As shown in fig. 1, the report data testing method includes the following steps:
S1100, acquiring accounting data from a plurality of systems;
Typically, there are different systems for billing and accounting for different subjects or sub-companies, respectively, for group companies with a large amount of traffic, a large variety of industries, and a large number of sub-companies. Therefore, in order to conveniently obtain the business data of the whole group company, the report generating system is associated with each system, and the billing data of each system is obtained at any time.
The accounting data is data for recording business formed according to the accounting vouchers, wherein the accounting vouchers are classified according to economic business properties, accounting entry is determined as one kind of vouchers for registering accounts, accounting staff can fill the accounting vouchers according to the original vouchers or the original vouchers summary table without errors, and the accounting vouchers are classified into collection vouchers, payment vouchers, transfer vouchers and the like according to the recorded economic business and cash and bank deposit receipt and payment. For example, if a certain accounting voucher is a 10000 ten thousand bank transfer voucher transferred to a bank account where the company X is located after the company X purchases goods, the company finance can record the accounting voucher as a borrow: accounts receivable 10000 ten thousand, credit: bank deposit: 10000 yuan.
S1200, filling accounting data into a preset template to generate a financial statement;
The financial statement includes: asset liability statement, damage benefit statement, cash flow statement or financial condition change statement, balance statement and balance notes. Wherein the liability statement is a statement reflecting all of the assets, liabilities, and owner equity of the business on a particular date. The profit-loss table is a report for reflecting profit realization or loss of an enterprise during a certain period. The cash flow table indicates the increase/decrease of cash of the enterprise. The data in the table are all obtained by accounting according to accounting subjects through business data which are daily generated by enterprises.
The preset template is a form document set in the form of a financial statement. In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal calculates the acquired accounting data to generate the accounting data to be filled in the financial report, and for the annual financial report, the accounting data in1 year acquired from a plurality of systems can be subjected to cumulative addition operation, and for the monthly report or the report with any date, all the accounting data in the term can be acquired according to the term of the report and calculated according to a preset method, and the calculated report data is filled in a preset report template.
For example, assets in the asset liability table include: a liquidity asset and a non-liquidity asset, wherein the liquidity asset comprises: monetary funds, receivables, accounts receivable, pre-paid money, interest receivable, inventory, and the like. Taking monetary funds as an example, accounting data about the monetary funds in each system is acquired, the amount of the accumulated monetary funds is calculated according to the deadlines, and the calculated monetary funds are filled into the report.
S1300, comparing the generated financial statement with a target financial statement acquired in advance to confirm the correctness of the statement data in the target financial statement.
The target financial report is a report with the same term as the financial report generated in the embodiment of the invention, for example, the generated financial report is a month report of 20XX year X month, and the target financial report is also a month report of 20XX year X month, wherein the target financial report can be a report which is pre-manufactured by accountants or a report which is manufactured by a system and is used for comparing with the financial report generated in the embodiment of the invention so as to test the accuracy of the report generated by the system.
In the embodiment of the invention, each item of data in the generated financial statement is respectively subjected to one comparison with the data in the financial statement acquired in advance, when the data are completely consistent, the correctness of the generated statement is high, and when the comparison is inconsistent, the correctness is low.
According to the report data testing method, the accounting data in each system are automatically acquired and filled into the preset templates, the financial report is generated and compared with the pre-acquired financial report, so that the accuracy of the report data is tested, the operation condition of a financial report forecast enterprise can be obtained at any time, and the method is convenient and efficient, and therefore the working efficiency is improved.
