Abstract

The left inner wall of the cargo box 2 is provided with a push plate device 5, and the push plate device 5 comprises a push plate 51 horizontally connected with the cargo box 2 in a sliding manner, a motor 52 fixed on the push plate 51, a gear 53 connected with a driving shaft of the motor 52, and a long rack 54 meshed with the gear 53 and fixed at the top of the cargo box 2; when unloading is carried out, the gear 53 is driven to rotate through the motor 52, the push plate 51 is driven to move from left to right after being meshed with the long rack 54, and the fully loaded goods can be pushed out of the container 2 from left to right on the belt 32, so that the unloading is convenient.
The top of the push plate 51 is provided with a T-shaped block 51b matched with the container 2. To function as a guide slide and support for the push plate 51 on the cargo box 2.

A guide post 61a is arranged on the driven rod 61 along the length direction of the driven rod, and a strip-shaped long hole 62a matched with the guide post 61a is fixed on the driving rod 62. In this way, the driving rod 62 rotates to swing the driven rod 61.
The long strip plate 65 is provided with a long slide way 65a matched with the slide block 64 along the length direction thereof. The sliding block 64 is in a T shape and plays a role in supporting the long lath 65, and after the driven rod 61 and the driving rod 62 move, the long lath 65 can be pushed to extend out of the container 2 through the action of the sliding block 64, so that the unloading is facilitated.
The length of the roller 31 is equal to the inner width of the cargo box 2.
The end of the long rod 43 far away from the air cylinder 44 is matched with a guide sleeve 7 fixed on the cargo box 2 in a sliding way. Ensure the long rod 43 to move reliably and stably.

When unloading, firstly, the rightmost goods are taken out, then the push plate device 5 acts, the push plate 51 gradually pushes out the left goods in the container 2, manual work is omitted, the goods are taken out through back and forth work in the container 2, finally, the wide parallel gas claw 663 is manually clamped, the goods are moved out, and unloading is completed.
