本发明涉及一种瓦楞纸板，尤其涉及一种特殊的新型瓦楞纸板。本发明采用的技术方案是：一种特殊的新型瓦楞纸板，包括V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层，所述V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层上方粘结有面纸层，V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层的下方粘结有底纸层，所述瓦楞芯纸层和底纸层之间形成的腔室内均设有缓冲结构，所述缓冲结构为截面倒梯形的瓦楞纸芯，所述缓冲结构设在底纸层上，所述面纸层内设有设有金属纤维网，所述面纸层的外表面涂布有防静电涂层。本发明的优点是：结构合理，在瓦楞芯纸层和底纸层之间形成的腔室内均设有缓冲结构，使其抗压性好，不易变形，有利于延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓦楞纸板，尤其涉及一种特殊的新型瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和环保的要求，瓦楞纸板制成的商品包装有逐渐取代木箱包装的趋势。瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体，它最少由一层波浪形的芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成。它有很高的机械强度，能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌。瓦楞纸箱的实际表现取决于三项因素：芯纸和纸板的特性及纸箱本身的结构。现有的瓦楞纸板结构简单，使用性能比较差，在一些要求较高的场合，现有的瓦楞纸板不能满足使用需求。因此应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：本发明就是针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理，使用效果好的新型瓦楞纸板。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种特殊的新型瓦楞纸板，包括V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层，所述V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层上方粘结有面纸层，V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层的下方粘结有底纸层，所述瓦楞芯纸层和底纸层之间形成的腔室内均设有缓冲结构，所述缓冲结构为截面倒梯形的瓦楞纸芯，所述缓冲结构设在底纸层上，所述面纸层内设有设有金属纤维网，所述面纸层的外表面涂布有防静电涂层。
进一步的技术方案是：
所述防静电涂层为防静电油墨。
所述面纸层上方设有网格状纤维层，网格状纤维层上设有疏水疏油层。
所述底纸层上设有内防水涂层。
所述疏水疏油层为反应性氟硅高分子涂层。
所述内防水涂层为聚丙烯薄膜层。
由于上述技术方案的应用，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
1、本发明的瓦楞纸板，结构合理，在瓦楞芯纸层和底纸层之间形成的腔室内均设有缓冲结构，使其抗压性好，不易变形，有利于延长其使用寿命。
2、本发明的瓦楞纸板，在面纸层内设有设有金属纤维网，在面纸层上方设有网格状纤维层，这样的结构设计，使整个板体具有较强的抗撕裂、耐戳穿的能力，使其具有更好的使用性能。
3、本发明的瓦楞纸板，在面纸层的外表面涂布有防静电涂层，能有效防止静电的产生，增强了瓦楞纸板使用的安全性。

如图所示，作为本发明的第一个实施例，一种特殊的新型瓦楞纸板，包括V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层1，所述V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层1上方粘结有面纸层2，V型波浪的瓦楞芯纸层1的下方粘结有底纸层3，所述瓦楞芯纸层1和底纸层3之间形成的腔室内均设有缓冲结构4，所述缓冲结构4为截面倒梯形的瓦楞纸芯，所述缓冲结构4设在底纸层3上，缓冲结构4的设置使瓦楞纸板的抗压性提高，不易变形，有利于延长其使用寿命。
面纸层2内设有设有金属纤维网5，所述面纸层2的外表面涂布有防静电涂层6。
优选的，作为第二个实施例，本实施例是对实施例一的进一步改进，所述面纸层2上方设有网格状纤维层7，金属纤维网5和网格状纤维层7的结构设计，使整个板体具有较强的抗撕裂、耐戳穿的能力，使其具有更长的使用寿命。为了更进一步的提高瓦楞纸板的使用性能，在网格状纤维层7上设有疏水疏油层8，在本实施例中，所述疏水疏油层8为反应性氟硅高分子涂层。
优选的，作为第三个实施例，本实施例是对实施例二的进一步改进，所述底纸层3上设有内防水涂层9。
优选的，作为第四个实施例，本实施例是对实施例三的进一步限定，所述内防水涂层9为聚丙烯薄膜层。
