Abstract

A photographic device and a light filtering module thereof are provided. The photographic device comprises a sensing chip, a lens module and a filtering module. The sensing chip includes a receiving surface having two end edges and two side edges. The light filtering module is arranged between the receiving surface and the lens module, the light filtering module comprises a light filter used for filtering light and a light shielding layer arranged on the light filter, the light shielding layer is provided with a light transmitting opening for the light to pass through, the light transmitting opening is provided with a light transmitting part and two connecting parts, the light transmitting part is positioned at the center, the light transmitting part is respectively positioned at the end edge positioning part above the end edge, and the two connecting parts are connected with the light transmitting part and are respectively positioned at the end edge positioning part above the end edge. The positions of the end edge positioning parts and the side edge positioning parts projected on the receiving surface are spaced from the corresponding connecting positions of the end edges and the side edges. Therefore, the light rays which are not passed through by the lens module are not easy to enter the receiving surface of the sensing chip to cause the defect of a shot picture.

Photographic device and light filtering module thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a camera device and a filter module thereof, and more particularly, to a camera device and a filter module thereof capable of preventing light leakage.
Background
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a conventional photographing device 10 includes a sensing module 1, a holder 2, a lens module 3, and a filter module 4.
The sensing module 1 includes a sensing chip 11, the sensing chip 11 includes a receiving surface 111 for receiving light, the receiving surface 111 has two end edges 111a located at opposite sides, and two side edges 111b connected between the end edges 111a and located at opposite sides. The fixing member 2 is disposed on the sensing module 1 and has a fixing portion 21. The lens module 3 is fixed on the fixing portion 21 of the holder 2, and the lens module 3 includes a lens light-emitting portion 31 at the bottom thereof for transmitting light to the receiving surface 111 of the sensing chip 11.
The optical filter module 4 is disposed between the receiving surface 111 of the sensing chip 11 and the lens light-emitting portion 31 of the lens module 3, the optical filter module 4 includes an optical filter 41 for filtering light, and a light-shielding layer 42 which is disposed on the optical filter 41 in an attaching manner and is made of opaque material, the light-shielding layer 42 is formed with a light-transmitting opening 421 for allowing light to pass through from the bottom surface to the top surface so as to reach the receiving surface 111 of the sensing chip 11, the light-transmitting opening 421 has a light-transmitting portion 421a which is located at the center and is substantially rectangular, and two diagonal positioning portions 421b which are respectively connected to two opposite corners of the light-transmitting portion 421a and are used for positioning with the receiving surface 111 of the sensing chip 11.
However, when the photographing device 10 is assembled, if the relative position between the lens module 3 and the receiving surface 111 is slightly shifted, the photographing device 10 may receive the excessive light from the gap between the lens module 3 and the holder 2 through a light leakage area 421c of the diagonal positioning portion 421b by the receiving surface 111, thereby causing a defect of the photographed image.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a photographic device and a light filtering module thereof, which can avoid the defect of the shot picture caused by light leakage.
The photographic device comprises a sensing chip, a lens module and a filtering module. The sensing chip comprises a receiving surface for receiving light, wherein the receiving surface is provided with two end edges positioned on opposite sides, and two side edges connected to the end edges and positioned on opposite sides. The lens module comprises a lens light-out part which is positioned at the bottom and used for transmitting light to the receiving surface of the sensing chip. The light filtering module is arranged between the receiving surface of the sensing chip and the lens light-emitting part of the lens module, the light filtering module comprises a light filter used for filtering light and a light shielding layer which is attached to the light filter and made of opaque materials, the light shielding layer is provided with a light transmitting opening for the light to pass through so as to reach the receiving surface of the sensing chip, the light transmitting opening is provided with a light transmitting part located in the center, two end edge positioning parts connected with the periphery of the light transmitting part and respectively located above the end edges, and two end edge positioning parts connected with the periphery of the light transmitting part and respectively located above the end edges. The positions of the end edge positioning parts and the side edge positioning parts projected on the receiving surface are spaced from the adjacent corresponding end edge and side edge connecting parts.
In the imaging device of the present invention, the edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion are substantially rectangular in shape having two long sides and two short sides, and the connection between the edge positioning portion and the translucent portion is a long side.
In the imaging device of the present invention, the edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion are substantially triangular in shape including a bottom side and two side edges, and the bottom sides of the edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion are spaced from the corresponding edges of the translucent portion in parallel.
In the photographing device of the invention, the positions of the end edge positioning part and the side edge positioning part projected on the receiving surface are separated from the middle points of the corresponding end edge and side edge by a distance.
The optical filtering module is suitable for being arranged between a receiving surface of the sensing chip and a lens light-emitting part of the lens module, the receiving surface is provided with two end edges positioned on the opposite sides and two side edges connected with the end edges and positioned on the opposite sides, and the optical filtering module comprises an optical filter and a light shielding layer. The light filter is used for filtering light, the light shield layer is arranged on the light filter in a fitting mode and is made of opaque materials, the light shield layer is provided with a light transmission opening through which light can pass to reach the receiving surface of the sensing chip, the light transmission opening is provided with a light transmission part located in the center, two end edge positioning parts connected with the periphery of the light transmission part and respectively located above the end edges, and two side edge positioning parts connected with the periphery of the light transmission part and respectively located above the end edges. The positions of the end edge positioning parts and the side edge positioning parts projected on the receiving surface are spaced from the adjacent corresponding end edge and side edge connecting parts.
In the filter module of the present invention, the end edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion are substantially rectangular and are formed by two long sides and two short sides, and the connection positions of the end edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion with the light transmission portion are long sides.
In the light filtering module of the present invention, the end edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion are slightly triangular, each of which is composed of a bottom side and two side edges, and the bottom sides of the end edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion are spaced from the corresponding edges of the light transmission portion in parallel.
According to the light filtering module, the positions of the end edge positioning parts and the side edge positioning parts projected on the receiving surface are separated from the middle points of the corresponding end edges and the corresponding side edges by a distance.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the light filtering module can be easily positioned on the sensing chip by means of the end edge positioning part and the side edge positioning part, and because the positions of the end edge positioning part and the side edge positioning part projected on the receiving surface and the corresponding end edge and side edge connecting parts are separated by a certain distance, light rays which are not passed through by the lens module are not easy to be emitted into the receiving surface of the sensing chip by the end edge positioning part and the side edge positioning part.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, a photographing device 100 according to a first embodiment of the invention includes a sensing module 5, a holder 6, a lens module 7, and a filter module 8.
The sensing module 5 includes a sensing chip 51, and the sensing chip 51 includes a receiving surface 511 for receiving light, the receiving surface 511 has two end edges 511a located at opposite sides, and two side edges 511b connected to the end edges 511a and located at opposite sides. The fixing member 6 is disposed on the sensing module 5 and has a fixing portion 61. The lens module 7 is fixed on the fixing portion 61 of the holder 6, and the lens module 7 includes a lens light-emitting portion 71 at the bottom thereof for transmitting light to the receiving surface 511 of the sensor chip 51.
The optical filtering module 8 is disposed between the receiving surface 511 of the sensing chip 51 and the lens light-emitting portion 71 of the lens module 7, and the optical filtering module 8 includes an optical filter 81 for filtering light and a light-shielding layer 82 which is disposed on the optical filter 81 and is made of opaque material. In the first embodiment, the light shielding layer 82 is disposed on the top surface of the optical filter 81, but in other embodiments, the light shielding layer 82 may be disposed on the bottom surface of the optical filter 81, and is not limited thereto. The light shielding layer 82 is formed with a light transmitting opening 821 for light to pass through to reach the receiving surface 511 of the sensor chip 51, and the light transmitting opening 821 has a light transmitting portion 821a located at the center, two end edge positioning portions 821b connected to the periphery of the light transmitting portion 821a and located above the end edges 511a, and two side edge positioning portions 821c connected to the periphery of the light transmitting portion 821a and located above the side edges 511 b. The positions of the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c projected on the receiving surface 511 are respectively located on the corresponding end edge 511a and side edge 511b, and are spaced apart from the connecting portion of the adjacent corresponding end edge 511a and side edge 511b, that is, the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c are not connected to each other.
It should be noted that the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c are designed to allow the filter module 8 to be easily positioned relative to the end edge 511a and the side edge 511b of the receiving surface 511 of the sensor chip 51, and the positions of the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c projected on the receiving surface 511 are spaced from the connecting portions of the adjacent corresponding end edge 511a and side edge 511b, so that light rays not passed through the lens module 7 (for example, light rays entering from the gap between the retainer 6 and the lens module 7) are not easily incident on the receiving surface 511 through the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c of the light shielding layer 82, thereby avoiding defects of the photographed image.
In the first embodiment, the end edge positioning part 821b and the side edge positioning part 821c are substantially rectangular in shape having two long sides and two short sides, and the connection between the end edge positioning part 821b and the side edge positioning part 821c and the translucent part 821a is a long side.
In the first embodiment, the positions of the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c projected on the receiving surface 511 are spaced from the midpoints of the corresponding end edges 511a and side edges 511b by a distance, so that the light entering the receiving surface 511 through the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c is farther from the center of the receiving surface 511, and the light passing through the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c does not affect the overall photographing quality.
In addition, the end edge positioning part 821b and the side edge positioning part 821c are adjacent to each other two by two in the first embodiment, but in other embodiments, the end edge positioning part 821b and the side edge positioning part 821c may be dispersed at four corners adjacent to the light transmission part 821a, respectively, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, a second embodiment of the image capturing device 100 according to the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment except that the end edge positioning portion 821b and the side edge positioning portion 821c are substantially triangular with a bottom side and two side edges, and the bottom sides of the end edge positioning portion 821b and the side edge positioning portion 821c are spaced apart from the corresponding edges of the translucent portion 821a in parallel.
In the first and second embodiments, the end edge positioning portion 821b and the side edge positioning portion 821c are substantially rectangular and triangular, but the end edge positioning portion and the side edge positioning portion may have other shapes, and are not limited to the two embodiments.
As described above, in the photographing device 100 and the filter module 8 thereof according to the present invention, the edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c allow the filter module 8 to be easily positioned on the sensor chip 51, and since the positions of the receiving surface 51 where the edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c are projected are spaced apart from the connecting portions between the adjacent corresponding edge 511a and side edge 511b, the light beams that do not pass through the lens module 7 are not easily incident on the receiving surface 511 of the sensor chip 51 through the edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821 c. Further, since the positions of the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c projected on the receiving surface 511 are spaced from the midpoints of the corresponding end edges 511a and side edges 511b by a distance, the light passing through the end edge positioning portions 821b and the side edge positioning portions 821c does not affect the overall image quality, and thus the object of the present invention can be achieved.

the positions of the end edge positioning parts and the side edge positioning parts projected on the receiving surface are spaced from the connecting positions of the adjacent corresponding end edges and side edges, and the positions of the end edge positioning parts and the side edge positioning parts projected on the receiving surface are spaced from the middle points of the corresponding end edges and side edges.
