Air cleaners are generally designed with electrical boxes for placement of circuit boards. Its primary function is to block flame to a certain extent when the circuit board fails to burn. By arranging the blocking rib 2 at the outlet 12 and enabling the projection of the blocking rib 2 on the side wall of the box body 1 where the outlet 12 is positioned to cover the outlet 12, on one hand, a lead 20 connected with the circuit board 10 can be led out through a gap between the blocking rib 2 and the outlet 12, and on the other hand, when the circuit board 10 fails to cause a fire in the electrical box, flame which is fleed from the outlet 12 can be blocked by the blocking rib 2 and cannot be fleed out of the electrical box directly through the outlet 12, so that the flame can be effectively blocked, and the safety of the electrical box is improved. The specific number of the ribs 2 is not limited as long as it is set corresponding to the outlet 12, that is, one rib 2 is set at one outlet 12. As an alternative embodiment, the rib 2 may extend from the first port wall 121 into the case 1.
The specific structural form of the rib 2 may be various, and in this embodiment, the rib 2 includes a first baffle 21 and a second baffle 22.
The first baffle 21 extends from the first port wall 121 in a direction away from the outlet 12, and is inclined toward a side of the outlet 12 opposite to the first port wall 121 in a process of being away from the outlet 12.
The second baffle 22 extends from one end of the first baffle 21 away from the first port wall 121 toward the side of the outlet 12 opposite to the first port wall 121 and is disposed at a distance from the outlet 12.
As an alternative embodiment, the rib 2 may also be a straight arc-shaped baffle.
In the present embodiment, the opposite side of the outlet 12 from the first port wall 121 is the second port wall 122 of the outlet 12.
The extension length of the rib 2 is not limited, and the projection on the side wall of the box body 1 where the outlet 12 is located can cover the outlet 12. The outlet 12 is also provided with a first limiting rib 4 which is suitable for bearing the lead 20, and the first limiting rib 4 extends to the blocking rib 2 from the bottom wall of the outlet 12 to the direction far away from the outlet 12.
