Abstract
The invention discloses a heat insulation device with an information transmission function for a steam system, which is arranged between an electric actuating mechanism and a valve body and comprises a cover body, a temperature sensing unit, a temperature transmitting unit, a DCS unit and a short message sending unit, wherein the cover body is arranged between the electric actuating mechanism and the valve body, and the temperature sensing unit is arranged on the cover body and is sequentially connected with the temperature transmitting unit, the DCS unit and the short message sending unit. The invention can provide heat insulation protection for the electric actuating mechanism on the steam system, and grasp the running condition of the steam system in real time through temperature information acquisition, so that the steam system can stably transmit and supply energy.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a safe operation system of an electric actuator in steam transmission, in particular to an insulating device with an information transmission function for a steam system.
Background
The steam transmission pipeline can be generally provided with an electric stop valve and an electric regulating valve, the steam energy supply transmission is realized, the flow, the pressure and the temperature of supplied steam are controlled, the electric actuating mechanism is simple in application, flexible and labor-saving in operation and time-saving, and can be remotely operated and monitored, and the electric actuating mechanism is a widely adopted mode in the field of steam transmission, but has the weak point of the electric actuating mechanism, and has certain requirements on the protection performance and the ambient temperature of a common switch type actuator or the electric actuating mechanism, and under the abnormal condition, the internal components or electronic components of the electric actuating mechanism are easily damaged, so that the valve cannot normally act.
The electric actuating mechanism applied to the steam system generally has a severe working environment, for example, high-temperature steam leakage often occurs in the starting and stopping or production adjusting process of the steam system, the steam leaks out from a valve flange or a valve rod, once the steam leaks, the steam is directly sprayed onto the electric actuating mechanism, and the temperature and the humidity of the surrounding environment of the actuating mechanism are rapidly increased. The highest working environment temperature of a common electric actuating mechanism is about 70 ℃, the environmental humidity is less than 95%, the working environment requirement of the intelligent integrated actuating mechanism is higher, and when the steam leakage amount is larger, the leakage time is longer, and the damage probability of the electric actuating mechanism is higher.
The current commonly used heat insulation protection measures mainly comprise the following two schemes: one is to coat high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating coating outside the electric actuator to achieve the heat-insulating effect, and the other is to manufacture a housing by using heat-insulating material to wrap the whole electric actuator, however, either scheme has some defects and shortcomings. Firstly, they all can produce some negative effects to debugging or maintenance of electric actuator, because the debugging or maintenance of electric actuator all need open its shell, consequently scribble high temperature resistant thermal-insulated material again or install high temperature resistant heat insulation housing again after every maintenance or debugging, and secondly, high temperature resistant thermal-insulated coating is with higher costs, is inconvenient for the field implementation. The high-temperature resistant heat insulation cover wraps the whole electric actuating mechanism, and the defects exist in heat dissipation, operation and maintenance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulation device with an information transmission function for a steam system, which can provide heat insulation protection for an electric actuator on the steam system, and acquire the operating status of the steam system in real time through temperature information acquisition, so that the steam system can stably transmit and supply energy.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a heat insulation device with an information transmission function for a steam system is arranged between an electric actuating mechanism and a valve body and comprises a cover body, a temperature sensing unit, a temperature transmitting unit, a DCS unit and a short message sending unit, wherein the cover body is arranged between the electric actuating mechanism and the valve body, and the temperature sensing unit is arranged on the cover body and is sequentially connected with the temperature transmitting unit, the DCS unit and the short message sending unit;
the cover body is arranged in an umbrella shape and comprises an upper cover arranged on the side of the electric actuating mechanism, a lower cover arranged on the side of the valve body and a heat-insulating composite material layer arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover;
the temperature sensing unit is arranged on the upper cover and used for detecting the temperature in the cover body in real time;
the temperature transmitting unit is used for receiving the signal of the temperature sensing unit, converting the signal into an analog quantity signal and transmitting the analog quantity signal to the DCS unit;
the DCS unit is used for displaying the analog quantity signal and sending an alarm;
the short message sending unit is connected with the DCS unit in a communication mode, and after receiving the alarm sent by the DCS unit, the short message sending unit is triggered to start, and a prefabricated short message is sent.
The heat insulation composite material layer is ceramic fiber heat insulation cloth.
The temperature sensing unit is a PT100 thermal resistor.
The DCS unit comprises a DCS host and a display, and the DCS host is connected with the temperature transmitting unit.
The temperature transmitting unit converts the thermal resistance signal into a 4-20 mA analog quantity signal.
The mobile phone also comprises a mobile phone, and the short message sending unit sends the prefabricated short message to the mobile phone.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the heat insulating device with information transmission function for a steam system provided by the present invention is disposed between an electric actuator 1 and a valve body 2, and includes a cover body 3, a temperature sensing unit 4, a temperature transmitting unit 5, a DCS unit 6, and a short message transmitting unit 7, wherein the cover body 3 is disposed at a connection portion between the electric actuator 1 and the valve body 2, the temperature sensing unit 4 is disposed on the cover body 3, and the temperature sensing unit 4 is sequentially connected to the temperature transmitting unit 5, the DCS unit 6, and the short message transmitting unit 7.
Preferably, the shape structure of the cover body 3 is designed to be umbrella-shaped, the umbrella-shaped cover body 3 is configured according to the caliber of the valve body 2, so as to effectively isolate high-temperature steam leaked from a valve body flange or a valve rod of the valve 2, and prevent the high-temperature steam from being directly sprayed to the electric actuator 1, after the high-temperature steam is sprayed to the cover body 3, due to temperature reduction, condensed water drops of the high-temperature steam can drip along the inner wall of the lower cover 302, and therefore, the surface of the electric actuator 1 cannot be affected by high temperature, and meanwhile, because the heat insulation device is not directly mounted on the electric actuator 1, the operation and maintenance of the electric actuator 1 cannot be affected. The cover body 3 includes an upper cover 301 provided on the electric actuator 1 side, a lower cover 302 provided on the valve body 2 side, and a heat insulating composite material layer 303 provided between the upper cover 301 and the lower cover 302.
Preferably, the temperature sensing unit 4 is disposed on the upper housing 301 for detecting the temperature inside the housing 3 in real time, and a PT100 thermal resistor is selected.
Preferably, the temperature transmitting unit 5 is configured to receive a signal from the temperature sensing unit, convert the resistance signal into a 4-20 mA analog signal, and output the analog signal to the DCS unit 6.
Preferably, the DCS unit 6 is placed in the central control room and includes a DCS host 601 and a display 602, the DCS host 601 is used for sending an alarm, and the display 602 is used for displaying an analog signal and an alarm of "XX valve leakage".
Preferably, the short message sending unit 7 is connected with the DCS unit 6 in a communication manner, and once the alarm of "XX valve leakage" sent by the DCS unit is received, the short message sending unit 7 is triggered to start, and a prefabricated short message is sent to the mobile phone 8 of the inspector.
Preferably, the heat insulation composite material layer 303 is a ceramic fiber heat insulation cloth, and this structure can effectively isolate the influence of high temperature on the electric actuator 1.

the temperature sensing unit is arranged on the upper cover and used for detecting the temperature in the cover body in real time;
the temperature transmitting unit is used for receiving the signal of the temperature sensing unit, converting the signal into an analog quantity signal and transmitting the analog quantity signal to the DCS unit;
the DCS unit is used for displaying the analog quantity signal and sending an alarm;

6. The heat insulating device with information transmission function for steam system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a mobile phone, wherein said short message sending unit sends a pre-made short message to the mobile phone.
7. The heat insulating device with information transmission function for the steam system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover body is fixedly clamped between the electric actuator and the valve body through the heat insulating cover.
8. The heat insulating device with information transmission function for steam system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said SMS sending unit is a SMS cat.
