Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a rheumatic heart valve disease authentication system based on data processing according to an embodiment of the present invention may be used to authenticate whether a participating user has a qualification of a rheumatic heart valve disease. As shown in fig. 1, the rheumatic heart valve disease authentication system may include a server 101 and a server 102. The server 101 may be a server corresponding to a rheumatic valvular disease authentication platform, and may be used to provide relevant services for the authentication of the rheumatic valvular disease. The server 102 may be a server corresponding to a medical insurance platform, and may be used for providing relevant services of medical insurance services, such as reimbursement of diagnosis and treatment costs for authentication of rheumatic heart valve diseases. The rheumatic heart valve disease authentication platform may provide an interface for the medical insurance platform to call, that is, the server 101 and the server 102 may perform data interaction through the interface call.
In one embodiment, the participating user may submit the rheumatic valvular disease authentication request through the medical insurance platform, and after the server 102 corresponding to the medical insurance platform receives the rheumatic valvular disease authentication request of the participating user, the server 101 corresponding to the rheumatic valvular disease authentication platform may send the rheumatic valvular disease authentication request through invoking the corresponding interface. Further, after receiving the authentication request for rheumatic heart valve disease by the participating user sent by the server 102, the server 101 may detect whether the authentication data carried in the authentication request matches with the authentication item corresponding to the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule, and determine the matched authentication item as the target authentication item. Further, the server 101 may count the number of target authentication items, if the count results in that the number of target authentication items is greater than a preset number threshold, determine that the authentication of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user passes, and send a reimbursement instruction of the rheumatic heart valve disease to the server 102 corresponding to the medical insurance platform, so that the medical insurance platform reimburses the diagnosis and treatment cost of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user according to the reimbursement instruction.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a data processing-based rheumatic heart valve disease authentication method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a server, and as shown in the drawing, the data processing-based rheumatic heart valve disease authentication method may include:
201. The server receives an authentication request of the participating user for the rheumatic heart valve disease, wherein the authentication request carries authentication data of the participating user for the rheumatic heart valve disease.
The server may be a server corresponding to a rheumatic heart valve disease authentication platform, where the server and a third platform have previously established communication connection, and the third platform may be a medical insurance platform, for example. In one embodiment, before the participating user performs medical insurance reimbursement for the rheumatic heart valve disease, it is necessary to determine that the participating user's certification of the rheumatic heart valve disease passes, and send reimbursement instructions for the rheumatic heart valve disease to a third party platform that has established a communication connection. Under the condition, the participating user can submit qualification authentication data for the authentication of the rheumatic heart valve disease through the medical insurance platform, and submit an authentication request of the rheumatic heart valve disease carrying the qualification authentication data. Further, after receiving the authentication request, the medical insurance platform can send the authentication request of the rheumatic heart valve disease carrying the qualification authentication data to a server corresponding to the rheumatic heart valve disease authentication platform. Further, after receiving the authentication request for the rheumatic heart valve disease, the server can acquire qualification authentication data for the rheumatic heart valve disease submitted by the participating user from the authentication request.
202. The server detects whether the authentication data is matched with authentication items corresponding to preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules, and determines the matched authentication items as target authentication items, wherein the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules correspond to one or more authentication items.
In one embodiment, the preset rheumatic heart valve disease certification rules correspond to one or more certification items and one or more evaluation conditions, wherein each certification item corresponds to one evaluation condition. In this case, the server may detect whether the authentication data satisfies any one of the one or more evaluation conditions, and if any one of the evaluation conditions is satisfied, determine that the detected authentication data matches an authentication item corresponding to any one of the satisfied evaluation conditions, and further determine the authentication item corresponding to any one of the satisfied evaluation conditions as the target authentication item.
Exemplarily, the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules are shown in table 1, where an ultrasonic electrocardiogram 01, an ultrasonic electrocardiogram 02, an ultrasonic electrocardiogram 03 and an ultrasonic electrocardiogram 04 corresponding to the E column are authentication items corresponding to the rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules; mitral valve stenosis is an evaluation condition corresponding to an echocardiogram 01, valve stenosis or insufficiency caused by valve thickening is an evaluation condition corresponding to an echocardiogram 02, valve stenosis or insufficiency caused by valve fusion is an evaluation condition corresponding to an echocardiogram 03, valve stenosis or insufficiency caused by valve adhesion is an evaluation condition corresponding to an echocardiogram 04, and 1 is a preset number threshold. In this case, the server analyzes the authentication data, detects detection data corresponding to the ultrasonic electrocardiogram from the authentication data, and the detection data shows the mitral valve stenosis or insufficiency due to the mitral valve stenosis and the valve thickening of the participating user, and can determine that the authentication data matches the authentication items ultrasonic electrocardiogram 01 and ultrasonic electrocardiogram 02, and determine the matching ultrasonic electrocardiogram 01 and ultrasonic electrocardiogram 02 as the target authentication item.
TABLE 1
203. The server counts the number of target authentication items, if the counted number of target authentication items is larger than a preset number threshold, the authentication of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user is determined to pass, and a reimbursement instruction of the rheumatic heart valve disease is sent to a third party platform which is in communication connection, wherein the reimbursement instruction is used for instructing the third party platform to reimburse the diagnosis and treatment cost of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user.
Illustratively, the preset number threshold is 1, the rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules are as shown in table 1, and the server performs step 202 to determine the ultrasound electrocardiogram 01 and the ultrasound electrocardiogram 02 as target authentication items. Under the condition, the server can count the number of the target authentication items to be 2, determine that the number of the target authentication items 2 is larger than a preset number threshold value 1, further determine that the authentication of the participating user on the rheumatic heart valve disease passes, and send a reimbursement instruction of the rheumatic heart valve disease to a third party platform which is established with communication connection. Further, after receiving the reimbursement instruction, the third party platform can identify that the certification of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user passes according to the reimbursement instruction, so as to reimburse the diagnosis and treatment cost of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user.
In one embodiment, a developer may set different rheumatic heart valve disease certification rules (i.e., preset rheumatic heart valve disease certification rules) for different areas. For example, the server may pre-establish a one-to-one correspondence of each preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule) to each region, which one-to-one correspondence may be as shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
Region(s) Authentication rules for rheumatic valvular heart disease
Shenzhen (Shenzhen) Authentication rule 01
Guangzhou style Authentication rules 02
Shanghai Authentication rules 03
Zhejiang river Authentication rules 04
In one embodiment, the qualification request further carries user information of the participating user. The server may determine a medical insurance office of the participating user according to the user information, further determine a target rheumatic valvular disease authentication rule corresponding to the area to which the medical insurance office belongs according to a one-to-one correspondence between the authentication rule of each rheumatic valvular disease and each area, and further execute subsequent steps 202 to 203 by adopting the target rheumatic valvular disease authentication rule.
In one embodiment, after counting the number of the target authentication items, if the counting results in that the number of the target authentication items is smaller than or equal to a preset number threshold, the server outputs second prompt information, where the second prompt information is used to prompt the participating user to input target disease detection data matched with the authentication items. Further, the server may receive the target disease detection data and determine, based on the target disease detection data, that the authentication of the participating user for rheumatic heart valve disease passes.
For example, the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule is shown in table 1, and includes 4 authentication items, namely an echocardiogram 01, an echocardiogram 02, an echocardiogram 03 and an echocardiogram 04, respectively, and the target authentication item determined by the server is an echocardiogram 03, and the preset number threshold is 1. In this case, the server counts the number of target recognition items to be 1, counts the number 1 of the target recognition items to be not more than a preset number threshold, and outputs second prompt information to prompt the user to input disease detection data corresponding to any K authentication items of the 4 authentication items, where K is greater than the preset number threshold and less than or equal to 4 (i.e., the total number of authentication items), and the target disease detection data at this time is disease detection data corresponding to any K authentication items in the echocardiogram 01, the echocardiogram 02, the echocardiogram 03, and the echocardiogram 04 (i.e., target disease detection data matched with the authentication items).
In the embodiment of the invention, a server receives an authentication request of a participating user for rheumatic heart valve diseases, wherein the authentication request carries authentication data of the participating user for the rheumatic heart valve diseases. Further, the server detects whether the authentication data is matched with authentication items corresponding to a preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule, determines the matched authentication items as target authentication items, counts the number of the target authentication items, if the number of the target authentication items is counted to be larger than a preset number threshold, determines that authentication of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user is passed, and sends a reimbursement instruction of the rheumatic heart valve disease to a third party platform which is established with communication connection, so that the third party platform reimburses for diagnosis and treatment expense of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user according to the reimbursement instruction. The invention is beneficial to improving the authentication efficiency of the rheumatic heart valve disease.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of another method for authenticating rheumatic heart valve disease based on data processing according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a server, and as shown in the drawing, the method for authenticating rheumatic heart valve disease based on data processing may include:
301. the server receives an authentication request for the rheumatic heart valve disease, which is sent by the participating user through the third party platform, wherein the authentication request carries authentication data of the participating user for the rheumatic heart valve disease.
302. The server detects whether the authentication data is matched with authentication items corresponding to preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules, and determines the matched authentication items as target authentication items, wherein the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules correspond to one or more authentication items.
303. And the server counts the number of the target authentication items, and if the counted number of the target authentication items is larger than a preset number threshold, the authentication of the participating user on the rheumatic heart valve disease is determined to pass.
In one embodiment, the authentication request carries user information of the participating user, and before the server performs step 302 to detect whether the authentication data matches with an authentication item corresponding to a preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule, the server may further obtain the user information of the participating user from the authentication request, and obtain, according to the user information, a historical disease claim record of the participating user from a third party platform that has established a connection, where the historical disease claim record indicates a type of disease of the participating user. Further, the server may detect whether the type of the historic claim illness of the participating user is smaller than a preset type threshold, and if the type of the historic claim illness of the participating user is smaller than the preset type threshold, trigger to execute step 302.
In one embodiment, after the server identifies the historical disease claim record, a blacklist tag may be generated when the type of disease type identified as the historic disease claim of the participating user is greater than or equal to a preset type threshold, the blacklist tag being used to identify the participating user as a spoofed user. Further, the server may send the blacklist tag and the user information to the third party platform, so that the third party platform determines that the participating user is a spoofed user according to the blacklist tag.
In an embodiment, the authentication request further carries information of a third party platform, before the server performs step 302 to detect whether the authentication data matches with an authentication item corresponding to a preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule, the server may further acquire information of the third party platform from the authentication request, detect, according to the information of the third party platform, whether the third party platform is the same as a preset third party platform, and if it is detected that the third party platform is the same as the preset third party platform, trigger to perform step 302.
The information of the third platform may include an IP address, an ID number, and the like. In one embodiment, a developer may pre-configure one or more designated third party platforms (i.e., preset third party platforms) and store information for the one or more preset third party platforms in a database. In this case, after receiving the authentication request for the rheumatic heart valve disease sent by the participating user through the third party platform, the server may acquire information of the third party platform from the authentication request, compare the information of the third party platform with information of each preset third platform, and if the comparison results in that the information of the third platform is the same as the information of any preset third platform, determine that the security verification of the third party platform passes, and further trigger to execute step 302.
In one embodiment, the authentication request carries user information of the participating user, before the server executes step 302 to detect whether the authentication data matches with an authentication item corresponding to a preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule, when the authentication request of the participating user for the rheumatic heart valve disease is received, the user information of the participating user is obtained from the authentication request, and first prompt information is output, where the first prompt information is used to prompt the participating user to input biometric information. Further, the server may receive the biometric information input by the participating user, obtain target biometric sample information matched with the user information from the preset database, compare the target biometric sample information with the biometric information, and trigger to execute step 302 if the comparison results in that the target biometric sample information is matched with the biometric information.
The biological characteristic information can be fingerprint information of the participating user, and the face image, the iris information and the like can uniquely identify the information of the participating user. In one embodiment, the biometric information is a face image, the user information includes user identifiers (such as identification numbers), and the server stores face image samples (i.e., biometric sample information) corresponding to the user identifiers in advance. In this case, after receiving the authentication request for the rheumatic heart valve disease sent by the participating user through the third party platform, the server may output prompt information to the third party platform to prompt the participating user to input a face image. After the participating and protecting user views the prompt information, the face image can be input through the third-party platform and forwarded to the server. Further, the server may obtain the user identifier of the participating user from the authentication request, find a target face image sample corresponding to the user identifier in the database, compare the similarity between the target face image sample and the face image currently input by the participating user, and if the similarity between the target face image sample and the face image currently input by the participating user obtained by comparison is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold, determine that the target face image sample is matched with the face image currently input by the participating user, and further trigger to execute step 302.
304. The server determines a target weight index corresponding to the target authentication item in the weight indexes corresponding to one or more authentication items which are preset.
305. The server calculates a disease index of the user corresponding to the rheumatic heart valve disease, wherein the disease index is the sum of all the determined target weight indexes.
In one embodiment, the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rules include N authentication items, where N is an integer greater than 0, and the developer may set a respective weight index for each of the N authentication items. Illustratively, N is 4, the 4 authentication items are respectively an echocardiogram 01, an echocardiogram 02, an echocardiogram 03 and an echocardiogram 04, the weight indexes corresponding to the 4 authentication items are a, b, c, d, and the target authentication items are respectively an echocardiogram 01 and an echocardiogram 02. In this case, the server may determine the weight index a corresponding to the ultrasonic electrocardiogram 01 and the weight index b corresponding to the ultrasonic electrocardiogram 02 as target weight indexes, and calculate the sum (a+b) of the weight index a and the weight index b, and determine the (a+b) as the disease index P, that is, the disease index p= (a+b).
306. The server determines a target disease grade of the rheumatic heart valve disease corresponding to the participating user according to the disease index, and sends a reimbursement instruction matched with the target disease grade to the third party platform, so that the third party platform can identify the target disease grade of the rheumatic heart valve disease corresponding to the participating user according to the reimbursement instruction, and reimburses the diagnosis and treatment cost of the rheumatic heart valve disease according to the reimbursement proportion corresponding to the target disease grade.
In one embodiment, the server is preconfigured with a correspondence 1 of disease index P to disease level, which correspondence 1 may be shown in table 3-1, for example. In this case, after determining the disease index P of the participating user, the server may determine, according to the pre-established correspondence between the disease index P and the disease level, a target disease level corresponding to the disease index P, generate a reimbursement instruction matched with the target disease level, and then send the reimbursement instruction to the third party platform.
TABLE 3-1
Disease index P Disease grade
P1 Disease grade 1
P2 Disease grade 2
Further, the third party platform establishes a correspondence 2 between the disease level and the reimbursement ratio in advance, and the correspondence 2 may be shown in table 3-2, for example. Under the condition, after receiving the reimbursement instruction, the third party platform can identify the target disease grade corresponding to the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user according to the reimbursement instruction, determine reimbursement proportion corresponding to the target disease grade according to the pre-established corresponding relation 2, and reimburse diagnosis and treatment cost of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user according to the reimbursement proportion.
TABLE 3-2
Reimbursement proportion Disease grade
Proportion 1 Disease grade 1
Proportion 2 Disease grade 2
In one embodiment, the correspondence 2 between the disease level and the reimbursement ratio may be established on the server side. In this case, after determining the target disease grade of the rheumatic heart valve disease corresponding to the participating user according to the disease index, the server may further determine a target reimbursement proportion of the target disease grade according to the corresponding relation 2, and generate a reimbursement instruction matched with the target disease grade, where the reimbursement instruction is used to instruct the third party platform to reimburse the diagnosis and treatment cost of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user according to the target reimbursement proportion.
In one embodiment, the authentication request carries user information of the participating user, and after the server determines that the participating user corresponds to the target disease level of the rheumatic heart valve disease, the server may further generate a disease label matched with the target disease level, where the disease label is used to identify the target disease level of the participating user corresponding to the rheumatic heart valve disease. Further, the server may obtain user information of the participating user from the authentication request and store the disease tag in association with the user information in the database. In this case, when the third party platform connected with the server can acquire the user information from the server, the target disease level of the rheumatic heart valve disease corresponding to the participating user can be determined according to the disease label stored in association with the user information.
In one embodiment, the server may further obtain user information of the participating user from the authentication request for the rheumatic heart valve disease, obtain historical disease information of the participating user according to the user information, and further analyze the historical disease information to determine whether the user has a related disease of the rheumatic heart valve disease, and when the server determines that the user has the related disease of the rheumatic heart valve disease, adjust a preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule according to a preset adjustment policy, and further determine whether authentication of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user is passed by adopting the adjusted preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule.
In one embodiment, the preset adjustment rule may be an adjustment of a preset number of thresholds corresponding to a preset rheumatic valvular disease authentication rule (i.e., an adjustment of a preset rheumatic valvular disease authentication rule). For example, if the initial preset number threshold indicated by the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule is 2, the result of the server executing the preset adjustment policy to adjust the initial preset number threshold 2 may be that the initial preset number threshold is adjusted from 2 to a specified adjustment threshold 1, where the specified adjustment threshold is preset by a developer.
In one embodiment, the authentication request carries information of a medical insurance card of the participating user, a database corresponding to the server stores in advance medicine information of a medicine (hereinafter referred to as preset medicine) for treating rheumatic heart valve disease, the medicine information includes a medical insurance card identifier (such as a medical insurance card number), and the server can acquire a medicine opening record corresponding to the medical insurance card identifier in a preset time range (i.e. a medicine opening record of the user in the preset time range) according to the medical insurance card identifier. Further, the server may analyze the medication start record, determine whether the preset medication stored in the database in advance exists in the medication start record, and if so, determine that the medication start record includes a medication for treating rheumatic heart valve disease, and further adjust the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule according to the preset adjustment rule, so that the server determines whether authentication of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user is passed by adopting the adjusted preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule.
The preset adjustment rule may be an adjustment of a preset number of thresholds corresponding to a preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule (i.e., an adjustment of a preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule). In particular, how to adjust the disease can be set by a developer according to national standard of authentication of rheumatic heart valve diseases or the standard of authentication of rheumatic heart valve diseases in various regions.
In one embodiment, the server may further obtain user information of the participating user from the authentication request for rheumatic heart valve disease, and obtain a historical illness claim record of the user from the third party platform according to the user information, the historical illness claim record indicating the number of illnesses for which the user has historically cleared the claim. Further, the server identifies the history disease claim records, and if the number of the diseases for which the history disease claim is obtained is greater than or equal to a preset disease number threshold, the server adjusts the preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule according to the preset adjustment rule, and further determines whether the authentication of the rheumatic heart valve disease of the participating user is passed or not by adopting the adjusted preset rheumatic heart valve disease authentication rule.
