Abstract
The invention provides a respirator with a pressure alarm function, which belongs to the technical field of transformer respirators and comprises a respirator body, a pressure measuring pipe, a pressure detection module and an alarm module, wherein the respirator body comprises a tank body for accommodating a silica gel filter body, an oil cup positioned at the lower part of the tank body, and a guide pipe, one end of the guide pipe is communicated with an oil conservator, and the other end of the guide pipe is positioned in the oil cup; the pressure measuring pipe is arranged on the tank body or the conduit and is communicated with the interior of the tank body; the pressure detection module is arranged on the pressure measuring pipe and used for measuring the pressure inside the pressure measuring pipe; the alarm module is electrically connected with the pressure sensor and used for sending out an alarm signal. When the pressure detection device is used, the pressure detection module detects the pressure in the tank body or the conduit, if the pressure is greater than a certain threshold value, the pressure detection module transmits a signal to the alarm module, the alarm module sends out an alarm signal to inform a remote control attendant to overhaul, the problem or fault caused by the unsmooth breathing of the respirator can be effectively avoided, and the safe and stable operation of the transformer is guaranteed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of transformer respirators, and particularly relates to a respirator with a pressure alarm function.
Background
The basic structure of the transformer consists of a transformer body, an oil tank, a cooling device, a protection device, a wire outlet device and transformer oil. The transformer body comprises an iron core, a winding, an insulator, a lead and a tap switch; the oil tank comprises an oil tank body and accessories; the protection device comprises an oil conservator, an oil meter, a safe air passage, a respirator, a temperature measuring element, an oil purifier relay and the like; the wire outlet device comprises high, medium and low voltage porcelain sleeves and the like. The conservator is installed on the upper portion of transformer tank, is connected with transformer tank through the pipeline, and its effect is: containing transformer oil which expands and increases due to the temperature rise of the transformer; the contact surface of the oil and the air is limited, and the degree of wetting and oxidation of the oil is reduced; air bubbles can be prevented from entering the transformer by injecting oil during operation. Conservators generally fall into 2 forms: the capsule type conservator and the diaphragm type conservator have the same function, and the capsule or the diaphragm mainly has the function of isolating oil from air. The gas in the conservator capsule is exchanged with the outside through the respirator. The respirator is also called a moisture absorber, the inside of the respirator is filled with an adsorbent, and the adsorbent is usually allochroic silica gel and has the functions of absorbing moisture in air and reducing transformer oil from being affected with damp and oxidized.
In the rapid development process of the power system, more and more unattended transformer substations are put into operation. Whether the transformer respirator can normally breathe smoothly directly determines the safe and stable operation condition of the transformer, and if the transformer breathes smoothly, oil injection of sealing parts, an oil conservator and a pressure release valve in the transformer body can be caused, so that the pressure of a transformer oil tank can be seriously deformed, and even the transformer is tripped. However, the existing transformer cannot effectively monitor the breathing state of the respirator, so that the potential safety hazard caused by unsmooth breathing of the respirator still exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a respirator with a pressure alarm function, and aims to solve the technical problem that the breathing state of the respirator cannot be effectively monitored by using the existing transformer in the prior art, so that potential safety hazards exist.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a respirator with a pressure alarm function according to the present invention will now be described. The respirator with the pressure alarm function comprises a respirator body, a pressure measuring pipe 20, a pressure detection module and an alarm module 50, wherein the respirator body comprises a tank body 11 for accommodating a silica gel filter body 14, an oil cup 12 positioned at the lower part of the tank body 11, and a guide pipe 13, one end of which is communicated with an oil conservator 80, and the other end of which is positioned in the oil cup 12; the pressure measuring pipe 20 is arranged on the tank body 11 or the conduit 13 and is communicated with the interior of the tank body 11; the pressure detection module is arranged on the pressure measuring pipe 20 and used for measuring the pressure inside the pressure measuring pipe 20; the alarm module 50 is electrically connected to the pressure detection module for emitting an alarm signal.
Compared with the prior art, the respirator with the pressure alarm function provided by the invention has the advantages that when the respirator is used, the pressure detection module detects the pressure in the tank body 11 or the conduit 13, if the pressure is greater than a rated threshold value, the pressure detection module transmits a signal to the alarm module 50, the alarm module 50 sends an alarm signal to inform a remote control attendant to overhaul, so that the problem or fault caused by the unsmooth breathing of the respirator can be effectively avoided, and the safe and stable operation of a transformer is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the respirator with a pressure alarm function provided by the present invention, the pressure detection module includes a pressure gauge 30 and a toggle switch 40, the pressure gauge 30 is disposed on the pressure measuring tube 20 and has a dial 31 and a pointer 32; the dial switch 40 is arranged on the dial 31 and electrically connected with the alarm module 50, and is triggered to be switched on or switched off by the pointer 32.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the paddle switch 40 includes: the alarm device comprises a first binding post 41, a second binding post 42 and a shifting sheet 44, wherein the first binding post 41 is arranged on the dial 31 and is electrically connected with the alarm module 50; the second terminal 42 is arranged on the dial 31 and electrically connected with the alarm module 50; one end of the pulling piece 44 is rotatably connected with the first binding post 41, and the other end is used for contacting with the second binding post 42.
The position of the paddle switch 40 is at a nominal threshold on the face 31 of the pressure gauge 30. When the pointer 32 passes through the dial switch 40, the dial 44 is shifted, so that the dial 44 is in contact with or disconnected from the second terminal 42, and the alarm module 50 is triggered to alarm.
A plurality of dial switches 40 can be arranged on the dial 31 corresponding to different rated thresholds to control the alarm module 50 to alarm in different modes. The alarm module 50 may be one alarm with different modes or a plurality of alarms respectively associated with the paddle switch 40. The alarm module 50 or alarm may be one or more of a speaker, an indicator light, a wireless signal transceiver device.
Further, the paddle switch 40 further includes an elastic element 45, and the elastic element 45 is respectively connected to the first terminal 41 and the paddle 44, and is used for keeping the paddle 44 in a contact or disconnection state with the second terminal 42, so that the paddle switch 40 can be repeatedly used for multiple times. The toggle switch 40 with three terminals is equivalent to a single-pole double-throw switch, when the pointer 32 passes through the toggle switch 40 for the first time, the toggle piece 44 is toggled to be in contact with the second terminal 42, and the alarm module 50 is triggered to give an alarm; when the pointer 32 returns to pass through the toggle switch 40 again, the toggle piece 44 is in contact with the third terminal 43, and the alarm of the alarm module 50 is released.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the respirator with a pressure alarm function provided by the present invention, the respirator with a pressure alarm function further includes a control module 60 and a pressure relief module 70, wherein the control module 60 is electrically connected to the pressure detection module and the alarm module 50 respectively; the pressure relief module 70 is disposed on the conduit 13, is used for relieving the pressure of the conduit 13, and is electrically connected with the control module 60.
When the pressure detection module detects that the pressure is higher than a certain threshold value, a signal is transmitted to the control module 60, and the control module controls the alarm module 50 to alarm and controls the pressure relief module 70 to be opened to relieve the pressure of the transformer. Because remote personnel arrive in time and need certain time, set up pressure release module 70 and can carry out the pressure release of certain degree to the transformer, avoid producing the potential safety hazard.
Specifically, the pressure relief module 70 includes a negative pressure bottle 71, a pressure relief pipe 72 and an electromagnetic valve 73, wherein one end of the pressure relief pipe 72 is communicated with the conduit 13, and the other end is located in the negative pressure bottle 71; a solenoid valve 73 is disposed on the pressure relief tube 72 and is electrically connected to the control module 60.
The solenoid valve 73 is opened upon receiving a signal from the control module 60, and a part of the oil in the suction downcomer 13 of the negative pressure bottle 71 flows into the negative pressure bottle 71, so that the pressure inside the transformer is reduced.
