Then the steel pipe 21 continues to axially feed under the driving of the steel pipe pushing wheel 10, the steel pipe passing through the necking is aligned with the die hole 4 under the guiding action of the clutch guide sleeve 11 and passes through the drawing die 3, the end of the steel pipe is exposed out of the wiping leather 16 and is detected by the pipe head in-place sensor, the PLC control system controls the drawing clamp to start to clamp the pipe head, meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve in the lubricating and sprinkling pipeline 20 is conducted, the water-based lubricating and cleaning liquid is guided into the drawing die cavity 5, and the steel pipe before being drawn is sprinkled and lubricated. After the continuous drawing process is carried out, after the drawing process is started, the steel pipe 21 is lubricated by a liquid film in the drawing die 3, the electromagnetic valve for cleaning the spraying opening 7 is also conducted, and the water-based lubricating cleaning solution flows out from the cleaning spraying opening 7 to spray the drawn steel pipe, so that the surface of the drawn steel pipe is cleaned and cooled in time.
