具体实施方式
本公开的实施例总体上涉及一种用于利用叉车或起重机运输和/或部署管道卷的管道卷装置。管道卷可以是自支撑的，例如，使用带将卷固定在一起，或者管道卷可以围绕卷轴(可以称为管道卷轴)被支撑。根据本公开的实施例的用于举升使用带或条保持在一起的卷的卷升降装置可包括具有中心纵向构件和一个或多个横向构件的上部结构，其中，在上部结构的外侧长边处的两个通道附接到横向构件，其中，凸形上表面附接到上部结构的横向构件。
下面将参考附图描述本公开的实施例。在一个方面，本文公开的实施例涉及用于运输柔性管道卷的半月形升降装置的实施例。
图1示出了根据本公开的实施例的设置在叉车30的齿40上的半月形升降装置24的示意图。叉车可配备有液压侧移功能，用于移动或调节叉或齿。
管道卷102可以通过将管道缠绕成卷而形成，该卷具有轴向穿过其形成的内部通道104，其中，管道卷102可以作为单个包装或一捆卷绕的管道移动，如图2所示。在图3中，示出了设置在半月形升降装置24上的管道卷102。卷绕管道的每个整匝可被称为一圈管道。管道卷中的多圈管道可以沿着管道卷的轴向尺寸成列配置，和/或沿着管道卷的径向尺寸分层配置。例如，可以沿着管道卷的轴向方向形成多列圈，其中，管道卷的轴向尺寸基于管道的直径以及形成管道卷102的圈的数量和轴向位置。此外，可以沿着管道卷的径向方向形成多层圈，其中，管道卷的径向尺寸基于管道的直径以及形成管道卷的圈的数量和径向位置。
如图2所示，管道卷102可以是包装或捆扎成较大卷的一层或多层(例如，层108和110)管道。管道卷102可包括已卷绕成特定形状或布置的至少一层或多层管道。如图2所示，管道卷102卷绕成基本上圆柱形的形状，其具有在管道卷102的每个端部上形成的基本上圆形的基部103和105，其中，在两个基部103、105之间测量管道卷102的轴向尺寸。另外，管道卷可以附接到管道卷滑块106。
如本领域普通技术人员所理解的，管道可以是用于输送或转移任何水、气体、油或本领域技术人员已知的任何类型的流体的管。用于组成管道卷102的管道可以由任何类型的材料制成，包括但不限于塑料、金属、它们的组合、复合材料(例如，纤维增强复合材料)、或本领域已知的其他材料。
在一个或多个实施例中，用于组成管道卷102的管道可以是柔性类型的管道。柔性管道常用于许多应用中，包括但不限于陆上和海上的油气应用。柔性管道可包括柔性复合管道(FCP)或增强热塑性管道(RTP)。FCP/RTP管道本身通常可以由若干层构成。在一个或多个实施例中，柔性管道可包括具有增强层和HDPE外覆层的高密度聚乙烯(“HDPE”)管道。另外，各种类型的聚乙烯可用于柔性管道构成。也可以使用其他聚合物，例如尼龙、PVDF、聚丙烯和许多其他聚合物。因此，柔性管道可以包括不同的层，这些层可以由各种材料制成，并且还可以进行耐腐蚀处理。例如，在一个或多个实施例中，用于组成管道卷的管道可具有设置在另一层钢筋上的防腐蚀保护层。在该钢筋层中，螺旋缠绕的钢带可以放置在由热塑性管道制成的衬垫上。柔性管道可以被设计成处理各种压力。此外，在耐腐蚀性、柔韧性、安装速度和可重复使用性方面，与钢/碳钢管路相比，柔性管道可提供独特的特征和益处。
管道卷可以由外径在例如大约2英寸(5.1cm)到大约10英寸(25.4cm)的范围内的卷制成。然而，根据本公开的实施例，具有其他尺寸的管道可以被卷绕以形成管道卷并且被装载用于运输。因此，可缠绕或卷绕成管道卷102的管道可被制成为适合多个尺寸并且可以具有对特定项目有用的任何直径。
如本领域普通技术人员所知，用于组成管道卷102的管道可以利用适合这种功能的卷筒或其他卷取机器卷绕。本领域普通技术人员将认识到，本公开不限于可用于将管道形成为卷的任何特定形式的卷取机或其他装置。在一个或多个实施例中，将管道卷绕成管道卷(例如102)有助于运输长度可以是数百英尺的管道。此外，管道卷102可以被组装成卷以便于卷的部署。如上所述以及在此使用的，部署可以指从管道卷102解开或展开管道的动作。
在组装成卷之后，管道卷102可包括轴向穿过管道卷102形成的内部通道104。内部通道104是大致设置在管道卷102的中心处的孔腔。内部通道104为大致圆形形状。管道卷102可具有外径(OD)和内径(ID)，其中，内径由内部通道限定。
在一个或多个实施例中，管道卷102可具有在大约60英寸(1.5m)到大约192英寸(4.9m)的范围内的外径，例如，当管道卷102具有至少两层2英寸管道时，可出现大约60英寸(1.5m)的外径。在一个或多个实施例中，管道卷可具有在例如大约84英寸(2.1m)到大约126英寸(3.2m)的范围内的内径。此外，在一个或多个实施例中，管道卷可具有在大约5英寸(12.7cm)到大约92英寸(2.3m)的范围内的轴向尺寸(宽度)。然而，这些仅仅是示例性测量值。本领域普通技术人员将理解，可以使用一个或多个实施例来适应任何尺寸范围(内径、外径和宽度)。
图2所示的滑块106可以是平台，管道卷102可以设置在该平台上以将管道卷102保持在垂直方向。在一个或多个实施例中，管道卷102可以在留在滑块106上的同时被装载和卸载以便运输。
现在转向图4，其示出了管道卷升降装置24(“半月形升降装置”)的各种说明性实施例。该装置用于进入管道卷102的内径，并与叉车一起使用以承载和移动管道。在图4至16中示出了适于移动具有大直径范围的管道卷的升降装置24的各个方面。应该注意的是，各种尺寸的升降装置均适于移动管道卷。
如图5所示，该装置具有上部结构，该上部结构包括一对通道(或通道部分)1，通道或通道部分容纳叉车的叉或齿。另外，通道可以容纳用于将升降装置紧固到叉车的齿的构件。装置24的上表面2可以是弓形的以附接到横向构件6的顶部，可以有一个或多个例如五个横向构件6，如图5所示。上表面2可以叠置在通道1的外表面上(也参见图14，其示出了附接到通道的叠置部分)。表面2叠置在通道1上以及表面2附接到横向构件6有助于为升降装置24提供刚度。可以有两个用于所述装置的装置构件3(也参见图10)。如所示的端部构件4(也参见图9)适于将装置附接到与起重机一起使用的缆绳，在装置24的任一端上可以有两个端部构件4。装置构件3和端部构件4附接到纵向中心构件5。图8和图12中示出的横向构件6具有与上表面2相接的上边缘，可以有一个或多个横向构件6。半管7(例如纵向分开的40号管道)可以附接到通道1的外表面从而为卷绕的管道的内表面提供保护，以便保护管材不受升降装置24上的倾斜表面的影响(也参见图16)。同样，在上表面2的一端或任一端上，可以沿着弓形边缘附接有例如1/4英寸或类似的合适尺寸的圆杆8，这也将为随着升降装置24移动的管材提供锐边保护，圆杆8在图15中进一步示出。
在某些说明性实施例中，升降装置24可由钢或其他金属材料形成。在某些说明性实施例中，升降装置能够达到20吨额定值，或者额定载荷为40,000磅。
支撑各种直径的卷的升降装置24在图6中以剖视图示出。图7示出了具有横向构件6的多个距离的示例的另一剖视图。图8示出了升降装置24的另一剖视图，其示出了横向构件6、中心构件5和通道1。图9示出了端部构件4的两个视图。图30示出了装置构件3的进一步细节。图11示出了附接到装置构件3的端部构件4的位置，装置构件3被示出为附接到中心构件5。图12示出了横向构件6。图13示出了上表面2的侧视图。图14是上表面2的剖视图。
图15示出了圆杆8可以沿着弓形边缘附接并且可以至少部分地在通道1上延伸。图16示出了半管7，其可以是40号管道(例如沿中心轴线分成两部分)，以用于附接到通道1或附接到通道1以及上表面2的叠置部分。
通常，升降装置24能够与各种直径的卷一起使用，而不会在叉车移动期间损伤由升降装置24的长边接触的管道卷的外表面。
在一个非限制性实施例中，管道卷升降装置包括具有中心纵向构件和至少一个横向构件的上部结构，其中，在上部结构的外侧长边处的两个通道附接到横向构件，并且凸形上表面附接到上部结构的横向构件。
在其他方面，管道卷升降装置上表面附接到通道的外表面并且叠置在通道的外表面上。此外，管道卷升降装置可具有附接到中心构件的装置构件以及附接到中心构件的端部构件。中心纵向构件可以延伸超出上表面并且包括适于附接缆绳配件的端部构件。半管可以附接到通道的外侧表面。1/4英寸的圆杆可以附接到凸形上表面的弓形边缘。
在另一个非限制性实施例中，管道卷升降装置包括上部结构，该上部结构具有一对纵向通道部分，纵向通道部分附接到上部结构的最外侧部分并形成上部结构的最外侧部分的侧面。纵向中心构件在通道部分之间延伸，其中，上部结构具有垂直于并附接到中心构件和通道部分的至少一个横向构件。上部结构的顶部形成凸形上表面，该凸形上表面附接到通道部分、中心构件和横向构件。
在其他方面，管道卷升降装置的上表面叠置在通道部分的外表面上。装置构件可以附接到中心构件，并且端部构件附接到中心构件。纵向中心构件可以延伸超出上表面并且包括用于附接缆绳配件的端部构件。半管可以附接到通道部分的外侧表面。1/4英寸的圆杆附接到凸形上表面的弓形边缘。
在又一个非限制性实施例中，提供了一种用于升降管道卷的方法，该方法包括利用设置在叉车上的管道卷升降装置升降柔性管道卷，该管道卷升降装置包括具有中心构件和垂直于横向构件的至少一个横向构件的上部结构，其中，两个通道在上部结构的外侧长边处，其中，凸形表面附接到上部结构的横向构件。当使用具有叉车的升降装置时，叉车的液压侧移功能可用于将升降装置紧固到叉车的齿。备选，可以附接升降装置以利用附接到装置的中心构件的端部构件的缆绳或链条使管道卷随着起重机移动。
虽然已经针对有限数量的实施例描述了本公开，例如用于内径为7英尺和9英尺的卷的升降装置，但受益于本公开的本领域技术人员将理解可以设想不脱离如本文所述的本公开的范围的其他实施例。因此，本公开的范围应仅由所附权利要求限制。

Claims (19)

1.一种管道卷升降装置，包括：上部结构，所述上部结构具有中心纵向构件和至少一个横向构件，所述上部结构在所述上部结构的外侧长边处具有附接到所述横向构件的两个通道，所述上部结构具有附接到所述上部结构的所述横向构件的凸形上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道卷升降装置，其中，所述上表面附接到所述通道的外表面并叠置在所述通道的外表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道卷升降装置，还包括附接到中心构件的装置构件以及附接到所述中心构件的端部构件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管道卷升降装置，其中，所述中心纵向构件延伸超出所述上表面并包括用于附接缆绳配件的端部构件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管道卷升降装置，还包括附接到所述通道的外侧表面的半管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的管道卷升降装置，还包括附接到所述凸形上表面的弓形边缘的1/4英寸的圆杆。
7.一种管道卷升降装置，包括上部结构，所述上部结构具有一对纵向通道部分以及在所述通道部分之间延伸的纵向中心构件，所述纵向通道部分附接到所述上部结构的最外侧部分并形成所述上部结构的最外侧部分的侧面，所述上部结构具有垂直于并附接到所述中心构件和通道部分的至少一个横向构件，并且其中，所述上部结构的顶部形成附接到所述通道部分、中心构件和横向构件的凸形上表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的管道卷升降装置，其中，所述上表面叠置在所述通道部分的外表面上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的管道卷升降装置，还包括附接到所述中心构件的装置构件以及附接到所述中心构件的端部构件。
10.根据权利要求7所述的管道卷升降装置，其中，所述纵向中心构件延伸超出所述上表面并包括用于附接缆绳配件的端部构件。
11.根据权利要求7所述的管道卷升降装置，还包括附接到所述通道部分的外侧表面的半管。
12.根据权利要求7所述的管道卷升降装置，还包括附接到所述凸形上表面的弓形边缘的圆杆。
13.一种用于升降管道卷的方法，包括：利用管道卷升降装置升降柔性管道卷，所述管道卷升降装置包括上部结构，所述上部结构具有中心构件和垂直于所述中心构件的至少一个横向构件，所述上部结构在所述上部结构的外侧长边处具有两个通道，所述上部结构具有附接到所述上部结构的所述横向构件的凸形表面。
14.根据权利要求13所述的管道卷升降装置，还包括附接到所述中心构件的装置构件和附接到所述中心构件的端部构件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法，其中，所述管道卷升降装置通过缆绳附接到所述端部构件。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法，其中，所述管道卷升降装置通过缆绳附接到起重机以移动管道卷。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法，其中，所述管道卷升降装置安装在叉车上。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法，其中，所述管道卷升降装置通过施加到叉车齿的液压力紧固到所述叉车的通道。
19.根据权利要求13所述的方法，其中，所述管道卷升降装置利用缆绳紧固到所述管道卷升降装置。
