技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,具体说是一种配电箱。
背景技术
现有的家庭用的配电箱一般采用空气开关的组合方式控制用电器,并对用电安全进行监控,但该结构的弊端显而易见,如空气开关失灵,轻则对用电设备进行损害,重则伤害人员。为解决上述问题,现在一般采用主开关与短路保护器组合的方式,一旦发生短路或某个用电装置产生异常,则短路保护器强迫主开关断开;但短路保护器也是一种机械装置,依靠弹力进行动作,因此,可靠性不高。此外,现有的配电箱没有显示装修,有时发生故障,无法判断故障产生的原因,更没有与电表相结合,不适应现在高度发达的自动数据采集技术。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种由中央控制器控制的配电箱,并借助中央控制器将电表与通讯技术结合起来,适应了远程控制技术,可通过互联网对用电器进行控制,并且与电量采集技术结合起来,可远程采集用电量,节约了大量人力。具体技术方案如下:
一种配电箱,包括中央处理器,所述中央处理器输入端与电表的信号输出端电连接,电表分别与入户电路及回路开关电连接,回路开关与用电器电连接;所述中央处理器还与回路开关电连接;回路开关中的电控阀及电流信号采集装置均与中央处理器电连接,中央处理器采集回路开关的电流大小并与预先输入的标准值进行比较,并根据比较结果通过电控阀对回路开关进行开闭操作;所述中央处理器还与报警装置及显示装置电连接。
为适应远程控制,所述中央处理器还与通讯模块电连接,通过通讯模块将采集的信号发送至采集端。
本发明的优点是:借助中央控制器将电表与通讯技术结合起来,适应了远程控制技术,可通过互联网对用电器进行控制,并且与电量采集技术结合起来,可远程采集用电量,节约了大量人力。附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图1所示,本发明包括包括中央处理器1,所述中央处理器1输入端与电表2的信号输出端电连接,电表2分别与入户电路及回路开关5电连接,回路开关5与用电器6电连接;所述中央处理器1还与回路开关5电连接;回路开关5中的电控阀及电流信号采集装置均与中央处理器1电连接,中央处理器1采集回路开关的电流大小并与预先输入的标准值进行比较,并根据比较结果通过电控阀对回路开关5进行开闭操作;所述中央处理器还与漏电保护稳压电路8连接;所述中央处理器1还与报警装置3及显示装置4电连接。
为适应远程控制,所述中央处理器1还与通讯模块7电连接,通过通讯模块7将采集的信号发送至采集端。
本发明的部件可采用市购产品,如中央处理器采用MCU类产品,如MCS-51系列,电表采用深圳华旭科技有限公司的产品,回路开关采用上海一护电气科技有限公司产品,通讯模块可采用西门子公司的产品。

1.一种配电箱,其特征在于:包括中央处理器,所述中央处理器输入端与电表的信号输出端电连接,电表分别与入户电路及回路开关电连接,回路开关与用电器电连接;所述中央处理器还与回路开关电连接;回路开关中的电控阀及电流信号采集装置均与中央处理器电连接,中央处理器采集回路开关的电流大小并与预先输入的标准值进行比较,并根据比较结果通过电控阀对回路开关进行开闭操作;所述中央处理器还与报警装置及显示装置电连接;所述中央处理器还与漏电保护稳压电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配电箱,其特征在于:所述中央处理器还与通讯模块电连接,通过通讯模块将采集的信号发送至采集端。
