The invention relates to the field of illumination, in particular to a car lamp lens unit and application thereof.
Background
At present, a signal lamp with a traditional vertical rib pattern lens structure is adopted in the market, and with specific reference to fig. 1, only the side marker lamps, the reversing lamps and other lamp regulations of European and American regulations can be met, but more lamp function requirements, installation and appearance requirements cannot be met; the signal lamp with the conventional vertical stripe pattern lens structure has the effect of diffusing only in the horizontal direction, and particularly referring to fig. 2, the lighting effect is single, and the signal lamp is not attractive and novel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a car lamp lens unit and application thereof, so that light spots formed by the car lamp lens unit are diffused in all directions from 0 to 360 degrees, and the lighting effect is better.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a car lamp lens unit, which is provided with a pattern surface; the pattern surface is arranged facing the light source; a plurality of arc-shaped units are arranged on the pattern surface; the arc-shaped unit is formed by connecting two ends and tails of a plurality of arc sections.
In a preferred embodiment, the arc segments on the same arc unit have the same shape and are distributed in a central symmetry manner, and the radii of the arc segments forming different arc units are different.
In a preferred embodiment, the arc units are distributed with the center of the tread surface as the center.
In a preferred embodiment, the arc segments are each curved away from the center of the tread surface.
In a preferred embodiment, each two of the arc units form an arc unit group; the distance between the arc units constituting the arc unit group is smaller than the distance between different arc unit groups.
In a preferred embodiment, a light receiving surface is further disposed at the center of the patterned surface; the middle part of the light receiving surface is a circular light receiving area, a plurality of first petal-shaped light receiving areas are further arranged along the circumferential direction of the circular light receiving area, and the first petal-shaped light receiving areas are distributed in a central symmetry mode by taking the circle center as the center.
In a preferred embodiment, a second petal-shaped light receiving area is further disposed between the first petal-shaped light receiving area and the arc-shaped unit, and the second petal-shaped light receiving areas are distributed in a central symmetry manner with the center of the circle as the center.
The invention also provides an automobile lamp, which adopts the automobile lamp lens unit; the LED display also comprises a circuit board and at least one light source arranged on the circuit board; the light sources are symmetrically distributed with the center of the circuit board as the center.
In a preferred embodiment, the device also comprises a fixed rubber ring and a base; the fixed rubber ring, the car lamp lens unit, the circuit board and the base are assembled in sequence.
In a preferred embodiment, the light source is a plug-in type piranha light distribution light source or a patch type light source or a straw hat light source.

The invention provides a car lamp lens unit and application thereof, and the car side marker lamp, the motorcycle tail lamp, the car daytime running lamp and the like of the car lamp lens unit can form a diffuse circular light spot, wherein the light spot can easily meet various car lamp regulations with lower light source power consumption, and the car lamp lens unit comprises a side marker lamp, a rear position lamp, a brake lamp, a rear turn lamp, a reversing lamp, a daytime running lamp and the like of European and American regulations; compared with the traditional vertical pattern lens structure which is only easy to meet the defects of the side marker lamps, the reversing lamps and other vehicle regulations of European and American regulations, the vehicle lamp lens unit provided by the invention has more compatible vehicle lamp functions and higher light-emitting rate, and can be installed in any angle direction of 0-360 degrees when being installed, compared with the vertical pattern lens structure which is only suitable for being installed in the horizontal direction, the invention has better practicability, and the mask effect such as lotus bloom and appearance update when being lighted. Besides the plug-in type piranha light distribution, the car lamp lens unit can also be matched with a patch type light source or a straw hat light source so as to form more conversion effects.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
An automotive lamp, referring to fig. 3 to 8, employing a lamp lens unit; the car light lens unit 2 is provided with a pattern surface; the pattern surface is arranged facing the light source; a plurality of arc units 201 are arranged on the pattern surface; the arc unit 201 is specifically an arc ring formed by connecting two ends of a plurality of arc segments. The arc sections on the same arc unit 201 have the same shape and are distributed in a central symmetry manner, and the radii of the arc sections forming different arc units 201 are different. The arc units 201 are all distributed with the center of the pattern surface as the center, i.e. are distributed in concentric circles.
Specifically, the arc segments are each curved away from the center of the tread. Each two arc units 201 are a group to form an arc unit group 20; the distance between the arc units 201 constituting the arc unit group 20 is smaller than the distance between the different arc unit groups 20, referring specifically to fig. 6.
Specifically, the center of the pattern surface is also provided with a light receiving surface; the middle part of the light receiving surface is specifically a circular light receiving area 21, a plurality of first petal-shaped light receiving areas 22 are further arranged along the circumferential direction of the circular light receiving area 21, and the first petal-shaped light receiving areas 22 are distributed in a central symmetry mode with the center of a circle as the center. A second petal-shaped light receiving area 23 is further disposed between the first petal-shaped light receiving area 22 and the arc-shaped unit 201, and the second petal-shaped light receiving areas 23 are distributed in a central symmetry manner with the center of the circle as the center.
The automobile lamp provided by the invention further comprises a circuit board 3 and at least one light source arranged on the circuit board 3; the light sources are distributed in a central symmetry manner with the center of the circuit board 3 as the center. The device also comprises a fixed rubber ring 1 and a base 5; the fixed rubber ring 1, the car lamp lens unit 2, the circuit board 3 and the base 5 are assembled in sequence. The light source is specifically a plug-in type piranha light distribution light source 41, a patch type light source 42 or a straw hat light source.
The invention provides a car lamp lens unit 2 and application thereof on car lamps, and car side marker lamps, motorcycle tail lamps, car daytime running lamps and the like of the car lamp lens unit 2 can form a diffuse circular light spot, wherein the light spot with the shape is easy to meet various car lamp regulations with lower light source power consumption, including side marker lamps, rear position lamps, brake lamps, rear turn lamps, reversing lamps, daytime running lamps and the like of European regulations and American regulations; compared with the traditional vertical pattern lens structure, the invention has the advantages that the defects of the side marker lamp, the reversing lamp and other vehicle regulations of European and American regulations are easily met, the compatible vehicle lamp of the vehicle lamp lens unit 2 has more functions and higher light emitting rate, can be installed in any angle direction of 360 degrees when the whole lamp is installed, and has better practicability compared with the vertical pattern lens structure which is only suitable for being installed in the horizontal direction, the mask effect such as lotus bloom and appearance update when the lamp is lighted. Besides the plug-in type piranha light distribution, the car lamp lens unit 2 can also be matched with a patch type light source 42 or a straw hat light source so as to form more conversion effects.
