Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of connectors, and more particularly, to a wire connector device.
Background
Various wire connectors are distributed inside the automobile to realize various circuit connections. Since the wire connector itself is bulky and has a certain weight, the wire connector is usually fixed to the device by a bolt or a snap. The device may be, for example, a condenser fan or a compressor, etc.
However, the wire connectors secured in this manner have poor flexibility and are difficult to adapt to assembly requirements.
Therefore, how to provide a wire connector with high flexibility is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a new solution for a high flexibility of a wire connector arrangement.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a wire connector device is provided.
The wire connector device comprises a supporting seat, a supporting arm, a locking mechanism and a connecting piece; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the wire connector device of the present disclosure includes a support base 1, a support arm 2, a locking mechanism 3 and a connecting member 4.
The support base 1 is provided with a rotation hole 11 and a slide rod hole (not shown). The support base 1 can be mounted on a device such as a condenser fan or a compressor by welding or bolting.
Both ends of the support arm 2 are provided with a rotation part 21 and a connection part 22, respectively. The rotating portion 21 is rotatably connected to the rotating hole 11, and a plurality of locking grooves 2131 are provided on a surface of the rotating portion 21 in the radial direction. The connecting portion 22 is used for connection with the connecting member 4. The connecting portion 22 and the connecting member 4 can be connected together by means of a snap connection or a screw fit.
The locking mechanism 3 includes a slide bar 31 and a locking piece 32. The slide bar 31 is in sliding fit with the slide bar hole. The locking piece 32 is fixedly connected with the sliding rod 31. The fixing connection between the locking piece 32 and the sliding rod 31 can be realized by welding or integral molding.
The connector 4 is used for connecting with a wire. The structure of the connector 4 may be a conventional connector structure.
The wire connector device has a locked state and a released state.
In the locked state, the sliding rod 31 slides along the sliding rod hole until the locking piece 32 is matched with the locking groove 2131, so as to lock the rotating part 21 in the supporting seat 1. At this time, the supporting arm 2 is locked on the supporting seat 1 and cannot rotate relative to the supporting seat 1.
In the release state, the slide bar 31 slides along the slide bar hole until the locking piece 32 is separated from the locking groove 2131 to release the rotating portion 21. At this time, the rotating portion 21 can rotate in the rotating hole 11, so that the support arm 2 can make a rotating motion relative to the support base 1, and the orientation of the connecting member 4 connected to the connecting portion 22 of the support arm 2 is changed.
The support arm 2 of the wire connector device of the present disclosure can rotate relative to the support base 1, so that the connecting pieces 4 on the support arm 2 can be flexibly connected with wires in different directions. And the locking mechanism 3 can lock the support arm 2 which rotates in place on the support seat 1, thereby effectively ensuring the use reliability of the wire connector device.
In one embodiment of the wire connector device of the present disclosure, in order to improve the convenience of use of the wire connector device, the wire connector device further includes a fixing base 5. The fixing seat 5 is used for being connected with a device, and the supporting seat 1 is fixedly connected with the fixing seat 5. The above-mentioned fixed connection can be realized through bolted connection and other modes. The fixing base 5 can be provided with projection welding nuts so as to be connected with a device more conveniently.
In one embodiment of the conductor connector device of the present disclosure, the locking mechanism 3 further comprises a release button 33. The supporting seat 1 is provided with a button hole 12 communicated with the slide rod hole, at least part of the release button 33 is positioned in the button hole 12, and the release button 33 is connected with the slide rod 31. When the slide bar 31 is pulled by the release button 33 to move in the button hole 12, the locking piece 32 of the slide bar 31 can be engaged with the locking groove 2131 or disengaged from the locking groove 2131, which is advantageous for improving the convenience of use of the wire connector device.
Further, the release button 33 includes a connection end 331 and a rotation end 332. The connecting end 331 is fixedly connected to the supporting base 1, the rotating end 332 is disposed opposite to the button hole 12, and the rotating end 332 can rotate relative to the connecting end 331 to apply force to the sliding rod 31 more conveniently.
Further, the locking mechanism 3 further includes a connecting rod 34. The two ends of the connecting rod 34 are respectively connected with the connecting end 331 and the sliding rod 31 in a rotating manner. In practical application, the two ends of the connecting rod 34 can be connected with the connecting end 331 and the sliding rod 31 in a ball-and-socket fit manner.
In one embodiment of the wire connector device of the present disclosure, in order to improve the locking efficiency of the locking mechanism 3, two locking pieces 32 are fixedly connected to two ends of the sliding rod 31, respectively. The locking piece 32 has a fan shape, and the edge of the locking piece 32 is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the sliding rod 31. In an implementation, the two locking pieces 32 may be arranged in mirror symmetry.
In one embodiment of the wire connector device of the present disclosure, the rotating part 21 includes a first rotating part 211, a second rotating part 212, and a third rotating part 213. The rotation hole 11 is fitted with the first, second, and third rotation portions 211, 212, and 213.
The outer diameters of the third rotating portion 213, the first rotating portion 211, and the second rotating portion 212 are sequentially decreased. The first rotating portion 211, the second rotating portion 212, and the third rotating portion 213 are arranged in order along a direction away from toward the connecting portion 22. The locking groove 2131 is located on an end surface of the third rotating portion 213 adjacent to the first rotating portion 311. Such a structure of the rotating portion 21 is advantageous to improve reliability and flexibility of rotation of the rotating portion 21.
Further, a gap is formed between the third rotating portion 213 and the inner wall of the rotating hole 11, so that the flexibility of the rotation of the rotating portion 21 is more effectively improved.
In one embodiment of the wire connector device of the present disclosure, the support arm 2 has a cross-shaped sectional shape. The connecting member 4 is provided with two engaging grooves 41 and a sliding groove 42. The two clamping grooves 41 are symmetrically arranged, and the two clamping grooves 41 and the sliding grooves 42 are respectively in sliding fit with different edges of the support arm 1. In this way, the connector 4 can be fitted to any three adjacent sides of the support arm 2, thereby improving the variability of the mounting position of the connector 4 on the support arm 2. In addition, the support arm 2 and the connecting piece 4 can be relatively fixed together in a fixing mode such as a buckle or a fixing pin, so that the reliability of connection between the connecting piece 4 and the support arm 2 is ensured.
In one embodiment of the conductor connector device of the present disclosure, the locking mechanism 3 includes a reset member 35. The reset member 35 may be used to provide a reset force to the slide bar 31 in a direction toward the opening of the slide bar hole. The return element 35 may be a compression spring, for example. In this embodiment, when the force applied to the sliding rod 31 is stopped, the sliding rod 31 can return to the position where the locking piece 32 is engaged with the locking groove 2131 under the action of the returning member 35; when the force is applied to the slide rod 31 against the restoring force of the restoring member 35, the slide rod 31 can move in the slide rod hole to a position where the locking piece 32 is separated from the locking groove 2131.
