According to the invention, aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, an open wheel structure is adopted to replace an oil slinger, and an open wheel rotating at a high speed drives lubricating oil to be thrown on the inner wall of a bearing box, so that atomization is formed, the lubricating effect is better, the open wheel is used for throwing a large amount of lubricating oil on the inner surface of the bearing box, the lubricating oil thrown on the inner side of the bearing box is conveyed to the rear part through the oil guiding disc by using the oil guiding disc and washes the bearing, meanwhile, heat and dirt of the rear bearing are taken away, a strong magnetic plug is arranged on an oil drain hole at the bottom of an oil tank, the dirt worn by the bearing can be collected by the strong magnetic plug, the bearing is prevented from being worn secondarily, a flushing system in the lubricating oil is formed, the defect that the traditional oil slinger structure generates dirt such as powder debris due to impact in the high-speed operation process of a pump is thoroughly solved, and the service life of the bearing is prolonged.
In order to better prolong the service life of the bearing, the bearing box shaft end seal adopts a Viola floating ring type bearing isolator and the oil filling hole adopts a three-stage filtering oil cup, thereby not only isolating the moisture of the external air, avoiding the formation of oil-water mixture, but also isolating dust and reducing the formation of dirt. The clean lubricating oil prolongs the service life of the bearing.
