When the winding assembly 350 rolls on the rack 230 in one direction under the action of external force, the elastic member 360 gradually tightens the coil spring, and accumulates elastic potential energy, and when the external force is lost or reduced to a certain extent, the coil spring relaxes, and the elastic potential energy is converted into circumferential tension of the winding assembly 350 in the opposite direction, so as to drive the winding assembly 350 to roll and reset in the opposite direction.
The winding assembly 350 is used for winding the power line of the charging gun and for rolling on the mounting body 200 in a first direction under the circumferential tension of the power line to output the power line, and the elastic member 360 is used for tightening when the winding assembly 350 rolls in the first direction and for driving the winding assembly 350 to roll on the mounting body 200 in a second direction to retract the power line when the winding assembly is relaxed. I.e., the first direction and the second direction are two extending directions opposite to each other in the direction in which the rack 230 is on the same line, respectively.

In practical application, in the process that the user pulls the charging gun to approach the automobile and to be matched with the charging interface on the automobile, the power transmission line provides a circumferential pulling force for the reel 351, the gear 353 is driven to roll on the rack 230 towards the first direction, meanwhile, the power transmission line is output towards the first direction, namely, the power transmission line of the connecting end of the charging gun is gradually increased, and the elastic potential energy of the elastic piece 360 is gradually accumulated. After the charging is completed, the charging gun is disengaged from the charging interface of the automobile, the user does not pull the charging gun any more, at this time, the elastic piece 360 is relaxed, elastic potential energy is released, the reel 351 is driven to rotate towards the second direction, the gear 353 is driven to roll towards the second direction on the rack 230 until the gear 353 returns to the initial position before the charging gun is pulled, in the process, the power transmission line is retracted towards the second direction, namely, the power transmission line at the connecting end of the charging gun is retracted and wound on the reel 351, and the automatic recovery of the power transmission line of the charging gun is completed.
