Abstract

本发明提供了一种防晒泡棉，是在泡棉中填充了防晒凝胶，凝胶中含有紫外线吸收剂。该防晒泡棉的生产方法如下：a、裁切泡棉和配制凝胶；b、将凝胶定量添加在泡棉上，用压缩恢复法使泡棉充分均匀吸收凝胶；c、密封防晒泡棉。在身体表面按压该防晒泡棉可涂抹防晒凝胶，具有防晒的功能。该防晒泡棉便于携带，使用方便。

一种防晒泡棉
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域，具体涉及一种防晒泡棉产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代医学已经证明，太阳光中的紫外线辐射，是造成皮肤老化的重要原因，长时间、大剂量的紫外线照射甚至会致使皮肤癌变。对太阳光中的紫外线采取有效的防护措施，可减轻光辐射损伤并延缓皮肤衰老。
防晒产品根据其产品形式及使用特点分为乳、霜、喷雾、油等多种形式，多以液体形态包装。使用时导出液体防晒品，喷洒或涂抹于身体表面。使用这类产品有两处不便，一是不容易定量，造成防晒品的使用或多造成浪费，或少降低防晒效果，二是对于需转乘航空的长途旅行者而言，携带液体防晒产品有诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有防晒产品存在的不足。
本发明提供了一种防晒泡棉，是在泡棉中填充了防晒凝胶，凝胶中含有紫外线吸收剂，包括氧化锌，二氧化钛，胡莫柳酯，水杨酸乙基己酯、二苯桐-3，提供了对太阳光中紫外线的全光谱防护。防晒凝胶的制备方法是：
将去离子水、常规化妆品添加剂和胶类物资---包括纤维素胶、卡拉胶、果胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种，一起加热混合均匀，然后加入紫外线吸收剂，混合均匀降温即可。各组份的用量，按总重量100计，紫外线吸收剂为15～30，胶类1～2，常规化妆品添加剂1～10，其余为水。
使用聚氨酯软质开孔泡沫为泡棉基材，泡沫切片厚度为0.5～2mm，泡沫密度为10～30kg/m3。
该防晒泡棉的生产方法如下：
a、裁切泡棉和配制凝胶，泡棉切片的面积为25～50cm2,切片外形可为心形、树叶形、动物形等非几何图案；
b、将凝胶定量添加在泡棉上，用量为每片1～5g，然后用多次的压缩、恢复的方法使泡棉充分均匀吸收凝胶；
c、密封防晒泡棉。
本发明提供的这种防晒泡棉产品，使用起来可以定量，容易涂抹，能够满足日常防晒需求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者，按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者，均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
按总重量100计，将丙二醇，3.0；聚二甲基硅氧烷，1.0；薄荷醇乳酸酯，0.5；透明质酸钠，0.5；红没药醇，0.2；纤维素胶，1.0；去离子水，63.8，一起加热混合均匀，然后加入紫外线吸收剂，氧化锌，7.0；二氧化钛，6.0；胡莫柳酯，8.0；水杨酸乙基己酯，4.0；二苯桐-3，5.0，混合均匀降温，即得到防晒凝胶。
实施例2
将泡沫厚度0.5mm，密度为15kg/m3的聚氨酯软质开孔泡沫，裁切成为泡棉，外形为心形，面积为25cm2左右。将“实施例1”中的凝胶定量添加在泡棉上，用量为每片1.5g，然后用多次的压缩、恢复的方法使泡棉充分均匀吸收凝胶；然后用密封袋密封防晒泡棉，每个袋中可封装多片泡棉。

Claims (4)

1.一种防晒泡棉，其特征在于：具有包装体和内置于包装体内部的防晒泡棉，所述的防晒泡棉本体包括泡棉和渗透于泡棉中的凝胶，所述的凝胶主要由紫外线吸收剂与胶类组成，所述的紫外线吸收剂包括氧化锌，二氧化钛，胡莫柳酯，水杨酸乙基己酯、二苯桐-3，所述胶类为纤维素胶、卡拉胶、果胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒泡棉，其特征在于：所述的泡棉是聚氨酯软质开孔泡沫，泡沫切片厚度为0.5～2mm，泡沫密度为10～30kg/m3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒泡棉，其特征在于：所述的凝胶中，按总重量100计，紫外线吸收剂为15～30，胶类1～2，常规化妆品添加剂1～10，其余为水。
4.一种生产如权利要求1所述的防晒泡棉的方法，其生产过程特征在于：a、裁切泡棉和配制凝胶；b、将凝胶定量添加在泡棉上，用压缩恢复法使泡棉充分均匀吸收凝胶；c、密封防晒泡棉。
