For example, the network mark data with the selected flag bit of 0 and the international mobile equipment identity code form a target data pair.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the EMS system may store, in advance, the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identity, for which the identification information is set, in a number writing tool of a preset number writing station, so that the number writing tool may quickly acquire the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identity when needed.
Optionally, in an embodiment, before step 101, the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity, which are not used by the electronic device, may be bound in advance, and a pair of the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity after binding is a data pair, optionally, acquiring the target data pair includes: and selecting the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code as unused data pairs according to the identification information of the network logo data and the identification information of the international mobile equipment identification code, and taking the data pairs as target data pairs.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the unused beacon data and the international mobile equipment identity may also be written into one data set. So that when a target data pair is obtained, data can be selected directly from the data set. Optionally, before step 101, the method further includes: and writing the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code which are not used by any electronic device into a preset data set. Acquiring the target data pair includes: and acquiring a target data pair from a preset data set. That is, data is selected from a preset data set to obtain a target data pair.
In this embodiment, after the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity are obtained, the two data may be written into the target electronic device when needed, and optionally, writing the target data pair into the target electronic device includes: the target data pair is written into a non-volatile memory (NVRAM) of the target electronic device.
It is understood that the netbook data and the international mobile equipment identity in the target data pair may be stored at different addresses in the target electronic device.
By adopting the data writing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the target data pair comprising the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code can be obtained on the same number writing station, and then, two data in the target data pair are written into the target electronic device on the number writing station.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a data writing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the data writing method includes:
step 201, at a preset number writing station, acquiring a target data pair from a preset data set, where the preset data set includes a network logo data and an international mobile equipment identity, which are not used by any electronic device.
The step 201 is a refinement step of the step 101 in the first embodiment.
Optionally, before step 201, the method further includes: acquiring network logo data which is not used by the electronic device, and acquiring an international mobile equipment identification code which is not used by the electronic device; and writing the acquired network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code into a preset data set.
Optionally, when the target data pair is obtained from the preset data set, the target data pair may be formed by selecting the internet standard data and the international mobile equipment identity that are not used by any electronic device. Namely, the step of acquiring the target data pair from the preset data set comprises the following steps: selecting a network standard data and an international mobile equipment identification code from a preset data set, and forming a target data pair by using the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identification code.
In one embodiment, two subsets may be set in the preset data set, and the netbook data and the international mobile equipment identity are stored respectively. Optionally, before step 201, the method further includes: presetting a data set, and setting a network logo data subset and an identification code subset in the preset data set; acquiring the network logo data which is not used by the electronic device, and writing the acquired network logo data into the network logo data subset; and acquiring the international mobile equipment identification code which is not used by the electronic device, and writing the acquired international mobile equipment identification code into the identification code subset.
In this embodiment, obtaining the target data pair from the preset data set includes:
taking out a network logo data from the network logo data subset, and taking out an international mobile equipment identification code from the identification code subset;
and forming a target data pair by the extracted network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code.
In this embodiment, in view of the fact that the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity code, which are not used by the electronic device, are stored in the network logo data subset and the identity code subset, respectively, it is possible to take a network logo data from the network logo data subset by using a random selection method and take an international mobile equipment identity code from the identity code subset by using a random selection method. It can be understood that, after the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identification code are randomly extracted from the network standard data subset and the identification code subset, the data in the network standard data subset and the identification code subset are updated, the network standard data extracted for use does not exist in the network standard data subset, and the international mobile equipment identification code extracted for use does not exist in the identification code subset, so as to ensure that the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identification code stored in the network standard data subset and the identification code subset are both data unused by the electronic device.
Optionally, after the target data pair is obtained, the target data pair may be stored in the MES system, or the correspondence between the landmark data and the international mobile equipment identity may be stored in the MES system based on the target data pair. Therefore, the MES system can know the corresponding relation between the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code used in the same electronic device, and is convenient for inquiring or product backtracking when the electronic device has problems.
In the above embodiment, by adopting the scheme of setting the network logo data subset and the identification code subset respectively, the problem that the data types need to be distinguished due to the mixing of the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code can be avoided, and the number writing tool can be helped to quickly and accurately acquire the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code, so that the number writing speed is increased.
Further, identification information may be set for each of the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identity, and optionally, the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identity that are not used by any electronic device are respectively identified as unused, and the network standard data and the international mobile equipment identity that are used by the electronic device are respectively identified as used. In one embodiment, the identification information may be represented by a flag bit, which is set to 0 for the landmark data and the international mobile equipment identity that are not used by any electronic device, and is set to 1 for the landmark data and the international mobile equipment identity that are used by the electronic device.
In the above scheme of setting the identification information, both the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity in the preset data set are identified as unused. It is understood that, when a beacon data is taken from the subset of beacon data, an international mobile equipment identity is taken from the subset of identities; after the target data pair is formed by the extracted network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code, the method further comprises the following steps: and modifying the identification information of the netmark data and the international mobile equipment identification code in the target data pair from unused to used. Based on the above-mentioned update of the identification information, it can be further avoided that data already used by the electronic device exists in the preset data set in the present embodiment. The uniqueness of the internet mark data and the international mobile equipment identification code on the electronic device is ensured.
In another embodiment, the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity can be bound in advance before the target data pair is acquired from the preset data set, and when the target data pair needs to be acquired, the required network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity can be acquired simultaneously according to the binding relationship, so that the speed of acquiring the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identity is further improved.
In this embodiment, optionally, before obtaining the target data pair from the preset data set, the following steps a-c are further included:
a. acquiring network logo data and international mobile equipment identification codes which are not used by any electronic device;
b. binding the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code according to a one-to-one corresponding relation to form a data pair;
c. and writing the data pairs into a preset data set.
In the step b, the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code can be respectively sequenced to obtain a network logo data sequence and an international mobile equipment identification code sequence; and then binding the network mark data and the international mobile equipment identification code at the same position in the two sequences to obtain a plurality of data pairs.
Optionally, in this embodiment, acquiring the target data pair from the preset data set includes: and taking a data pair from a preset data set as a target data pair. It is understood that, in this embodiment, a data pair may be randomly taken out from a preset data set as a target data pair. Optionally, after a data pair is taken out from the preset data set as a target data pair, the target data pair does not exist in the preset data set, which can ensure that each target data pair is used by only one electronic device, and ensure the uniqueness of the internet mark data and the international mobile equipment identification code in the electronic device.
Optionally, in this embodiment, identification information may be set for each pair of data, the data pair that is not used by any electronic device for the landmark data and the international mobile equipment identity is identified as unused, and the data pair that is used by the electronic device for the landmark data and the international mobile equipment identity is identified as used. In one embodiment, the identification information may be represented by a flag bit, which is represented by 0 and 1, and is set to 0 for a data pair in which the landmark data and the international mobile equipment identity are not used by any electronic device, and is set to 1 for a data pair in which the landmark data and the international mobile equipment identity are used by the electronic device. It can be understood that, after taking a data pair from the preset data set as a target data pair, the method further includes: the identification information of the target data pair is modified from unused to used.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after step c, the method further includes: and storing the corresponding relation between the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code in the preset data set.
Optionally, after the data pairs are written into the preset data set, the preset data set can be stored into a number writing tool of the preset number writing station, so as to reduce the time required by the number writing tool to acquire the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code.
In the above embodiment, based on the scheme of setting the data pair in advance, when the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code are acquired, the two data can be acquired by performing data acquisition operation only once in the data set, so that the acquisition speed of the network logo data and the international mobile equipment identification code is further increased, and the production speed of the electronic device is favorably increased.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, multiple identical pipelines may exist in the MES system, and the steps of the data writing method of this embodiment may be completed on preset number writing stations on the multiple pipelines at the same time, in this case, for a scheme that a preset data set needs to be written in a number writing tool on the preset number writing station, the MES system may set a data set for each station in advance according to the number of the preset number writing stations, write an appropriate amount of network logo data and an international mobile equipment identification code into each data set, and then write each data set into the number writing tool of the corresponding preset number writing station.
Step 202, writing the target data pair into the target electronic device on a preset number writing station.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the logotype data and the international mobile equipment identity in the target data pair may be written into a nonvolatile memory of the target electronic device. In this embodiment, specific storage addresses of the logotype data and the international mobile equipment identity in the nonvolatile memory may be different.
Optionally, writing the target data pair into the target electronic device at the preset number writing station includes:
acquiring a first storage address used for storing the network logo data and a second storage address used for storing the international mobile equipment identification code in the target electronic device on a preset number writing station;
and writing the netmark data in the target data pair into a first storage address, and writing the international mobile equipment identification code in the target data pair into a second storage address.
