Taking the example in step 2031 as an example, if the system information request carrying the identifier 01 of the attribute information is 22, and if the system information request carrying the identifier 01 of the attribute information is greater than 20, the transmission method represented by the transmission method information in the system information request response to the system information request carrying the identifier 01 of the attribute information is the broadcast method.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the transmission mode information may represent a broadcast mode in a plurality of ways, for example, when the transmission mode information includes resource indication information or an identifier indicating that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode, the transmission mode information represents that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode; the resource indication information is used to indicate transmission resources occupied by system information in a broadcast manner, and it should be noted that the resource indicated by the resource indication information may be a part of resources or all of resources, as long as it is ensured that the terminal can effectively determine the resources occupied by information transmission according to the resource indication information to effectively acquire the information.
Step 2033, when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is not greater than the preset number threshold, the base station generates a system information request response, and the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a unicast mode.
Taking the example in step 2031 as an example, if the system information request carrying the identifier 00 of attribute information is 5, and if it is smaller than 20, the transmission method represented by the transmission method information in the system information request response to the system information request carrying the identifier 00 of attribute information is unicast.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the transmission method information may represent a unicast method in a plurality of ways, and when the transmission method information includes an indication identifier indicating that the terminal sends the required system information or an identifier indicating that the transmission method of the system information is the unicast method, the transmission method information represents that the transmission method of the system information is the unicast method.
The indication mark for the terminal to send the required system information is used for indicating that the terminal can make a re-request of the system information required by the terminal.
As can be seen from steps 2032 and 2033, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is large, the base station indicates the broadcast transmission mode, that is, transmits the system information in the broadcast mode subsequently, and when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is small, indicates the unicast transmission mode, that is, transmits the system information in the unicast mode subsequently, and dynamically selects the transmission mode according to the comparison result between the total number of the system information requests and the preset number threshold, so that flexible utilization of transmission resources can be achieved, and compatibility between the unicast mode and the broadcast mode can be achieved.

The terminal may indicate the system information requested by the terminal in an explicit or implicit manner, and the system information requested by the terminal indicated by the specified system information request in an explicit manner refers to the system information requested by the specified system information request explicitly indicated by the identifier or the indication information, for example, the specified system information request may carry an identifier of the system information that the terminal wants to request. For example, what the terminal wants to request is other system information: SI3, the corresponding assigned system information request carries an identifier of 3. The system information which is requested by the terminal and is indicated by the system information specification request in an implicit mode is the system information which is requested by the terminal and is indirectly indicated by the system information specification request through a specific PRACH resource. That is, different PRACH resources correspond to different system information or different groups of system information (each group of system information includes at least two types of system information), and if the terminal requests corresponding system information, the terminal adopts corresponding PRACH resource planning. For example, PRACH resource 1 corresponds to SI1, and PRACH resource 2 corresponds to SI2, the terminal uses PRACH resource 2 to transmit a specified system information request, i.e. it represents that the terminal wants to request SI 2.
Alternatively, the terminal may send a request for specifying system information to the base station through connection establishment request information or connection establishment recovery or other radio resource control information. For example, the terminal may carry the specified system information request via the MSG3 described above.
Step 2063, the base station receives the request for specifying the system information sent by the terminal.
It should be noted that the base station may receive a specific system information request sent by the terminal through the connection establishment request information or the connection establishment recovery or other radio resource control information. For example, the specified system information request may be carried in MSG3 described above.
Step 2064, the base station sends a request response of the system information to the terminal, and the request response of the system information includes the system information requested by the terminal.
In step 203, the transmission mode information further includes resource indication information, and accordingly, the base station may send a request response of the system information specification to the terminal at the transmission resource after receiving the system information specification request sent by the terminal, so as to transmit the system information required by the terminal to the terminal.
Step 2065, the terminal receives the request response of the system information appointed sent by the base station, and the request response of the system information appointed comprises the system information requested by the terminal.
Step 2066, when the transmission mode of the transmission mode information representing the system information is a broadcast mode, the terminal receives the system information sent by the base station through the broadcast mode.
Optionally, in step 203, the transmission mode information in the system information request response generated by the base station further includes resource indication information, then, in step 2065, the base station sends a specified system information request response to the terminal at the transmission resource, and correspondingly, in step 2066, the terminal receives the system information sent by the base station in a broadcast mode at the transmission resource.
The resource indication information includes at least one of a transmission period, a physical resource block, a modulation coding mode and an effective transmission duration.
Wherein, the transmission period is used to indicate a time length for performing one-time system information transmission, for example, 5 ms; the physical resource block is used for indicating the resource block occupied by the system information in the transmission process; the modulation coding mode is used for indicating the modulation coding mode of the system information, for example, a Turbo coding mode is adopted; the valid transmission duration is used to indicate a duration during which the transmission of the system information is valid, that is, the system information transmitted within the duration is valid, and the system information beyond the duration belongs to invalid system information, for example, the valid transmission duration may be 100 ms.
Further, the resource indication information may further include parameters such as transmission times, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In practical applications, the base station sends different system information based on different resource indication information, and correspondingly, the terminal receives different system information in different manners.
For example, when the resource indication information includes a transmission period, the base station performs periodic transmission of the system information according to the transmission period, and the terminal performs periodic reception of the system information according to the transmission period, for example, the terminal wants to request other system information: in SI2, if the transmission period included in the resource indication information is 5ms, the base station transmits SI2 once every 5ms, and correspondingly, the terminal receives SI2 transmitted by the base station once every 5 ms;
when the resource indication information includes the transmission times, the number of times that the base station transmits the system information is equal to the transmission times, and the number of times that the terminal receives the system information is less than or equal to the transmission times, generally, the terminal repeatedly performs the action of receiving the system information until the system information is successfully received, and stops receiving the system information, or after the reception times are equal to the transmission times, stops receiving the system information, for example, the terminal wants to request other system information: SI4, if the number of transmissions included in the resource indication information is 2, the base station transmits SI4 twice, and the terminal repeatedly performs the action of receiving SI4 until it successfully receives SI4, or after performing the action of receiving SI4 for the 2 nd time, the terminal stops the receiving action even if it does not successfully receive SI3, because the base station has no longer performed the transmission of SI 4;
when the resource indication information includes a modulation coding mode, the base station performs modulation coding of the system information by using the modulation coding mode when transmitting the system information, and the terminal performs decoding demodulation of the system information by using a decoding demodulation mode corresponding to the modulation coding mode, for example, what the terminal wants to request is basic system information: in SI1, if the coding mode included in the resource indication information is a Turbo coding mode, the terminal adopts a decoding mode corresponding to the Turbo coding mode to decode SI 1;
when the resource indication information comprises resources used for transmission, the base station transmits system information on the resources, and the terminal receives the system information on the resources;
when the resource indication information comprises a transmission effective duration, the base station transmits the system information in the transmission effective duration, and after receiving a system information request response, the terminal can repeatedly execute the action of receiving the system information until the system information is successfully received and stops receiving the system information, or the receiving duration reaches the effective transmission duration and stops receiving the system information; the receiving duration is a duration for starting to execute a receiving action from a receiving time of the system information request response, for example, the terminal wants to request other system information: in SI3, if the effective transmission duration included in the resource indication information is 10ms, the base station performs transmission of SI3 within the 10ms, and the terminal performs reception of the system information within the 10ms until the system information is successfully received and stops the receiving operation, or stops the receiving operation until the receiving duration exceeds 10 ms.
It should be noted that, the above example is only described by taking one parameter in the resource indication information as an example, and in practical applications, since the resource indication information includes at least one of a transmission period, a physical resource block, a modulation coding scheme, an effective transmission duration, and the like, the execution modes need to be appropriately combined according to specific contents in the resource indication information.
For example, the resource indication information includes: when the transmission duration and the transmission period are valid, the base station can repeatedly execute the sending action of the system information according to the transmission period after sending the system information request response until the valid transmission duration is reached, and the sending of the system information is stopped. The effective transmission duration may be timed from the time when the base station sends the system information request response. Correspondingly, after receiving the system information request response, the terminal may repeatedly execute the action of receiving the system information according to the transmission cycle until the system information is successfully received, and stop receiving the system information, or stop receiving the system information when the receiving duration reaches the effective transmission duration; the receiving duration is the duration of executing the receiving action from the receiving moment of the system information request response.
For example, assuming that the effective transmission duration is 10ms, the transmission period is 5ms, and the number of transmissions is 2, the base station needs to transmit the system information 2 times at a time interval of 5ms in 10 ms. The terminal needs to repeatedly execute the action of receiving the system information at the time interval of 5ms within 10ms until the system information is successfully received, and the system information is stopped receiving, or the receiving time reaches 10ms, the system information is stopped receiving, or the receiving frequency exceeds 2 times, and the system information is stopped receiving.
Optionally, the terminal may send feedback information indicating successful reception of the system information to the base station after successfully receiving the system information. The base station can periodically send the system information, namely the system information can be sent for many times, and the terminal does not need to execute the system information receiving action after successfully receiving the system information, so that the terminal can have the condition that the system information is successfully received when the system information receiving action is executed for the first time, the feedback information plays a corresponding prompting role and can prompt the base station terminal to successfully receive the systematicness, and therefore, the base station can stop sending the corresponding system information after receiving the feedback information, and the base station does not need to execute the system information sending action until the next system information request is received no matter whether the transmission times or the effective transmission duration of the system information meet the requirements of transmission parameters, and therefore, the resource waste can be effectively avoided.
It should be noted that, the order of the steps of the method for acquiring system information provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be appropriately adjusted, and the steps may also be increased or decreased according to the circumstances, and any method that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention, and therefore, no further description is given.
In summary, in the method for acquiring system information provided in the embodiments of the present invention, since the base station can send a system information request response carrying transmission mode information according to the system information request of the terminal, the terminal can acquire the system information according to the transmission mode information, and the system information is specifically acquired by the terminal according to its own requirement and is not transmitted periodically, compared with the prior art, redundant sending of unnecessary information is avoided, and waste of communication resources is reduced. And because the transmission mode information can indicate both a unicast mode and a broadcast mode, the base station can dynamically select the transmission mode according to the comparison result of the total number of the system information requests and the preset number threshold, thereby realizing the flexible utilization of transmission resources and achieving the compatibility of the unicast mode and the broadcast mode.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 30 for acquiring system information, as shown in fig. 3-1, including:
a receiving module 301, configured to receive a system information request response sent by a base station, where the system information request response includes transmission mode information, and the transmission mode information is used to provide a transmission mode of the system information, where the transmission mode includes a unicast mode or a broadcast mode;

According to the system information acquisition device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the base station can send the system information request response carrying the transmission mode information according to the system information request of the terminal, the acquisition module can acquire the system information according to the transmission mode information acquired by the receiving module, and the system information is acquired by the terminal in a targeted manner according to the self requirement and is not transmitted periodically, so that compared with the prior art, redundant sending of unnecessary information is avoided, and waste of communication resources is reduced.

Processor 52 includes one or more processing cores. The processor 52 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing software programs and modules.
The network interface 54 may be plural, and the network interface 54 is used for communication with other storage devices or network devices.
Optionally, the apparatus 50 for acquiring system information further includes a memory 56, a bus 58, and the like. Wherein, the memory 56 and the network interface 54 are respectively connected with the processor 52 through a bus 58.

a terminal sends a system information request to a base station, wherein the system information request is used for indicating attribute information of system information requested by the terminal in an explicit or implicit mode; the attribute information is a classification identifier of the system information or a characteristic identifier of the system information; the classification identifier is used for indicating the category of the system information, and the characteristic identifier is used for indicating the characteristic of the system information; the type of the system information is used for indicating the emergency degree of the terminal for acquiring the system information;
the terminal receives a system information request response sent by the base station, wherein the system information request response comprises transmission mode information, the transmission mode information is used for providing a transmission mode of the system information, and the transmission mode comprises a unicast mode or a broadcast mode; the system information request response is generated by the base station counting the total number of the received system information requests carrying the same attribute information in the expected duration, comparing the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information with a preset number threshold and according to the comparison result; the preset number threshold is preset by the base station according to the self transmission capability and the transmission scene; when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is greater than the preset number threshold, the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a broadcast mode; when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is not greater than the preset number threshold, the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a unicast mode;
and the terminal acquires the system information sent by the base station according to the transmission mode information.

a base station receives a system information request sent by a terminal, wherein the system information request is used for indicating attribute information of system information requested by the terminal in an explicit or implicit mode; the attribute information is a classification identifier of the system information or a characteristic identifier of the system information; the classification identifier is used for indicating the category of the system information, and the characteristic identifier is used for indicating the characteristic of the system information; the type of the system information is used for indicating the emergency degree of the terminal for acquiring the system information;
the base station generates a system information request response according to the system information request sent by the terminal, wherein the system information request response comprises transmission mode information, the transmission mode information is used for providing a transmission mode of the system information, and the transmission mode comprises a unicast mode or a broadcast mode;
the base station sends the system information request response to the terminal;
the base station generates a system information request response according to the system information request sent by the terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the base station counts the total number of received system information requests carrying the same attribute information in a preset time length;
comparing the total number of system information requests carrying the same attribute information with a preset number threshold; the preset number threshold is preset by the base station according to the self transmission capability and the transmission scene;
when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is larger than the preset number threshold, the base station generates a system information request response, wherein the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a broadcast mode;
and when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is not greater than the preset number threshold, the base station generates a system information request response, wherein the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a unicast mode.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein after the base station sends the system information request response to the terminal, the method further comprises:
the base station receives a specified system information request sent by the terminal, wherein the specified system information request indicates the system information requested by the terminal in an explicit or implicit mode, and the specified system information request is generated when the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the received system information request response is a unicast mode;
and the base station sends a request response of the appointed system information to the terminal, wherein the request response of the appointed system information comprises the system information requested by the terminal.
13. The method according to claim 11, wherein when the transmission mode information includes an indication flag indicating that the terminal transmits the required system information or a flag indicating that the transmission mode of the system information is a unicast mode, the transmission mode information represents that the transmission mode of the system information is a unicast mode;
when the transmission mode information comprises resource indication information or an identifier indicating that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode, the transmission mode information represents that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode;
the resource indication information is used for indicating transmission resources occupied by the system information in a broadcast mode.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the transmission mode information comprises the resource indication information, and after the base station sends the system information request response to the terminal, the method further comprises:
and the base station sends a request response of the appointed system information to the terminal at the transmission resource.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein the resource indication information comprises at least one of a transmission period, a physical resource block, a modulation and coding scheme, and an effective transmission duration.

a sending module, configured to send a system information request to a base station by a terminal, where the system information request is used to indicate attribute information of system information requested by the terminal in an explicit or implicit manner; the attribute information is a classification identifier of the system information or a characteristic identifier of the system information; the classification identifier is used for indicating the category of the system information, and the characteristic identifier is used for indicating the characteristic of the system information; the type of the system information is used for indicating the emergency degree of the terminal for acquiring the system information;
a receiving module, configured to receive a system information request response sent by the base station, where the system information request response includes transmission mode information, the transmission mode information is used to provide a transmission mode of the system information, and the transmission mode includes a unicast mode or a broadcast mode; the system information request response is generated by the base station counting the total number of the received system information requests carrying the same attribute information in the expected duration, comparing the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information with a preset number threshold and according to the comparison result; the preset number threshold is preset by the base station according to the self transmission capability and the transmission scene; when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is greater than the preset number threshold, the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a broadcast mode; when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is not greater than the preset number threshold, the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a unicast mode;
and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the system information sent by the base station according to the transmission mode information.
20. The apparatus of claim 19,
the acquisition module includes:
a sending submodule, configured to send a system information specifying request to the base station when the transmission mode information indicates that the transmission mode of the system information is a unicast mode, where the system information specifying request indicates, in an explicit or implicit mode, the system information requested by the terminal;
and the receiving submodule is used for receiving a request response of the appointed system information sent by the base station, wherein the request response of the appointed system information comprises the system information requested by the terminal.
21. The apparatus according to claim 20, wherein when the transmission scheme information includes an indication flag indicating that the system information required for the terminal to transmit is transmitted or an indication that the transmission scheme of the system information is a unicast scheme, the transmission scheme information indicates that the transmission scheme of the system information is a unicast scheme.
22. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
and when the transmission mode information represents that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode, receiving the system information sent by the base station in the broadcast mode.

The apparatus of claim 22, wherein when the transmission mode information includes resource indication information or an identifier indicating that a transmission mode of system information is a broadcast mode, the transmission mode information represents that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode;
the resource indication information is used for indicating transmission resources occupied by the system information in a broadcast mode.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the transmission mode information comprises the resource indication information,

a first receiving module, configured to receive, by a base station, a system information request sent by a terminal, where the system information request is used to indicate, in an explicit or implicit manner, attribute information of system information requested by the terminal; the attribute information is a classification identifier of the system information or a characteristic identifier of the system information; the classification identifier is used for indicating the category of the system information, and the characteristic identifier is used for indicating the characteristic of the system information; the type of the system information is used for indicating the emergency degree of the terminal for acquiring the system information;
a generating module, configured to generate a system information request response according to the system information request sent by the terminal, where the system information request response includes transmission mode information, and the transmission mode information is used to provide a transmission mode of the system information, where the transmission mode includes a unicast mode or a broadcast mode;
a first sending module, configured to send the system information request response to the terminal;
the generation module is specifically configured to:
counting the total number of system information requests carrying the same attribute information received in a preset time;
comparing the total number of system information requests carrying the same attribute information with a preset number threshold; the preset number threshold is preset by the base station according to the self transmission capability and the transmission scene;
when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is larger than the preset number threshold, generating a system information request response, wherein the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a broadcast mode;
and when the total number of the system information requests carrying the same attribute information is not greater than the preset number threshold, generating a system information request response, wherein the transmission mode indicated by the transmission mode information in the system information request response is a unicast mode.
30. The apparatus of claim 29, further comprising:
a second receiving module, configured to receive, after the base station sends the system information request response to the terminal, a specified system information request sent by the terminal, where the specified system information request indicates, in an explicit or implicit manner, system information requested by the terminal, and the specified system information request is generated by the terminal when a transmission manner indicated by transmission manner information in the received system information request response is a unicast manner;
and the second sending module is used for sending a specified system information request response to the terminal, wherein the specified system information request response comprises the system information requested by the terminal.

The apparatus according to claim 29, wherein when the transmission method information includes an indication flag indicating that the terminal transmits the required system information or a flag indicating that the transmission method of the system information is a unicast method, the transmission method information represents that the transmission method of the system information is a unicast method;
when the transmission mode information comprises resource indication information or an identifier indicating that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode, the transmission mode information represents that the transmission mode of the system information is a broadcast mode;
the resource indication information is used for indicating transmission resources occupied by the system information in a broadcast mode.
32. The apparatus of claim 31, wherein the transmission mode information comprises the resource indication information, and wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a third sending module, configured to send a specified system information request response to the terminal at the transmission resource after the base station sends the system information request response to the terminal.
33. The apparatus of claim 31, wherein the resource indication information comprises at least one of a transmission period, a physical resource block, a modulation and coding scheme, and an effective transmission duration.

the first sending module is specifically configured to:
