The working principle is as follows: in actual work, a plastic ball is put into an enclosure structure formed by a wing plate 22 and an enclosure grid plate 16, then the sealing plate 15 is butted in the splicing grooves 14 of the two wing plates 22, the sealing plate 15 is fixed by means of screws which simultaneously penetrate through the fixing holes 17 on the surfaces of the wing plates 22 and the sealing plate 15, then the connecting rod 11 at one end of the lapping column 7 is inserted into the limiting rotary groove 2 close to the motor frame, then the lantern ring 9 is pushed to the inside of the hidden ring groove 8, then the lapping column 7 at the other side is lapped on the fixed buckle plate 5, then the movable buckle plate 6 is buckled on the upper part of the fixed buckle plate 5, at the moment, the lantern ring 9 is loosened, the lantern ring 9 slides outwards under the action of the rebound force of the elastic piece 10 and is finally sleeved on the outer walls of the fixed buckle plate 5 and the movable buckle plate 6 to avoid the separation of the fixed buckle plate 5 and the movable buckle plate 6, and the meshing grooves on the inner walls of the fixed buckle plate 5 and the movable buckle plate 6 are butted with meshing blocks on the surfaces of the lapping column 7, the synchronous rotation of the lapping column 7 and the limiting rotation piece 3 is convenient to realize, the steel balls 4 on the surface of the limiting rotation piece 3 reduce the abrasion of the limiting rotation piece 3 and the limiting rotation groove 2, water is injected into the water tank 19 from a water filling port of the water tank 19 and is blocked by the aid of the plug head 21, the pressurizing water pump 20 is started to pressurize the interior of the water tank 19, water is sprayed to the enclosure grid plate 16 through the nozzle 18 to flush the plastic ball, the motor 13 is started to drive the enclosure structure to rotate, and the cleaning uniformity of the plastic ball is improved.
