The blocking portion 54 is cylindrical, and the connection portion 53 is provided with a through hole 531. During the rotation of the rotating member 50, the striking part 52 is used to push out or strike out the beverage capsule from the accommodating chamber 401. The rotating portion 51 is hinged to the mounting bracket 20, specifically, one end of the rotating portion 51 is hinged to an outer surface of the second side wall 22 near one end of the bottom wall 25 or an outer surface of the third side wall 23 near one end of the bottom wall 25; the other end of the rotating portion 51 is hinged to the fixing member 27.
The beverage capsule can be coffee capsule, and its periphery and annular edge are made of hard materials. The front and rear end surfaces of the beverage capsule are densely provided with fine holes for water to pass through, which is a conventional structure adopted by the coffee capsule in the coffee machine. Upon extraction, the body of the beverage capsule enters the receiving chamber 401, while the annular rim conforms to the opening of the receiving chamber 401. The stirring part 52 pushes the beverage capsule out of the accommodating cavity 401 by stirring the annular edge.
The projection 42 is provided with a slope 421 for abutting against the blocking portion 54 and rotating the rotating member 50 with respect to the mounting bracket 20.
In order to enable the rotating member 50 to be able to timely return to the initial position after completing one toggle motion, one end of the elastic supporting member 60 is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 20, and the other end is fixedly connected to the rotating member 50. The elastic supporting member 60 may be a spring, an elastic band, or the like.

For example: the driving assembly 70 includes a linear motor and a driving rod, the linear motor is connected with the sliding assembly 40 through the driving rod, and the linear motor can drive the sliding assembly 40 to do reciprocating rectilinear motion relative to the fixed assembly 30 through the driving rod. Alternatively, the driving assembly includes a hydraulic rod or cylinder, which is connected to the sliding assembly 40, and is used to drive the sliding assembly 40 to reciprocate relative to the fixed assembly 30. Alternatively still, the driving assembly 70 includes a stepping motor, a screw, and a nut, wherein a rotation shaft of the stepping motor is fixedly connected to the screw, and the rotation shaft is coaxial with the screw. The nut is sleeved on the screw rod, and the nut is fixedly connected with the sliding assembly 40. The stepper motor may drive the screw to rotate, and the screw rotates to move the nut along the axial direction of the screw, so that the sliding assembly 40 makes a reciprocating linear motion relative to the fixed assembly 30.

When the beverage preparation device 100 is in the first position, the distance between the fixed assembly 30 and the sliding assembly 40 is the largest, the holding end of the handle 71 is tilted upwards, and a user can put a beverage capsule into the accommodating space 201 through the first opening 211. When the beverage preparation device 100 is in the second position, the fixed assembly 30 and the sliding assembly 40 are engaged with each other, and the handle 71 is substantially parallel to the first side wall 21 of the mounting bracket 20. The beverage capsule placed in the receiving space 201 is pushed into the receiving chamber 401. That is, the body of the beverage capsule enters the receiving chamber 401, while the annular rim conforms to the opening of the receiving chamber 401.
To enable the beverage preparation device 100 to be locked or held in either of the two above mentioned position states, the beverage preparation device 100 further comprises an elastic member 80, which may in particular be a spring or an elastic band or the like. Specifically, in this embodiment, the elastic member 80 is a spring, one end of which is fixedly connected to the sliding assembly 40, and the other end of which is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the fourth side wall 24 of the mounting bracket 20.
It will be appreciated that the linkage 72 in the embodiment of the present invention converts the rotational motion of the handle 71 relative to the mounting bracket 20 into the linear motion of the sliding assembly 40, and thus the specific structure of the linkage 72 is not limited. In other embodiments, the link mechanism 72 includes first, second, third, fourth and fifth links, and an elastic member, one end of the first link is hinged to the handle 71, the other end of the first link is hinged to one end of the second link, the middle of the second link is hinged to the mounting bracket 20, the other end of the second link is hinged to one end of the third link, the other end of the third link is hinged to one end of the fourth link, the middle of the fourth link is hinged to the first mounting bracket 20, the other end of the fourth link is hinged to one end of the fifth link, and the other end of the fifth link is hinged to the sliding assembly 40. One end of the elastic member 80 is fixedly connected with the first connecting rod, and the other end of the elastic member 80 is fixedly connected with the third connecting rod.
The beverage preparation device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to beverage preparation equipment and comprises: and a rotating member 50, wherein the rotating member 50 is mounted at one end of the mounting bracket 20 and is rotatable with respect to the mounting bracket 20. The rotating member 50 may, during rotation relative to the mounting bracket 20, eject or push the used beverage capsule out of the capsule cavity so that the beverage capsule may fall out of the capsule cavity to the outside of the beverage preparation device.
It should be noted that the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, which are not to be construed as additional limitations of the invention, but are provided for a more thorough understanding of the present invention. The above-described features are further combined with each other to form various embodiments not listed above, and are considered to be the scope of the present invention described in the specification; further, modifications and variations of the present invention may be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing teachings, and all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of this invention as defined in the appended claims.
