Abstract
The application provides a dish washer, relates to kitchen utensil technical field, this dish washer includes: a housing having a bowl washing slot disposed therein; a water pump is arranged below the bowl washing groove; the water pump is respectively connected with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the other end of the water outlet pipe passes through the bottom surface of the bowl washing groove from below to enter the bottom of the bowl washing groove, and a snake-shaped hose is connected to the tail end of the water outlet pipe; the tail end of the serpentine hose is provided with a nozzle; the upper part of the serpentine hose is provided with a supporting frame for placing tableware; and a drying component for drying tableware is further arranged on the inner wall of the shell. The dish washer is connected to the spray nozzle through the snake-shaped hose, the water pressure of water delivery of the water pump enables the snake-shaped hose to do irregular movement, and the spray nozzle connected with the tail end of the snake-shaped hose sprays water to the tableware at different angles and positions so as to achieve the cleaning process. The dish washer disclosed by the application is simpler in structure, does not have a complex control mechanism, and is high in running stability.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of kitchen appliances, in particular to a dish washer.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people, the dish washing machine has been widely used. A dishwasher is a device for automatically washing dishes such as bowls, chopsticks, plates, dishes, knives, forks, etc.

the upper part of the serpentine hose is provided with a supporting frame for placing tableware; and a drying component for drying tableware is further arranged on the inner wall of the shell.
Optionally, a layer of protective net is further arranged between the support frame and the serpentine hose.
Optionally, the nozzle has a plurality of planar surfaces and is provided with water spray holes on each surface.
Optionally, the serpentine hose has a connection part, and the connection part is rotatably sleeved on the water outlet pipe; wherein, the snakelike hose can rotate around the outlet pipe level.
Optionally, the support frame is provided with a plurality of tableware racks with various shapes and structures for placing different kinds of tableware.
Optionally, the bottom surface of the dish washing tub has a water accumulation groove.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present application and the technical solutions of the present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to these embodiments. In the following description, specific details such as specific configurations and components are provided merely to facilitate a thorough understanding of embodiments of the application. It will therefore be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made to the embodiments described herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the application. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.
The embodiment of the application shows a dish-washing machine which is simple in structure and high in running stability.
Specifically, the dishwasher includes: a housing having a bowl washing slot disposed therein; a water pump is arranged below the bowl washing groove; the water pump is respectively connected with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the other end of the water outlet pipe passes through the bottom surface of the bowl washing groove from below to enter the bottom of the bowl washing groove, and a snake-shaped hose is connected to the tail end of the water outlet pipe; the tail end of the serpentine hose is provided with a nozzle; the upper part of the serpentine hose is provided with a supporting frame for placing tableware; and a drying component for drying tableware is further arranged on the inner wall of the shell. The dish washer is connected to the spray nozzle through the snake-shaped hose, the water pressure of water delivery of the water pump enables the snake-shaped hose to do irregular movement, and the spray nozzle connected with the tail end of the snake-shaped hose sprays water to the tableware at different angles and positions so as to achieve the cleaning process. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the dishwasher includes: a housing 1, wherein a bowl washing groove 2 is arranged in the housing 1; a water pump 3 is arranged below the bowl washing groove 2;
the water pump 3 is respectively connected with a water inlet pipe 4 and a water outlet pipe 5; the other end of the water outlet pipe 5 passes through the bottom surface 21 of the bowl washing groove 2 from below to enter the bottom of the bowl washing groove 2, and a snake-shaped hose 6 is connected at the tail end; the serpentine hose 6 is provided with a nozzle 7 at the end;
the upper part of the serpentine hose 6 is provided with a supporting frame 8 for placing tableware.
The serpentine tube 6 has a plurality of curved sections. The water pump 3 pumps water into the serpentine hose 6, and each part of the serpentine hose 6 is impacted by the water, so that irregular movement can occur, and the nozzles 7 positioned at the tail end of the serpentine hose 6 spray water to the tableware at different angles and positions, so that the tableware can be sprayed from all angles.
Because the dish washer does not have a complex mechanical mechanism and does not need a control system, the dish washer is quite simple in structure and has no complex control mechanism, and the stability is higher when running.
In the embodiment of the application, the water pump 3 continuously changes the water pressure in the water pumping process.
The water pump 3 can make the movement of the serpentine hose 6 more severe by changing the water pressure continuously to make the water pressure applied to the serpentine hose constantly change.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, the supporting frame 8 is provided with a dish rack 81 having various shapes and structures for placing different kinds of dishes.
The dish rack 81 having various shapes and structures is provided on the supporting frame 8 to clean various dishes, such as various shapes of bowls, chopsticks, and cups.
The dish rack 81 is used for placing dishes, and the specific structure thereof may be various, and is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the application, a layer of protective net 9 is also arranged between the supporting frame 8 and the serpentine hose 6.
It should be noted that the protective net 9 may be used to prevent small pieces of cutlery from falling to the bottom of the sink 2. The protection net 9 may be made of metal or plastic.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present application, the nozzle 7 has a plurality of flat surfaces 71 and is provided with water spray holes 72 on each surface.
Specifically, the outer surface of the nozzle 7 has a plurality of flat surfaces. The water spraying holes 72 are arranged on each surface, so that the spray nozzles 7 spray the tableware on the supporting frame 8 from all directions, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Further, the nozzle 7 may have a polyhedral shape, for example, a cubic shape.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present application, the serpentine hose 6 has a connection portion 61, and the connection portion 61 is rotatably sleeved on the water outlet pipe 5; wherein the serpentine hose 6 can horizontally rotate around the water outlet pipe 5.
It should be noted that, because the serpentine hose 6 is rotationally connected with the water outlet pipe 5, when the serpentine hose 6 does irregular movement, the serpentine hose 6 and the water outlet pipe 5 can rotate relatively, so that the spray-washing range and angle of the nozzle 7 at the tail end of the serpentine hose 6 are larger.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the application, the bottom surface 21 of the dish washing tub 2 has a water accumulation groove 22. The sump 22 may be used to collect residual waste water on the floor 21 of the dish washing tub 2.
In the embodiment of the application, the bottom surface 21 of the bowl washing groove 2 is also provided with a concave diversion channel 23; both ends of the diversion channel 23 are intersected with the water accumulation groove 22.
Specifically, the bottom 21 of the bowl 2 is recessed to form a diversion channel 23 in the recess, and the diversion channel 23 can be used to guide the residue wastewater into the water accumulation tank 22.
In the embodiment of the application, the bottom of the water accumulation groove 22 is connected with the water inlet pipe 4 of the water pump 3.
The waste water in the water accumulation tank 22 passes through the water inlet pipe 4 of the water pump 3, and reenters the water outlet pipe 5 and the snakelike hose 6 of the water pump, and then the tableware on the support frame 8 is sprayed again, so that the reutilization of water resources is realized.
In the embodiment of the application, a filter screen is arranged between the water accumulation groove 22 and the water inlet pipe 4. The filter screen is used for filtering residues in the wastewater.
Referring to fig. 7, a drying assembly 10 for drying tableware is further provided on the inner wall of the housing 1.
It should be noted that the drying assembly 10 may be a hot air flow type drying device or a radiation type drying device. The hot air flow type drying device dries tableware by blowing out hot air flow. The radiation type drying device dries by radiating energy to the tableware, and may be an infrared radiation device.
The drying assembly 10 can timely dry the tableware after the cleaning of the tableware is completed, and can prevent dust from being adsorbed on the wet surface of the tableware.

1. A dishwasher, the dishwasher comprising: a housing having a bowl washing slot disposed therein; a water pump is arranged below the bowl washing groove;
the water pump is respectively connected with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the other end of the water outlet pipe passes through the bottom surface of the bowl washing groove from below to enter the bottom of the bowl washing groove, and a snake-shaped hose is connected to the tail end of the water outlet pipe; the tail end of the serpentine hose is provided with a nozzle;
the upper part of the serpentine hose is provided with a supporting frame for placing tableware; a drying component for drying tableware is also arranged on the inner wall of the shell;
the water pump continuously changes water pressure in the water pumping process so as to drive the spray nozzles positioned at the tail ends of the serpentine hoses to spray water to tableware at different angles and at different positions.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising a layer of protective mesh between the support frame and the serpentine hose.
3. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the nozzle has a plurality of flat surfaces and is provided with water spray holes at each surface.
4. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the serpentine hose has a connection portion rotatably sleeved on the outlet tube; wherein, the snakelike hose can rotate around the outlet pipe level.
5. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the supporter is provided with a dish rack having a plurality of shapes and structures for placing different kinds of dishes.
6. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the dish washing tub has a sump.
7. The dishwasher of claim 6, wherein the bottom surface of the dish washing tub further has a recessed diversion channel; both ends of the diversion channel are intersected with the water accumulation groove.
8. The dishwasher of claim 6, wherein the bottom of the sump is connected to a water inlet pipe of the water pump.
9. The dishwasher of claim 8, wherein a filter screen is provided between the sump and the inlet pipe.
