Abstract

近年来,随着人们在近海、湖泊、江河等水下活动的急剧增加,对提高中等水质或较浑浊水域中潜水员的观察能力提出了非常迫切的需求。为此,本发明提出一种将蓝绿LD激光和传统LED光源相结合,实现优势互补的水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒。它由450nm‑532nm的蓝绿光LD激光器、白光LED光源、激光发散角调节器和激光输出功率控制器组成,根据使用水域或水下作业任务目标不同,可采用不同波长的LD激光器与LED光源进行组合,且激光输出功率和光束发散角可调,以期达成最佳照明效果;此外,还可按约定指令模式,变换激光输出功率大小或通断状态,为潜水员之间传递简单指令信息提供一种辅助手段。

水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒
技术领域
本发明属于水下照明技术领域,旨在实现蓝绿LD激光与传统LED光源水下应用优势互补,更好满足多样化水域照明需求。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们在近海、湖泊、江河等水下活动的急剧增加,对在救援、抢险、养殖、施工和考古等方面的潜水员需求旺盛。因潜水员可达作业水深有限,故多处于中等水质或较浑浊水域。在此情况下,水下照明光源就成为一种水下观察的基本工具。此领域目前使用最为广泛的是LED光源,其技术成熟、类型齐全、成本较低,在有阳光照射到的水域照明效果尚可,但在能见度低或全黑水域,即使照明功率很高时也“伸手难见五指”,不仅制约着潜水员的水下作业能力,而且还带来诸多不安全因素。而近年来技术逐渐成熟的LD蓝绿激光,因其波段光束的水下穿透能力强、器件寿命长,输出功率和发散角可调,且成本适中,所以可有效弥补现有LED光源的水下照明能力不足。本发明就是为将蓝绿LD激光和传统LED光源相结合,实现优势互补而提出的。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒,主要用于提高在中等水质条件下潜水员的观察距离或小型水下机器人操作区的照明亮度,并具有指令信息水下传递能力。通过选择LD激光和LED光源发射状态、改变光束发散角及调节输出功率,可为潜水员根据水下工作状态进行照明选择或改变参数提供便利。水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒由LD激光器、LED光源、激光发散角调节器和激光输出功率控制器组成,各部分均采用模块化设计,适用于不同用户需求。水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒中的LD激光器和LED光源同时安装在一个手电筒壳体内,利用LD激光光束可由光纤光缆输出的特点,为其发射端的安装结构提供了多种选择,如LD激光的光纤发射端居中,LED光源发射端外周圈均匀排布;或LED光源发射端居中或内圈排布,LD激光的光纤发射端外周圈排布;或LD激光的光纤发射端与LED光源发射端横纵交叉矩形排列。排布方式的选择一方面取决于对两种光源照射总功率的要求,另一方面还要兼顾光照分布比较均匀。LD激光器的工作波段为450nm-532nm的蓝绿光,根据使用海域和观察水下目标不同,可采用单一波长的大功率激光器,也可将多支不同波长的激光器进行组合。如在深海清澈水环境下,可首选蓝光LD激光器;在浅海浑浊水环境下,可首选绿光激光器;为适应复杂水域使用,也可令每支LD激光的输出波长有所不同,每支波长LD激光器独立成一模块,方便组合。激光输出功率控制器为一分档可调或连续可调的装置,一是通过对水下激光照明亮度的精细调节,达成最佳照明效果;二是可按照约定的指令模式,变换激光输出功率大小或通断状态,为潜水员之间传递简单指令信息提供一种辅助手段。
本发明水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒的优点是:
1、可在水中实现对LD激光输出功率和光束发散角的精准调节,方便用户在不同水域作业条件下优化照明效果,并具备一定的简单指令水下传递能力。
2、利用LD激光光束可由光纤光缆输出的特点,为其发射端的安装结构提供了多种选择,可以很容易地实现LD激光光纤发射端与LED光源发射端的复杂排列组合。

具体实施方案
本发明的水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒具体实施方案如下水下。水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒主要由LD激光器1、LED光源2、激光发散角调节器3和激光输出功率控制器4组成,各部分均为模块化设计,根据需要可选装。水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒中的LD激光器1和LED光源2同时安装在一个手电筒壳体内,利用LD激光光束可由光纤光缆输出的特点,为其发射端的安装结构提供了多种选择,如LD激光器1的光纤发射端居中,LED光源2发射端外周圈均匀排布;或LED光源2发射端居中或内圈排布,LD激光器1的光纤发射端外周圈排布;或LD激光器1的光纤发射端与LED光源2发射端横纵交叉矩形排列。排布方式的选择一方面取决于对两种光源照射总功率的要求,另一方面还要兼顾光照分布比较均匀。LD激光器1的工作波段为450nm-532nm的蓝绿光,根据使用海域和观察水下目标不同,可采用单一波长的大功率激光器,也可将多支不同波长的激光器进行组合。如在深海清澈水环境下,可首选蓝光LD激光器1;在浅海浑浊水环境下,可首选绿光LD激光器2;为适应复杂水域使用,也可令每支LD激光器1的输出波长有所不同,每支波长LD激光器1独立成一模块,方便组合。激光输出功率控制器4为一分档可调或连续可调的装置,一是通过对水下激光照明亮度的精细调节,达成最佳照明效果;二是可按照约定的指令模式,变换激光输出功率大小或通断状态,为潜水员之间传递简单指令信息提供一种辅助手段。此外,还可根据观察水下物体或覆盖区域的大小,通过适当调整激光发散角调节器3改变水下激光束的覆盖范围。

Claims (4)

1.本发明涉及一种水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒,主要用于提高在中等水质条件下潜水员的观察距离或小型水下机器人操作区的照明亮度,并具有指令信息水下传递能力。通过选择LD激光和LED光源发射状态、改变光束发散角及调节输出功率,可为潜水员根据水下工作状态进行照明选择或改变参数提供便利。水下LD激光/LED复合型照明手电筒由LD激光器、LED光源、激光发散角调节器和激光输出功率控制器组成,各部分均采用模块化设计,适用于不同用户需求。
2.权利要求1中的LD激光器和LED光源同时安装在一个手电筒壳体内,利用LD激光光束可由光纤光缆输出的特点,为其发射端的安装结构提供了多种选择,如LD激光的光纤发射端居中,LED光源发射端外周圈均匀排布;或LED光源发射端居中或内圈排布,LD激光的光纤发射端外周圈排布;或LD激光的光纤发射端与LED光源发射端横纵交叉矩形排列。排布方式的选择原则,一是取决于对两种光源照射总功率的要求,二是要适当兼顾光照分布状态。
3.权利要求1中的LD激光器,可由450nm-532nm蓝绿光波段范围内的多支不同波长的激光器组成,根据使用海域和观察水下目标的不同,可采用单一波长的LD激光器,也可将多支不同波长的LD激光器进行组合。如在深海清澈水环境下,可首选蓝光LD激光器;在浅海浑浊水环境下,可首选绿光激光器;为适应复杂水域使用,也可令每支LD激光的输出波长有所不同。
4.权利要求1中的激光输出功率控制器为一分档可调或连续可调的装置,一可通过对水下激光照明亮度的精细调节,达成最佳照明效果;二可按照约定的指令模式,变换激光输出功率大小或通断状态,为潜水员之间传递简单指令信息提供一种辅助手段。
