In this embodiment, the client may run on the electronic device 10, and the electronic device 10 may further be connected to a plurality of devices that need to be managed. Therefore, the client can manage a plurality of devices by taking the electronic device 10 as a carrier.
In this embodiment, the electronic device 10 may be configured to implement the client management method of the present application. Although only one device is shown, the functionality described herein may be implemented in a distributed manner across a plurality of similar devices to balance processing load for convenience.
For example, the electronic device 10 may include a network port 11 connected to a network, one or more processors 12 for executing program instructions, a communication bus 13, and a different form of storage medium 14, such as a disk, ROM, or RAM, or any combination thereof. For example, a first processor performs step a and a second processor performs step B, or the first processor and the second processor perform steps a and B together.
Referring to fig. 2, some embodiments of the present application provide a client management method, which may be executed by a client device running on an electronic device, and the client management method includes: step S100, step S200, and step S300.
Step S100: and acquiring the unique equipment identification of each equipment in the plurality of current equipment.
Step S200: and obtaining a matching result based on judging whether the unique device identifier of each device is matched with the unique authorization identifier of one preset device in the multiple devices, wherein the unique authorization identifier of each preset device in the multiple devices is used for the client to determine the management authority granted to manage the multiple preset devices based on the unique authorization identifier of each device.
Step S300: and determining at least one device with the number of unmatched devices larger than the preset number of unmatched devices according to the matching result, and generating information for indicating that the client needs to be granted new management authority.
The flow of the client management method of the present application will be described in detail below.
Before a client manages devices needing to be managed, the client needs to obtain management authority for managing the devices.
As an alternative way to obtain the management authority, the client may send an identifier obtaining request to multiple devices in the devices that need to be managed based on the connection between the electronic device and the devices that need to be managed, so that a unique device identifier of each device sent by each device in the multiple devices based on the identifier obtaining request may be obtained. The unique device identifier of each device may be a motherboard Serial Number, a Media access control Address (MAC Address), an Electronic Serial Number (ESN), an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), an Mobile Equipment Identity (MEID), or a Mobile Equipment Identity (MEID) of each device according to different types of devices.
It should be noted that the multiple devices that obtain the unique device identifiers may be key devices in the devices that need to be managed, and the key devices may be node devices, for example. For example, devices that need to be managed include: device a, device B, device C, device D, device E, device F, device G, and device H, and device a may be connected with device B and device C, device B may be connected with device D and device E, respectively, device D may be connected with device F, and device E may be connected with device G and device H, respectively. Thus, device a, device B, and device E may then act as node devices. Therefore, the unique equipment identifier of the node equipment is obtained, so that the operation amount of the client can be reduced, and the operation load is reduced.
After the client obtains the unique device identifier of each device, the client may send the unique device identifier of each device to a management server that manages the client. The management server fuses the unique device identifier of each device based on a preset encryption Algorithm, for example, by using MD5(Message-Digest Algorithm), asymmetric encryption Algorithm, or DES (Data encryption standard), so that an encrypted authorization file can be generated. The authorization file may include a unique device identifier of each device, but since the authorization file is used to provide authorization for management of the client, the unique device identifier of each device included in the authorization file may serve as the unique authorization identifier of each device. In addition, the authorization file is used for the client to subsequently determine whether the client still has the management authority, so that the authorization file can be used as a preset file of the client, and the multiple devices determined in the authorization file can be used as multiple preset devices.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the client may be a client used by a user who purchases the client or a user who sells the client, and the management server may sell a server used by the user who sells the client.
After the management server generates an authorization file containing the unique authorization identifier of each device, the management server can return the authorization file to the client. Accordingly, the client can determine the management authority granted to manage the plurality of devices based on the unique authorization identifier of each device in the authorization file obtained by analysis, so that the client can manage the operation of the plurality of devices.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the client from being used illegally, that is, to avoid the situation that the operation of the device is also managed without the management authority, the client may poll for a certain duration to detect whether the client currently has the management authority.
In the polling process, since the flow of each detection by the client may be substantially the same, the client management method of the present application will be described below with respect to a certain detection by the client.
Through polling, the client may determine whether the current time length from the last time when the unique device identifier of each device is obtained meets the preset time length, and if so, when it is determined that the current time point reaches the time point at which the detection starts, the client may perform step S100.
Step S100: and acquiring the unique equipment identification of each equipment in the plurality of current equipment.
When the current time point of the client reaches the time point of the start of the detection, the client can obtain the unique device identifier of the device which can communicate with the client at the current time point of the multiple devices based on the multiple devices determined in the authorization file, so that the client can obtain the unique device identifier of each device in the multiple devices which can communicate with the client at the current time point.
Accordingly, after the client obtains the unique device identifier of each device, the client may continue to perform step S200.
In this embodiment, the client may determine whether the client further has the management authority based on obtaining the unique device identifier of each device.
As an optional manner for the client to determine whether the client still has the management right based on the unique device identifier of each device, the client may match the unique device identifier of each device with the unique authorization identifier of each device in the multiple preset devices based on the unique authorization identifier of each device in the authorization file, and determine whether the unique device identifier of each device matches with the unique authorization identifier of one device in the multiple preset devices.
Based on the determination of whether the unique device identifier of each device is matched, the client may obtain a matching condition based on the unique device identifier of each device to determine a matching result.
As a first way to obtain the matching result, the client may obtain the number of devices that do not match based on determining whether the unique device identifier of each device matches. For example, if the unique device id of device a is a2, but the preset unique device id of device a is a1, device a is determined to be a non-matching device, and the number of non-matching devices is recorded as 1. And if the current multiple devices do not have the device B corresponding to the preset device B, determining that the device B is a non-matched device, and recording the number of the non-matched devices as 2 again.
The client also presets at least one preset quantity of unmatched equipment so as to avoid the condition of equipment downtime or equipment replacement and the like to avoid no longer having the management right. The preset number can be set according to the number of the plurality of devices, and if the number of the plurality of devices is large, the preset number can be larger; otherwise, it may be smaller.
Based on the preset number, the client may determine whether the number of devices that do not match in the matching result is greater than the preset number. If the value is greater than the threshold value, it may indicate that the client is illegally used except for the condition that the equipment is down or the equipment is replaced, and otherwise, if the value is less than or equal to the threshold value, it may indicate that the client is down or the equipment is replaced.
As a second way to obtain the matching result, the client may obtain the number of the matched devices based on determining whether the unique device identifier of each device is matched, and then determine the matching success rate based on a comparison between the number of the matched devices and the total number of the plurality of devices currently in the current range.
In this embodiment, the client further sets a preset success rate in advance, where the preset success rate may be a success rate determined based on a comparison between the preset number of matches and a total number of the preset multiple devices. Compared with the first method in which the preset number is set, the preset success rate can be determined based on the probability of occurrence of conditions such as overall equipment downtime or equipment replacement without being adjusted according to the scale of multiple pieces of equipment.
Based on the method, the client can judge whether the matching success rate is greater than the preset success rate. If the number of the unmatched devices is larger than the number of the unmatched devices, the number of the unmatched devices is larger than at least one, that is, the number of the unmatched devices can indicate that the client is possibly illegally used except the conditions that the devices are down or the devices are replaced. Of course, the opposite indicates that the client may be in a condition of equipment downtime or equipment replacement.
After the client determines that the client is not to perform the determination, the client may continue to perform step S300.
Step S300: determining at least one unmatched device with the number larger than the preset unmatched number according to the matching result, and generating information for indicating that the client needs to be granted with new management authority
When the client determines that the matching success rate is greater than the preset success rate or the number of the unmatched devices is not greater than at least one unmatched preset number, the client can determine that the client continues to have the management authority for the multiple devices, and therefore the detection process is finished.
When the client determines that the matching success rate is not greater than the preset success rate or the number of unmatched devices is greater than at least one unmatched preset number, the client can determine that the devices are abnormal and whether a new management authority can be obtained is needed. At this time, the client may switch to the function restriction mode, that is, the function that the client can perform in the function restriction mode may be a function related to the granted management authority.
As a way for the client to determine whether a new management right can be obtained, since the premise of the client being granted the management right is to determine a management contract for the client to grant the client the management right, the client may be granted the management right based on the authorization file only within the term of the management contract. The client may then generate information containing contract information for the client's management contract, where the information may be used to determine whether the client may be granted new management rights, and the contract information may be a contract number.
The client can send the information to the management server based on the generated information, so that the management server can determine whether the authorization contract for the client is a normal contract according to the contract information.
Alternatively, the management server may determine whether the authorization contract of the client is a normal contract by matching the contract information with preset contract information of the client preset in the management server.
If not, determining whether the authorization contract of the client is an abnormal contract, so that the client cannot be granted new management authority again. Therefore, the management server can send the reminding information which cannot grant new management authority to the client so that the client can display the reminding information.
If so, determining that the authorization contract of the client is a normal contract, and determining that the client can be granted new management authority again. The management server may generate and return re-authorization information to the client based on determining that the authorization contract is a normal contract. And the client can send the unique device identification of each device to the management server again according to the re-authorization information, so that the management server generates a new authorization file according to the unique device identification of each device. It will be appreciated that the new authorization file also includes a new unique authorization identifier for each device that is determined based on the unique device identifier for each device. Therefore, the management server sends the new authorization file to the client, so that the client determines that the client is granted new management authority for managing the current multiple devices based on the obtained new authorization file.
As another way for the client to determine whether a new management right is available, the client may also generate and display information indicating that the client needs to be granted the new management right. In addition, the client can also display the after-sale contact information of the user selling the client. In this way, the user using the client can interface the user selling the client based on the information and the contact information, so that the user selling the client can grant the management authority to the client again.
