Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of laser transfer films, in particular to a laser master film for a film-pressing transfer film and a preparation method and an application method thereof, wherein the transfer film comprises a PET film, a coating, a laser film pressing layer and an aluminum-plated layer which are sequentially laminated, the coating is composed of 30-50% of acrylic resin, 2-5% of cellulose acetate, 20-40% of n-propyl acetate, 1-5% of cellulose acetate and 15-25% of a flatting agent, the laser master film can be used for film-pressing a laser pattern on the transfer film, and the laser master film has the advantages of saving production cost, being easy to operate and being beneficial to reducing energy consumption.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laser transfer films, in particular to a laser master film for a film pressure transfer film and a preparation method and an application method thereof.
Background
The existing production process of the laser transfer film is to use a laser nickel plate to stamp and coat the transfer film, and laser lines on the laser nickel plate are printed on a coating layer of the transfer film so as to form a laser effect.
However, the laser nickel plate needs to be formed by electroforming a nickel ingot, and one laser nickel plate can only stamp 3-5 kilometers of laser film and needs to be replaced, so that the service life of the laser film is limited; in addition, when the laser nickel plate is applied to an application environment with dirty coating film material or poor machine environment, the laser nickel plate is damaged, and the service life of the laser plate is also shortened. In addition, the nickel ingot used in the laser nickel plate is a precious metal, which undoubtedly increases the production cost.

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a laser master film for a film pressure transfer film, the laser master film can form a laser pattern on the transfer film, and has the advantage of saving the production cost, and a preparation method and an application method of the laser master film for the film pressure transfer film.

(1) the acrylic resin softens the surface of the coating, so that the laser nickel plate is easy to print on the coating, and the laser female die has a better laser effect; the acetate fiber and the cellulose acetate enable the coating to have good film forming property, and the coating folding resistance is improved, so that the laser master film can replace a laser nickel plate in the prior art to repeatedly press and transfer the film; the n-propyl acetate promotes chemical reaction among the preparation components to form the coating, and the leveling agent can increase the resin coating leveling property, so that the coating can be uniformly coated on a PET film.
(2) The laser mother film can replace a laser nickel plate to repeatedly press the transfer film only by being pressed and printed by the laser nickel plate once, so that the problem that the laser nickel plate needs to be frequently replaced in the prior art is solved, the use of a nickel ingot is greatly saved, and the purpose of saving the production cost is achieved.
(3) The laser master film disclosed by the invention uses a large amount of acrylic resin, so that the temperature resistance of the coating is reduced, laser grains are easier to print on the coating, and the effect of reducing energy consumption is achieved.

The preparation method of the laser master film comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing a coating paint: respectively weighing 30% of acrylic resin, 2% of cellulose acetate, 38% of n-propyl acetate, 5% of cellulose acetate and 25% of flatting agent, mixing and uniformly stirring the acrylic resin, the cellulose acetate, the n-propyl acetate, the cellulose acetate and the flatting agent according to the formula amount to obtain a coating for later use;
step two, coating a coating: coating the prepared coating paint on the PET film 1 by adopting the PET film 1, and drying the coating paint to obtain a coating layer 2;
step three, laser film pressing: performing laser film pressing on the coating layer 2 to obtain a laser film pressing layer 3;
step four, aluminum plating: and (3) aluminizing the laser film laminated layer 3 to obtain an aluminized layer 3, thereby obtaining the laser mother film.
In the third step, the coating is coated by using a 75 ℃ laser film, and the laser pattern can be molded at such a temperature.

step two, coating a coating: coating the prepared coating paint on the PET film 1 by adopting the PET film 1, and drying the coating paint to obtain a coating layer 2;
step three, laser film pressing: performing laser film pressing on the coating layer 2 to obtain a laser film pressing layer 3;
