The terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as limited to the ordinary and dictionary meanings, but interpreted based on the meanings and concepts conforming to the technical idea of the present invention on the basis of the principle that the inventor can reasonably define the concept of the terms to explain his invention in the best way.
Further, the embodiments described in the present specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all the technical ideas of the present invention, and it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications may be possible at the time of the present invention application.
Detailed descriptions of well-known functions and configurations which may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention are omitted.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the attached drawings, the invention comprises a shelf 1000 which is integrally formed with a body 3100 of a shelf connecting and fixing clamp 3000 and is connected with a water receiving tray at the bottom; and a shelf connecting and fixing clamp 3000 formed on the shelf 1000 integrally with the body 3100 and capable of connecting the shelf 1000 to the column 5; and a water pan connecting fixing clip 5000 capable of connecting the water pan 7000 to the rack 1000; and a water receiving tray 7000 connected with the bottom of the shelf 1000.
The shelf 1000 is integrally formed with a body 3100 of the fixing clip 3000, and the bottom thereof is connected to a water receiving tray; the structure is that the middle parts of two sides are integrally formed with the edge 1100 of the shelf connecting fixing clamp 3000 body 3100; and more than 2 opening portions 1300 provided at the bottom portions of both sides of the edge 1100 for inserting the water receiving tray connecting fixing clip 5000; and a water discharge port 1500 for discharging water to the drain pan when used as a dish drain stand.
The shelf connecting and fixing clamp 3000 is a body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 and capable of being connected to the pillar; and a fixing cover 3300 which is connected to one side of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 by a rotating shaft and wraps and fixes the whole column; and a fixing lever 3500 connected to the other side of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 by a rotation shaft, and applying a pressure to the fixing cover in the direction of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000, so that the shelf can be more stably fixed to the pillar.
The body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 comprises a 1 st fixing block 3110 having a curved surface 3111 formed at the upper and lower parts thereof for detachably inserting the pillar 5; and a post insertion portion 3130 formed in a semicircular shape between the 1 st fixing block 3110 to allow a post to be completely coupled; and a 2 nd fixing block 3150 formed at both ends of the pillar insertion part and hinge-coupled to the fixing cover 3300 and the fixing lever 3500 by a rotation shaft; and a mat 3170 connected to the pillar insertion part 3130 of the body 100 formed integrally with both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 for preventing the shelf from falling down from the pillar.
At this time, the pad 3170 is inserted into or coupled to the coupling hole 3131 of the pillar insertion portion 3130 by means of the locking protrusion 3171.
The fixing cover (3300) is connected to one side of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 by the rotating shaft 10, wraps and fixes the whole surface of the post 5, and is composed of a main body 3310 having a post inserting part formed by a semicircle capable of connecting with the post; an insertion part 3151 formed at the center of the fixing block 3150 of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 and formed at one side of the body, and a connecting block 3330 connected to the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 by a rotating shaft and capable of rotating; and a sealing groove 3350 formed on the other side of the main body and capable of being inserted into the fixing lever 3500 to form a sealing protrusion, pulled by the fixing lever to the direction of the main body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000, so that the column can be stably fixed; and the 1 st double locking protrusion 3370 formed on one side of the sealing groove and combined with the 2 nd double locking protrusion formed on the fixing lever 3500, pulled to the body 3100 direction integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 by the fixing lever, to make the post stably fixed; and a pad connected with the post inserting part for preventing the rack from descending from the post.
The fixing lever 3500 is connected to the other side of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 by a rotation shaft, and the fixing cover 3300 applies pressure in the direction of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000, so that the shelf 1000 can be more stably fixed to the pillar (5), and is a connecting block which is formed at one side of the body, can be inserted into an insertion portion 3151 formed at the center of a fixing block 3150 of the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000, and is connected to the body 1000 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 by a rotation shaft and can be rotated; and a sealing groove 3350 formed at one side of the insertion groove and capable of being inserted into the fixed cover 3300, a sealing protrusion 3550 capable of firmly and tightly adhering the fixed cover to the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000, stably fixing the post and stably combining the fixed cover 3300 and the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000; and a 1 st double locking protrusion 3370 formed on the main body and connected to the fixed cover 3300, wherein the fixed lever is pulled to the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000 to stably fix the post, and the fixed cover 3300 is stably connected to the body 3100 integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf 1000, thereby preventing the double locking protrusion 570 from being automatically released by external force.
The shelf is connected to the fixing clip 3000, and if the shelf is used as a tray, the fixing cover 3300 should be separated from the body 3100 and then used more properly.
The water receiving plate connecting and fixing clip 5000 is connected to more than 4 positions of the shelf 1000, is used for connecting and fixing the water receiving plate 7000, and is a body 5100 formed in a shape of a square(s)'; and a connection protrusion 5300 formed on the upper side of the body and inserted through the opening 1300 of the shelf and locked by the protrusion 1310 to be connected; a rib 5500 formed by the lower part of the connecting bulge and composed of a transverse rib 5510 which is vertically formed and plays a role of guiding when the commodity shelf is connected and a vertical rib 5530 which applies pressure to the side surface of the body of the water pan to prevent the water pan from separating when the water pan is connected; and an extension part 5700 formed at the lower part of the body and extending to one side, capable of supporting the water receiving tray and serving as a leg when used as a tray.
The water receiving plate 7000 is connected to the lower part of the rack 1000, and comprises a water collecting part 7100 connected to the lower part of the rack for collecting the water falling from the upper part; and guide grooves 7300 formed on both side surfaces of the frame of the water trap part so as to be slidably attached to the extension 5700 along the lateral ribs 5510 of the ribs 5500 of the water receiving tray connection fixing clip 5000; and a pull 7500 provided on the front surface of the frame and slidable in and out from the lower part of the rack 1000.

Claims (3)

1. A multi-purpose shelf with an open-close type fixing clamp is characterized by comprising a shelf (1000) which is integrally formed with a body (3100) of a shelf connecting fixing clamp (3000) and is connected with a water receiving plate at the bottom; and a shelf connecting and fixing clamp (3000) which is formed by integrating the body (3100) on the shelf (1000) and can connect the shelf (1000) to the post (5); and a water pan connecting fixing clamp (5000) which can connect the water pan (7000) to the rack (1000); and a water receiving tray (7000) connected with the bottom of the shelf (1000);
the shelf (1000) is integrally formed with a body (3100) of a shelf connecting and fixing clamp (3000), and the bottom of the shelf can be connected with a water receiving tray; the middle parts of the two sides are integrally formed with a shelf connecting and fixing edge (1100) of the body (3100) of the clamp (3000); and
in order to insert the water pan connecting and fixing clamp (5000), the bottom parts of two sides of the edge (1100) are provided with more than 2 opening parts (1300), and a convex part (1310) which can clamp the connecting and fixing clamp (5000) of the water pan is formed on the opening parts (1300); and
a water outlet (1500) for draining water to the water-receiving tray when used as a tableware draining rack;
the water pan connecting and fixing clamp (5000) is connected with more than 4 parts of the shelf (1000) and is used for connecting and fixing the water pan (7000), and is a body (3100) formed by a's' shape; and
a connection protrusion (5300) formed on the upper side of the body and inserted through the opening part (1300) of the shelf and clamped and connected by the convex part (1310); and
a rib (5500) which is formed at the lower part of the connecting bulge and is composed of a transverse rib (5510) which is vertically formed and plays a role of guiding when the commodity shelf is connected and a vertical rib (5530) which applies pressure to the side surface of the body of the water pan to prevent the water pan from separating when the water pan is connected; and
an extension part (5700) formed by extending from the lower part of the body to one side, capable of supporting the water receiving tray and playing a role of leg when used as a tray;
the water receiving tray (7000) is connected to the lower part of the rack (1000), and comprises a water collecting part (7100) connected to the lower part of the rack and used for collecting the water falling from the upper part; and
guide grooves (7300) formed on two side surfaces of the frame of the water trapping part in order to slide along the transverse ribs (5510) in the ribs (5500) of the water receiving tray connecting and fixing clamp (5000) and be installed on the extension part (5700); and
a handle (7500) which is arranged on the front of the frame and can slide from the lower part of the shelf (1000) and be drawn in and out;
a shelf connecting and fixing clamp (3000) comprising a body (3100) which is formed integrally on both sides of the edge of a shelf (1000) and can be connected with a post; and
a fixing cover (3300) which is connected with one side of the body (3100) formed integrally at two sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) through a rotating shaft and wraps and fixes the whole post; and
a fixing lever (3500) which is connected to the other side of the body (3100) formed integrally on both sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) through a rotating shaft, and applies pressure to the fixing cover in the direction of the body (3100) formed integrally on both sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) so that the shelf can be fixed on the pillar more stably;
the body (3100) is a 1 st fixing block (3110) having an upper part and a lower part detachably inserted into the pillars (5) to form an arc surface (3111); and
a post inserting part (3130) formed in a semicircular shape between the 1 st fixing blocks (3110) and allowing a post to be fully combined; and
a 2 nd fixing block (3150) formed at both ends of the post insertion part and connected with the fixing cover (3300) and the fixing lever (3500) in a hinge manner through a rotating shaft; and
the shelf is connected with the post inserting part (3130) of the body (3100) which is integrated with both sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) to prevent the shelf from falling down from the post, and is composed of a cushion (3170) which is inserted and connected or connected by a connecting mode by a locking protrusion (3171) on the connecting hole (3131) of the post inserting part (3130).
2. The multipurpose commodity shelf with an openable/closable fixing clip according to claim 1, wherein the fixing cover (3300) is composed of a main body (3310) having a post insertion part formed in a semicircular shape connectable to the post; and
an insertion part (3151) formed at the center of the 2 nd fixing block (3150) of the body (3100) formed integrally at both sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) and formed at one side of the main body, and a connecting block (3330) connected to the body (3100) formed integrally at both sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) through a rotating shaft and capable of rotating; and
a sealing protrusion (3350) formed on the other side of the main body and capable of being inserted into the fixing lever (3500), pulled by the fixing lever to the body (3100) integrally formed on the two sides of the edge of the shelf (1000), to stably fix the column; and
a 1 st double locking protrusion (3370) which is formed on one side of the sealing groove and combined with the 2 nd double locking protrusion formed on the fixing lever (3500), and is pulled to the body (3100) direction integrally formed on the two sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) by the fixing lever, so that the post can be stably fixed; and
a cushion connected with the post inserting part for preventing the rack from falling down from the post.
3. The multipurpose commodity shelf with an openable fixing clip according to claim 1, wherein the fixing lever (3500) is an insertion part (3151) formed at one side of the main body and inserted into the center of the fixing block (3150) of the body (3100) integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the commodity shelf (1000), and is connected to the body (3100) integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the commodity shelf (1000) by a rotating shaft and is a connecting block which can be moved back and forth; and
a close groove (3350) formed on one side of the insertion groove and capable of being inserted into the fixed cover (3300), a close bulge (3550) capable of firmly and tightly attaching the fixed cover to the body (3100) integrally formed on two sides of the edge of the shelf (1000), stably fixing the post and stably combining the fixed cover (3300) and the body (3100) integrally formed on two sides of the edge of the shelf (1000); and
the 1 st double locking protrusion (3370) formed on the body and connected to the fixed cover (3300) pulls the fixed lever to the body (3100) integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf (1000) to stably fix the post and simultaneously stably connect the fixed cover (3300) to the body (3100) integrally formed at both sides of the edge of the shelf (1000), preventing self-release due to external force and having a double locking function, and the 2 nd double locking protrusion (570).
