Abstract
The invention relates to an extraction mechanism, a coffee machine and an extraction and filtration method. The extraction mechanism skillfully penetrates through the extract from top to bottom by using an extraction needle tube in the process of pressing the extract, and the needle head just pierces the bottom of the sealed package of the extract to reach the liquid discharge hole, so that the needle head and the bottom of the package form a filtering structure together; during extraction, the extraction liquid rapidly seeps out of the small gap between the needle and the bottom of the package under the action of gravity and pressure, and finally flows out of the extraction chamber through the drain hole.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of food processing machines, in particular to an extraction mechanism, a coffee machine and an extraction and filtration method.
Background
The shelf life of the coffee beans can be as long as more than one year. However, in the case of roasted coffee beans, the coffee beans may only be left in contact with air for a maximum of 15 days, and the coffee beans may already have an off-taste. In the case of ground coffee, the coffee may be set for only 10 hours after contact with air, and the coffee may become off-flavored. To solve this problem, a coffee capsule is available which is used in combination with a special coffee machine; the capsule is prepared by special treatment of coffee beans to obtain coffee powder, sealing in aluminum foil space similar to "fruit jelly", and filling nontoxic inert gas into the capsule to prolong shelf life and sterilize again. When the coffee is required to be brewed, the coffee capsule is put into a special capsule type coffee machine, and the brewing key is pressed, so that other operations are not required, and the consistency of the taste and the flavor of the coffee is ensured, and the coffee capsule has quite convenience.
However, the existing coffee capsules are responsible for environmental protection due to the increased packaging amount compared with the original coffee powder or coffee bean products; among them, a disposable filter structure attached to the bottom of the coffee capsule is one concern for people to challenge the environmental protection.

The extraction mechanism does not need to additionally provide a disposable filtering structure for the package of the extract such as capsule coffee, simplifies the equipment for packaging the extract, reduces the cost for packaging the extract, and greatly improves the environmental protection property of the extract package; the scheme is simple in design, easy to realize, good in filtering effect, wide in extraction application range and high in market popularization value.
The solid conical needle can better pierce the bottom of the sealed package of the extract, prevent coffee powder from being brought out of the sealed package in the piercing process, and can uniformly generate fine gaps for filtration, thereby effectively improving the filtration effect.
Further, the diameter of the hollow pipe body is smaller than the diameter of the liquid discharge hole.

In one embodiment, the tapered needle 42 is preferably a solid needle. The use of the solid conical needle 42 better pierces the bottom of the sealed package of the extract, prevents the coffee powder from being carried out of the sealed package during piercing, and uniformly creates fine slits for filtration, effectively enhancing the filtering effect.
The hollow tube 41 preferably has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the drain hole 21.
The diameter of the junction of the conical needle 42 and the hollow tube is preferably smaller than the diameter of the drain hole 21.
The above preferred embodiment mainly consists in adaptively adjusting the diameter of the extraction needle 41 and the diameter of the drain hole 21, so as to prevent the tapered needle 42 from blocking the drain hole 21 after piercing the bottom of the package.
