Abstract
The present invention relates to a fueling device. In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a self-mixing skid-mounted oiling device, which comprises a tank body and is characterized in that: the inside of the tank body is divided and provided with an additive storage tank and at least one mixed oil storage tank; the mixed oil storage tank is characterized by further comprising an oil injection pipeline system and a mixed pipeline system, wherein the mixed pipeline system comprises an additive suction pipe connected with the additive storage tank, an oil suction pipe connected with the mixed oil storage tank, an oil return pipe and a second suction pump, and the additive can be added into the mixed oil storage tank and the mixed oil in the mixed oil storage tank can be self-circulated and mixed through connection and matching of the additive suction pipe, the oil return pipe and the second suction pump. The mixing pipeline system can realize timing or time-sharing mixing stirring, so that layering phenomenon of oil products in the mixed oil storage tank is prevented, and meanwhile, the additive can be added into crude oil in the oiling device, so that the supply of oil products of different types is realized.

Background
The barrier explosion-proof skid-mounted gas station is a ground movable gas station integrating an oil storage tank, an oiling machine and video monitoring, has the characteristics of fire prevention, explosion prevention, safety, environmental protection, small occupied area, convenient migration and the like, and is widely applicable to bus stops, ports, wharfs, airports, large construction sites, gas stations in enterprises and the like.
The methanol gasoline is a novel environment-friendly fuel prepared by national standard gasoline, methanol and additives according to a certain volume (mass) proportion through a strict process, is a fuel substitute for automobiles, and is an important component of new energy. Methanol gasoline is a path of replacing oil with coal, and can be used as a substitute of gasoline so as to realize partial substitution of crude oil. At present, when the skid-mounted filling station is used for filling formaldehyde and gasoline, the mixed formaldehyde and gasoline is poured into an oil storage tank of the skid-mounted filling station. However, this operation has the following technical problems: 1. most of the oil storage tanks of the existing skid-mounted gas stations are national standard gasoline, and if armored aldehyde gasoline is required to be filled, a tank body is required to be arranged independently, so that the gas stations are huge in volume; 2. after long-term storage in the tank body, formaldehyde gasoline is easy to generate layering phenomenon, so that the quality of oil products can not reach the standard.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a self-mixing skid-mounted oiling device so as to achieve the technical purpose of flexibly filling various oil products and simultaneously meeting the quality of the oil products.

Further, the connection and matching of the additive suction pipe, the oil return pipe and the second suction pump means that the oil suction pipe and the additive suction pipe are respectively connected with an inlet of the second suction pump, and control valves are respectively arranged on the oil suction pipe and the additive suction pipe; and the oil return pipe is connected with an outlet of the second suction pump.
Further, the connection cooperation of the additive suction pipe, the oil return pipe and the second suction pump means that the oil suction pipe is connected with an inlet of the second suction pump, the device further comprises a venturi connected with the second suction pump, an inlet section of the venturi is connected with an outlet of the second suction pump, a diffusion section of the venturi is connected with the oil return pipe, the additive suction pipe is communicated with a throat of the venturi, and a control valve and a flowmeter are arranged on the additive suction pipe.
Further, a breather valve and a liquid level meter are respectively arranged on the mixed oil storage tank and the additive storage tank.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: through setting up mixed pipe system in this sled dress filling device and can realizing regularly or timesharing mixing stirring, prevent that layering phenomenon from appearing in the oil in the mixed oil storage tank, also can realize carrying out the interpolation of additive in filling device to the crude oil simultaneously to realize the supply of different model oils.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the self-mixing type skid-mounted oiling device comprises a tank body 1, wherein an additive storage tank 2 and at least one mixed oil storage tank 3 are arranged in the tank body 1 in a split mode. Specifically, in this embodiment, the additive storage tank 2 is a formaldehyde storage tank, and the mixed oil storage tank 3 is a mixed oil storage tank after crude oil and formaldehyde are mixed. The mixed oil storage tank 3 can be provided with a plurality of mixed oil storage tanks, and oil products such as No. 92, no. 95, no. 97 and the like can be obtained by mixing different crude oil with formaldehyde. A crude oil storage tank (not shown in the drawings) may also be provided inside the tank 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the device comprises an oil injection pipeline system, the oil injection pipeline system comprises a crude oil pipe 4 connected with a mixed oil storage tank 3 and an additive injection pipe 5 connected with an additive storage tank 2, control valves 6 are respectively arranged on the crude oil pipe 4 and the additive injection pipe 5, the crude oil pipe 4 and the additive injection pipe 5 are connected with a first suction pump 7, and a filter 8 is arranged on an inlet end pipeline of the first suction pump 7.
In operation, the crude oil can be filled into the mixed oil storage tank 3 or the additive can be filled into the additive storage tank 2 by controlling the opening of the control valve 6 on the crude oil pipe 4 and the additive injection pipe 5.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to ensure the safety of the tank body, a breather valve 9 and a level gauge 10 are respectively arranged on the mixed oil storage tank 3 and the additive storage tank 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the device further comprises a mixing pipeline system, the mixing pipeline system comprises an additive suction pipe 11 connected with the additive storage tank 2, an oil suction pipe 12, an oil return pipe 13 and a second suction pump 14, the oil suction pipe 12 and the additive suction pipe 11 are respectively connected with the inlet of the second suction pump 14, a control valve 6 is arranged on a pipeline respectively connected with the second suction pump 14, a flowmeter 15 is arranged on a pipeline connected with the additive suction pipe 11 and the second suction pump 14, and the oil return pipe 13 is connected with the outlet of the second suction pump 14.
The working principle of the above-mentioned mixed pipeline system is as follows:
according to the amount of additive added to the crude oil filled in the mixed oil storage tank 3, a control valve on a connection pipeline between the additive suction pipe 11 and the second suction pump 14 is opened, the second suction pump 14 works to pump the additive in the additive storage tank 2 into the mixed oil storage tank 3 to be mixed with the crude oil, and when the flowmeter 15 detects that the amount of additive pumped reaches a set value, the control valve on the connection pipeline of the additive suction pipe 11 is closed. Then the control valve on the oil suction pipe 12 is opened, the second suction pump 14 works to continuously pump out the mixture of the crude oil and the additive in the mixed oil storage tank 3, and then the mixture is returned to the mixed oil storage tank through the oil return pipe 13, so that the crude oil and the additive in the mixed oil storage tank 3 are fully mixed through continuous circulation.
The mixing operation can be operated in the process of mixing the first crude oil and the additive, and the full mixing of the crude oil and the additive can be achieved by setting the fixed mixing time. And when the layering of the oil product in the mixed oil storage tank is prevented, the control valves on the second suction pump 14 and the oil suction pipe 12 can be started in a time-sharing manner to realize the self-circulation mixing of the mixed oil in the mixed oil storage tank.
In order to realize that the oil suction pipe 12 sucks oil products in the mixed oil storage tank 3 in different layers, one end of the oil suction pipe 12 positioned in the mixed oil storage tank 3 can be connected with a suction head (not shown in the drawing) with multiple branches, and the multiple branches are positioned at different heights in the mixed oil storage tank, so that crude oil and additives can be synchronously sucked out when the oil products are layered, and the mixing speed of the mixed oil is accelerated.
As shown in fig. 1, the mixed oil tank 3 is connected to the oiling machine 16 through a pipe, and supplies oil to the outside through the oiling machine 16.
Example 2
The device provided by the embodiment further improves the mixing pipeline system.
As shown in fig. 2, the mixing pipeline system provided in this embodiment includes an additive suction pipe 11 connected to the additive tank 2, an oil suction pipe 12 and an oil return pipe 13 connected to the mixed oil tank 3, and a second suction pump 14, and a venturi 17 is further added. The suction pipe 12 is connected with the inlet of the second suction pump 14, the venturi inlet section 171 is connected with the outlet of the second suction pump 14, the venturi diffusion section 173 is connected with the oil return pipe 13, the additive suction pipe 11 is communicated with the throat 172 of the venturi, and the additive suction pipe 11 is provided with the control valve 6 and the flowmeter 15.
As is apparent from the above description, when the crude oil in the mixed oil tank 3 is pumped and then is pressurized by the second suction pump 14 to be directed into the inlet section 171 of the venturi tube 17 at a high speed, the flow rate is further increased after the diameter of the throat 172 is contracted, at this time, negative pressure is generated in the inside of the additive suction tube 11, the control valve on the tube of the additive suction tube 11 is opened, the additive is sucked into the throat 172 of the venturi tube 17 and is directed into the diffusion section 173 of the venturi tube 17 together with the crude oil flow, the flow rate of the liquid flow in the diffusion section 173 is reduced, the crude oil and the additive are fully mixed, the mixed oil is sent into the mixed oil tank 3 through the oil return tube 13, and when the flowmeter 15 on the tube of the additive suction tube 11 detects that the extraction amount of the additive reaches a set value, the control valve on the tube of the additive suction tube 11 is closed, the mixing operation of the crude oil and the additive is completed. Therefore, after the venturi tube 17 is added, when the primary mixing operation is performed, the original mixing with the additive is completed only after the extraction amount of the additive reaches the set value, so that the primary mixing time is greatly shortened, and the primary mixing efficiency is greatly improved. In the self-circulation mixing operation, the mixed oil in the mixed oil storage tank 3 can be continuously pumped out and returned by the operation of the second suction pump 14 only by closing the control valve on the pipeline of the additive suction pipe 11, so that the self-circulation mixing operation is realized.
