance to construct a vector map, and the vector map is stored in the electronic equipment.
A plurality of wireless hotspots such as WiFi (wireless fidelity) hotspots are provided in the museum, user equipment carried by a user is accessed to the wireless hotspots, and the electronic equipment can detect data generated by the mobile equipment through the wireless hotspots, so that the position of the user equipment in the vector map is determined and used as the browsing position of the user.
Of course, a device capable of receiving the moving signal transmitted by the user equipment can also be arranged in the museum, and the device can position the moving path and the position information of the user equipment through three points.
Of course, the user may not use the user device carried by the user, but may use a public device provided by the museum and capable of collecting the location information, such as an electronic reader for introducing the exhibit.
Further, the location of the user equipment can be located in two ways:
firstly, the signal transmitted by the user equipment is detected by two or more than two base stations, and the position of the user equipment is obtained by adopting a triangulation positioning mode.
Secondly, when the user equipment has a Global Positioning System, the user equipment can be positioned through a Global Positioning System (GPS), which requires that the user equipment first pay attention to a public number of the museum or download an application program of the museum and authorize the application program to acquire a relationship of the position of the user equipment, wherein a user equipment plug-in accesses a Positioning System module of the user equipment and asks for position information of the user equipment, and then obtains specific position information of the user equipment under cooperation of a base station, and the communication port of the user equipment is connected in this way and information is pushed to the user equipment.
Of course, besides collecting the browsing behavior data through the wireless hotspot, the browsing behavior data may also be collected in other manners, for example, multiple cameras are deployed in a museum, the cameras are called to collect image data, face recognition is performed from the image data, different users are tracked, browsing positions of the users in a vector map are determined according to spatial positions, and browsing limb actions (such as pointing to an exhibit) are recognized, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In one example, taking the browsing distance as an example, the browsing distance between the user and the exhibit can be divided into three types of browsing levels:
the first grade is viewing and browsing, when the browsing position of the user is far away from the position of the exhibit (such as two meters or more), the browsing behavior of the user is determined to belong to viewing and browsing, and the browsing degree is low.
And the second level is rough browsing, when the browsing position of the user is a middle distance (such as one meter to two meters) away from the position of the exhibit, the browsing behavior of the user is determined to belong to the rough browsing, and the browsing degree is middle.
And the third level is deep browsing, when the browsing position of the user is close to the position of the exhibit (for example, less than one meter), the browsing behavior of the user is determined to belong to deep browsing, and the browsing degree is higher.
And S102, determining the state information of the showcase according to the browsing position.
In this embodiment, the status information includes whether the showcase is a browsable showcase or a non-browsable showcase. The browsable showcase is divided into a browsable showcase and a showcase to be browsable; the non-browsable showcase is divided into a pause browsable showcase and a missing exhibit showcase. The suspension browsing showcases and the missing showcases are information preset in the server and are updated in real time, and the states of the showcases are updated in real time to protect the showcases.
In this embodiment, when the browsing behavior of the user is classified into the third deep browsing, the browsing time of the user browsing the showcase is counted.
Further, whether to mark the showcase as the showcase browsed by the user can be determined according to the browsing time of the user on the showcase.
For example, when the user's browsing time at the showcase exceeds 30 seconds, the showcase is considered to have been browsed.
In this embodiment, the viewable display cabinet is in any one of the browsed state and the to-be-browsed state, and the non-viewable display cabinet does not participate in pushing.
In one embodiment, a browsing scope of the user is determined based on the browsing location; if the showcases located in the browsing range meet preset browsing conditions, determining that the state information of the showcases is browsed showcases; and filtering the browsed showcases from all the browseable showcases to obtain the showcases to be browsed of the user.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the determining the status information of the showcase according to the browsing position further includes the following implementation steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a browsing level of a current user, detecting browsing time used when the current user browses exhibits in a showcase, and judging whether the browsing time meets a time condition corresponding to the browsing level or not according to the browsing level; if the browsing time meets the time condition, determining that the state information of the current user for the exhibits in the showcase is browsed; optionally, after the user at a specific browsing level meets the corresponding time condition, the information of the exhibits in the corresponding showcase is pushed; when the browsing level of the user is not a specific condition, the step S103 is continuously executed. For example: the browsing levels are respectively watching browsing, rough browsing and deep browsing, and the time conditions respectively corresponding to the browsing levels are as follows: up to 30 seconds, up to 20 seconds, up to 5 seconds; assuming that the current user K is located in front of the showcase A, the browsing level of the current user K is watching browsing due to the fact that the number of people visiting in front of the showcase A is large, and when the time for the user K to visit in front of the showcase A meets the time condition corresponding to the watching browsing and reaches 30 seconds, the exhibited item in the showcase A is determined to be the browsed exhibited item of the user K; optionally, after the user K with the browsing level for viewing and browsing satisfies the corresponding time condition, the server pushes the exhibit information corresponding to the exhibits in the showcase a to the user equipment corresponding to the current user K, so as to solve the problem that the user cannot visit the exhibits and influence the exhibition experience.
S103, determining a target showcase according to the state information.
In this embodiment, the showcases browsed by the user can reflect the favorite tendency of the user to the showcases to a certain extent, and the support degrees of all the showcases to be browsed are calculated according to the showcases browsed by the user by combining the relationship between different showcases and the constructed support degree model, that is, the support degree of the showcases to be browsed by the user is quantified by a numerical value.
In this embodiment, the browsed showcases are input into a preset support model for processing, and the support of all showcases is obtained; and selecting the support degrees of the showcases to be browsed from the support degrees of all the showcases.
In the embodiment of the invention, the support degree of the user for the current showcase is mainly embodied in the browsing level and the browsing time generated by the user for the browsing behavior of the exhibits in the showcase, when the higher the browsing level is, the longer the browsing time is, the higher the support degree of the corresponding user for the exhibits in the showcase is, and the support degree of the exhibits to be browsed is estimated according to the support degree.
And S104, pushing the showcase information of the target showcase to corresponding user equipment.
In this embodiment, at least a part of the showcases to be browsed may be selected from the showcases to be browsed based on the support degree, and the showcase information (such as name, information including showcase, thumbnail, and the like) of the showcases may be pushed to the user equipment, and if the user is interested in the showcases, the showcase information may be clicked, and then, the showcase pages of the showcases may be loaded.
Further, the showcase item page includes showcase information.
Further, if the user carries a mobile device, the showcase information may be pushed to the mobile device.
In this embodiment of the present invention, step S104 further includes the following implementation steps: acquiring equipment information corresponding to user equipment, wherein the equipment information comprises any one or more of the following: the current location, device model, user ID number, etc. of the user device; judging whether the user equipment is provided with a communication port for communicating with the museum background server or not according to the equipment information; if the user equipment is provided with the communication port, extracting an exhibit database index corresponding to the target showcase based on the determined target showcase; and acquiring the showcase information corresponding to the target showcase according to the exhibit database index, and transmitting the showcase information to the user equipment through the communication port.
The embodiment of the invention detects the current browsing position of the showcase browsed by the user; determining the state information of the showcase according to the browsing position; determining a target showcase according to the state information; and pushing the showcase information of the target showcase to the corresponding user equipment. On the basis of guaranteeing user's individualized hobby, the accurate propelling movement of showcase is realized to the autofilter showcase, has not only practiced thrift user's time, has still got rid of the restriction of user manual to the quantity of showcase, has reduced the probability of omitting user's hobby showcase to improve museum's intelligence, improved user's exhibition experience.
Example two
Fig. 2A is a flowchart of a method for pushing showcase information according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment is a refinement based on the first embodiment, and mainly describes how to determine what pushing mode is adopted after determining the showcase browsed by the user and the showcase to be browsed according to the browsing position, and a specific method for determining a target showcase from the showcases to be browsed based on the support degree. Referring to fig. 2A, the present embodiment comprises the following steps:
s201, detecting the current browsing position of the showcase browsed by the user.
S202, counting the number of the showcases to be browsed in the preset range of the user according to the state information.
In this embodiment, the browsable display has only two states of browsed display and to-be-browsed display. In order to facilitate efficient comparison, the labels of the showcases to be browsed are set to be 0, and the labels of the browsed showcases are set to be 1. The showcase state table of one user can be represented by a table one corresponding to the number of the showcase.
Watch 1
Showcase number 0001 0002 0003 …… N-2 N-1 N
State of showcase 0 1 1 …… 0 0 1
In practical application, the number of a display cabinet in the table may correspond to all display cabinets in one exhibition hall, may correspond to all display cabinets on one floor (including multiple exhibition halls), and may correspond to the display cabinets in the whole museum according to different ranges.
And S203, if the number is within a preset third range, calculating the support degree of the showcase to be browsed according to the browsed showcase.
In one embodiment, the number in the preset third range means that the user has more than four (the number can be set by himself or herself) display cabinets to be browsed in the current display room. And at the moment, the support degrees of more than four to-be-browsed showcases are calculated according to the showcases browsed by the user.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes the following scenario: and if the number is within a preset first range, determining the browsed showcase closest to the user as a target showcase. Namely, no showcase to be browsed exists in the current exhibition room, the showcase which is closest to the user and browsed is determined as the target showcase.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the following scenario is also included: and if the number is within a preset second range, determining all the showcases to be browsed as target showcases. Namely, the user has more than one and less than three showcases to be browsed in the current exhibition hall. Determining all the showcases to be browsed as target showcases. At the moment, the target showcase can be determined according to the distance, and the target showcase can also be determined according to the support degree.
In the present embodiment, the first range (0), the second range (1-4) and the third range (4 or more) are changeable by setting, and may be changed according to the actual usage scenario of table one. The present embodiment is not limited in this regard, as long as the value in the first range is smaller than the value in the second range, which is smaller than the value in the third range.
And S204, calculating the support of the showcase to be browsed according to the browsed showcase in the state information.
In this embodiment, each showcase to be browsed correspondingly calculates the support degree according to the browsed showcase, but only when the support degree exceeds a preset value, it is indicated that the showcase to be browsed is the showcase which may be interested by the user.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the step S204 further includes the following implementation steps: acquiring the browsing behavior of a current user; calculating the support degree of the user for the browsed showcase based on the browsing behavior; and budgeting the support degree of the showcase to be browsed according to the support degree of the browsed showcase. Wherein the calculating of the support degree of the user for the browsed showcase based on the browsing behavior specifically includes the following implementation manners: acquiring browsing information corresponding to the browsed showcase, wherein the state information comprises browsed records, corresponding browsing levels and corresponding browsing time of the browsed showcase; based on the browsing information, calculating the support degree of the browsed showcase, wherein the support degree of the browsed showcase indicates that when the browsing behavior of the user is determined to be browsing the showcase when the user browses the showcase, the browsed state of the showcase is confirmed, wherein no browsing record is generated when the browsing behavior of the user is not counted in the browsing level, and when the browsing behavior of the user is counted in the browsing level, the browsing record is generated and is classified into a supported browsing number i and an unsupported browsing number j, so the support degree f of the browsed showcase is calculated in the following manner: f ═ i/(i + j) ]. 100. Optionally, the supported browsing behavior counted in the supported browsing number is represented as a behavior in which the browsing level and/or browsing time of the user are/is within a set supported threshold range respectively; and representing the non-supported browsing behavior counted in the non-supported browsing number as the behavior that the browsing level and/or the browsing time of the user respectively do not meet the set support threshold. For example: assuming that a support threshold corresponding to the browsing level is a third level and a support threshold corresponding to the browsing time is 20 seconds, when the browsing behavior of the user corresponds to the browsing level which is a first level for viewing and browsing and the browsing time is 5 seconds, defining the browsing behavior as a non-support type browsing behavior and counting the number of the non-support type browsing; when the browsing behavior of the user corresponds to the browsing level of the first level viewing and browsing, and the browsing time is 30 seconds, defining the browsing behavior as a supporting browsing behavior, and counting the number of the supporting browsing; and when the browsing behavior of the user corresponds to the second-level rough browsing in the browsing level and the browsing time is 20 seconds, defining the browsing behavior as the supported browsing behavior and counting the supported browsing number.
S205, determining a target showcase from the showcases to be browsed based on the support degree.
In this embodiment, for a user, all the showcases to be browsed are sorted from high to low according to the support degree, and n showcases with the top rank are taken as target showcases.
In an embodiment, if the support degree is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, selecting the n showcases to be browsed with the highest support degree; and setting the n display cabinets to be browsed as target display cabinets.
In this embodiment, when the support degree is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, all the showcases to be browsed are sorted according to the support degree, and n showcases with the top rank are taken. The display case to be browsed and the corresponding relationship of the support degree thereof described in table two are taken as examples for explanation:
watch two
Showcase number 0001 0248 0365 0569 0696 0795
Degree of support 60 70 65 80 76 90
And when the value of n is 4, acquiring 4 display cabinets ranked at the top. Namely, the showcases with the showcases numbers 0795, 0569, 0696 and 0248 are sequentially acquired and set as target showcases.
Furthermore, a browsing route for the user to browse the n showcases to be browsed can be set; determining distances between the n showcases to be browsed and the user in the browsing route; and sequencing the n showcases to be browsed according to the distance.
In a specific scenario, a table three is taken as an example for explanation, and the table three increases the distance from the showcase to the user on the basis of the table two.
Watch III
Showcase number 0001 0248 0365 0569 0696 0795
Degree of support 60 70 65 80 76 90
Distance (rice) 7 10 3 16 25 20
Specifically, fig. 2B is a schematic diagram of a showcase sorting method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Within the range of the current position 21 of the user, there are 6 showcases to be browsed, which are numbered 0001, 0248, 0365, 0569, 0696 and 0795. The showcase number, the support degree and the distance (between the showcase and the user) are shown in table three. Selecting the showcase (showcase number 0795) with the highest support degree as the user target position 22, wherein the showcase and the current position of the user are 20 m, and the showcase number is as follows: 0001. the display cabinets of 0248, 0365, and 0569 are all less than 20 meters from the user's current location, and are therefore sorted by distance. The showcase sequencing result is: 0365. 0001, 0248, 0569 and 0795. The user's direction of travel is from the user's current location 21 to the user's target location 22. And judging whether the showcases are in the direction which is approximately the same as the advancing direction of the user, if so, keeping the showcases, and if not, rejecting the showcases. As shown in fig. 2B, if the showcases numbered 0365 are showcases with different directions, the showcases are rejected. And acquiring display cabinets with the display cabinet numbers of 0001, 0248, 0569 and 0795 in sequence, and setting the display cabinets as target display cabinets.
On the basis of the above embodiment, if the support degree is smaller than a preset threshold value, calculating a browsing route between the user and the showcase to be browsed; measuring a distance of the browsing route; and determining a target showcase from the showcases to be browsed according to the distance.
Specifically, if the support degree is smaller than a preset threshold value, which indicates that there is no showcase in which the user is particularly interested in the showcases to be browsed, the browsing routes of the user and the showcases to be browsed are respectively calculated. And calculating the actual distance from the current position to the showcase, and sequencing the showcases which are not interested by the user from near to far according to the distance from the current position of the user. And taking n showcases which are far away from the user from the near as a target showcase.
S206, pushing the showcase information of the target showcase to the corresponding user equipment.
Aiming at different users, a plurality of different target showcases can be provided, the target showcases are sorted according to the support degree, generally, the target showcases can be sorted in a descending order mode, in this way, n (n is a positive integer) target showcases arranged at the head of the sequence are the n most favorite target showcases of the user, and the showcase information of the n target showcases is pushed to the user.
In an example, referring to fig. 2C, fig. 2C is a display diagram of an interface for displaying showcase information according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The interface display diagram for displaying the showcase information comprises a recommended showcase picture column 211, a showcase introduction column 212 and a showcase contraction column 213.
The recommended showcase picture column 211 shows pictures of target showcases with the highest relevance, the showcase introduction column 212 shows information introduction of the showcases in the current showcase picture, and the showcase thumbnail column 213 shows showcase information of the n target showcases with the highest relevance in the form of thumbnails or summaries.
After the user browses the recommended exhibit picture column 211, the recommended exhibit picture is switched through left-right sliding, wherein the left sliding represents that the recommended showcase is liked, and the right sliding represents that the recommended showcase is disliked.
After the user determines the preference of the currently recommended showcase picture, the target showcase with the highest correlation in the showcase thumbnail column 213 is filled in the positions of the showcase picture column 211 and the showcase introduction column 212.
On the basis of the above embodiment, calculating the support degree of the showcase to be browsed according to the browsed showcase includes: inputting the browsed showcases into a preset support degree model for processing to obtain the support degrees of all the showcases; and selecting the support degrees of the showcases to be browsed from the support degrees of all the showcases.
The embodiment provides a frequent item set algorithm (FPTREE) recommendation showcase in a machine learning correlation algorithm.
The browsing of museums is a low-frequency behavior for most users, and the relevance of the showcase exhibits is high; the showcase exhibits which the user is interested in can be recommended by utilizing the incidence relation which is similar in property and has the most common browsing experience, and therefore the user is helped to screen. The frequent item set mining algorithm is used for mining a showcase set (called a frequent item set) which often appears together, and by mining the frequent item sets, when one showcase of the frequent item set appears in one transaction, other showcases of the frequent item set can be used as recommendations.
The frequent item set mining algorithm adopted by the invention has two types, one type is Apriori algorithm, and the other type is FPGrowth. The Apriori algorithm excavates a frequent item set by continuously constructing and screening a candidate set, and needs to scan original data for many times, so that the efficiency is low. The FPGrowth algorithm only needs to scan original data (a user browses a showcase list) twice, and the original data are compressed through an FP-tree data structure, so that the efficiency is high. The present embodiment is described by taking the FPGrowth algorithm as an example.
Firstly, scanning a database (storing browsing showcase lists of a plurality of users) once to obtain a set F of frequent items and the support degree of each frequent item, and sequencing F according to the support degree, wherein the result is recorded as L.
Next, a root node of the FP-tree is created, denoted as T. And labeled as 'null', then the following steps are performed for each showcase list (Trans) in the database: and selecting and sequencing the showcase items in the showcase list according to the sequence in the L. Let the list of ordered showcase items in the showcase list be [ P | P ], where P is the first element and P is the remainder of the list, call insert _ tree ([ P | P ], T). The function insert _ tree ([ P | P ], T) operates as follows: if T has a child node N, where n.item-name is p.item-name, the count field value of N is increased by 1; otherwise, a new node N is created with its count 1, its parent T, and its node _ link concatenated with those having the same item _ name fields. If P is not empty, then an insert _ tree (P, N) is recursively called.
And finally, carrying out recursive mining on the FP-tree to obtain the support degree of the showcase.
