The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate or are based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate description of the present invention and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
A touch screen induction cooker convenient to clean is shown in fig. 1-3, and comprises a bottom shell 1, a panel 2, a burner 3, an electromagnetic valve 4, a double-layer liquid containing disc 5, a distributor 6, a pot bracket I7, a touch display component 8 and a controller;
the panel 2 is arranged at the upper end of the bottom shell 1, a furnace end hole I21 is formed in the panel 2, and the double-layer liquid containing disc 5, the distributor 6 and the pot bracket I7 are coaxially arranged at the upper end of the furnace end hole I21;
the furnace end 3 is arranged in the bottom shell 1, an air inlet of the furnace end 3 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 4, and an air outlet passes through the furnace end hole I21;
an air inlet of the electromagnetic valve 4 is connected with a fuel gas pipe, and the electromagnetic valve 4 is electrically connected with the controller;

As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 4-7, furnace end holes II 53 are formed in the middle of the fixed disc 51 and the liquid containing disc 52, the outer diameter of the liquid containing disc 52 is larger than that of the fixed disc 51, and the outer diameter of the fixed disc 51 is larger than the inner diameter of the furnace end hole I21.
The upper surface of the liquid containing disc 52 is provided with a liquid containing groove 521 with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part along the circumferential direction, the inner end of the lower surface is provided with a groove 522 along the circumferential direction, a plurality of limit protrusions I523 are arranged in the groove 522 along the circumferential direction, and a limit groove I524 is formed between two adjacent limit protrusions I523.
The upper surface of fixed disk 51 is equipped with a plurality of spacing protruding II 511 with spacing groove I524 complex along the circumferencial direction, is provided with a plurality of screw holes 512 on the fixed disk 51, and the screw passes behind the screw hole 512 and fixes fixed disk 51 on furnace end 3.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 5-8, a plurality of limiting blocks 525 are arranged at the edge of the outer end of the liquid containing disc 52 along the circumferential direction of the liquid containing disc 52, liquid draining ports 526 are arranged at two ends of the limiting blocks 525, and the liquid draining ports 526 are communicated with the liquid containing tank 521.
Ignition needle perforations 54 and induction needle perforations 55 are arranged on the liquid containing disc 52 and the fixed disc 51 and close to the furnace end hole II 53; a downward retainer 527 is arranged at the edge of the furnace end hole II 53 on the liquid containing disc 52 along the circumferential direction of the liquid containing disc 52.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 8-10, the bottom ends of the outer ring distributor 61 and the inner ring distributor 62 are respectively provided with a fuel channel 63, and the fuel channels 63 are communicated with the air outlet of the furnace end 3;
the outer ring distributor 61 is of an annular structure, an outer side surface 613 inclining inwards is arranged on the outer side wall of the outer ring distributor 61 along the circumferential direction, an inner side surface 614 inclining outwards is arranged on the inner side wall along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of triangular tables 615 are uniformly arranged on the inner side surface 614 along the circumferential direction;
the inboard combustion hole 611 is arranged on the side that triangle-shaped platform 615 outwards inclines, and outside combustion hole 612 evenly distributed is on the same horizontal plane of outside face 613, and the outside combustion hole 612 lower extreme of outside face 613 is provided with a plurality of steady flame holes 616, and outside combustion hole 612 and steady flame hole 616 alternate setting, and the diameter of outside combustion hole 612 is greater than steady flame hole 616, and inboard combustion hole 611, outside combustion hole 612 and steady flame hole 616 all communicate fuel channel 63.
As an optimization of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the inner ring distributor 62 includes a support seat 621 and a distributor cap 622, and the distributor cap 622 is mounted on the support seat 621;
the fuel channel 63 is disposed in the support 621, the support 621 is provided with a protrusion i 6211 and a protrusion ii 6212 extending radially outwards, the protrusion i 6211 is provided with a plurality of ignition holes 6213, the protrusion ii 6212 is provided with a plurality of sensing holes 6214, and the ignition holes 6213 and the sensing holes 6214 are both communicated with the fuel channel 63.
As an optimized scheme of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8-10, the fire dividing cap 622 comprises a top cover plate 6221, a cylindrical burner 6222 at the lower end of the top cover plate 6221, and a sensing needle water baffle 6223 arranged on the side surface of the cylindrical burner 6222, wherein the side wall of the cylindrical burner 6222 is inclined inwards from bottom to top, and a plurality of fire discharging holes 6224 are formed in the side wall and the upper end of the cylindrical burner 6222.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 11, a pot support i 7 comprises a pot support bottom ring i 71 and a plurality of pot support legs i 72 arranged on the pot support bottom ring i 71; the bottom ring I71 of the pot support is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves II 711 which are clamped with the limiting blocks 525, and the double-layer liquid containing disc 5 is positioned at the inner end of the bottom ring I71 of the pot support.
As an optimization scheme of the invention, an ignition needle for ignition and a sensing needle for sensing flame temperature are arranged on the furnace end 3, and the ignition needle and the sensing needle are electrically connected with the controller, and the sensing needle is a thermocouple sensing needle in the embodiment.
After the ignition needle passes through the ignition needle perforation 54, the discharge end of the ignition needle is opposite to the outlet of the ignition hole 6213;
after the sensing needle passes through the sensing needle perforation 55, the sensing needle tip is positioned beside the outlet of the sensing hole 6214 and is opposite to the sensing needle water baffle 6223.
As an optimization scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 13, the kitchen range is a double kitchen range, the double kitchen range further comprises a pot support II 9 arranged on the pot support I7, the pot support II 9 comprises a pot support bottom ring II 91 and a plurality of pot support legs II 92 arranged on the pot support bottom ring II 91, the inner diameter of the pot support bottom ring II 91 is smaller than the inner diameter of the pot support bottom ring I71, and a plurality of bottom ring clamping grooves 93 for clamping the pot support bottom ring I71 are formed in the pot support bottom ring II 91.
As an optimization scheme of the invention, the touch key 81 is a capacitive touch key, and the touch key 81 comprises an ignition key, a big fire key, a small fire key, a timing key and a child lock key; the embodiment is a double cooking range, so each cooking range corresponds to an ignition key, a big fire key, a small fire key and a timing key for controlling the combustion of the cooking range, the ignition key, the big fire key, the small fire key, the timing key, the child lock key, the timing key, the small fire key, the big fire key and the ignition key are sequentially arranged from left to right, the left ignition key, the big fire key, the small fire key and the timing key control the left cooking range, the right ignition key, the big fire key, the small fire key and the timing key control the right cooking range, and the child lock is used for locking the ignition key, the big fire key, the small fire key and the timing key, so that the child lock cannot be operated.
The kitchen range further comprises a child lock LED indicator lamp and a buzzer, wherein the child lock LED indicator lamp is arranged on the panel 2, the buzzer is arranged in the bottom shell 1, and the child lock LED indicator lamp and the buzzer are electrically connected with the controller;
the panel 2 is a toughened glass panel, and the back surface of the toughened glass panel is attached with explosion-proof glass fibers.

installation of the burner 3 and the solenoid valve 4: the burner 3 and the electromagnetic valve 4 are arranged in the bottom shell 1, the air inlet of the electromagnetic valve 4 is communicated with a gas pipeline, the outlet is communicated with the air inlet of the burner 3, the air outlet of the burner 3 is arranged at a burner hole I21 of the panel 2, and the ignition needle and the induction needle are arranged at the ignition needle mounting position and the induction needle mounting position of the air outlet end of the burner 3.
Mounting of a double-layer liquid containing disc 5: firstly, sleeving a fixed disc 51 at an air outlet of a stove head 3, respectively penetrating an ignition needle penetrating hole 54 and a sensing needle penetrating hole 55 of the fixed disc 51, penetrating screw holes 512 on the fixed disc 51 by using screws, fixing the fixed disc 51 at the air outlet end of the stove head 3, and fixing the fixed disc on a stove panel 2; finally, the limiting groove I524 on the liquid containing disc 52 is clamped at the limiting protrusion II 511 on the fixed disc 51, the rotation of the liquid containing disc 52 is limited, and the liquid containing disc 52 is fixedly arranged on the fixed disc 51 due to self gravity.
Mounting of the distributor 6: an outer ring distributor 61 is arranged on an outer ring distributor installation position of a furnace end hole I21 on the panel 2, and an inner ring distributor 62 is arranged on an inner ring distributor installation position of the furnace end hole I21 on the panel 2; when the distributor is installed, the fuel channel 63 of the distributor 6 is communicated with the air outlet hole of the furnace end 3, and meanwhile, the sensing needle water baffle 6223 of the distributor 6 is required to face the sensing needle of the kitchen range.
Installation of a pot support I7: the bottom ring I71 of the pan support I7 is sleeved at the outer end of the liquid containing disc 52, and the limiting block 525 of the liquid containing disc 52 is clamped in the limiting groove II 711 of the bottom ring I71 of the pan support to limit the rotation of the bottom ring I71 of the pan support, namely, the rotation of the pan support I7 is limited.
When the smaller cookware needs to be heated, the cooker support II 9 needs to be arranged on the cooker support I7: the bottom ring clamping groove 93 of the bottom ring II 91 of the pot support is clamped on the bottom ring I71 of the pot support.
The method comprises the following steps:
in operation, the ignition touch key 81 of the touch display assembly 8 is controlled to control ignition of the ignition needle, and fuel gas enters the fuel channel 63 of the distributor 6 from the furnace end 3, the ignition needle ignites the fuel gas in the fuel channel 63, and the fuel gas burns, so that flames are generated by the inner side combustion holes 611, the outer side combustion holes 612, the flame stabilizing holes 616 and the flame discharge holes 6224. The fire row holes 6224 heat up near the center of the pan bottom, and the inner side combustion holes 611, the outer side combustion holes 612 and the flame stabilizing holes 616 heat up at other positions of the pan bottom. The inner side combustion holes 611 are uniformly distributed on a plurality of triangle tables which incline outwards, so that the inner side combustion holes 611 form a conical flame wall when being burnt; the outer combustion holes 612 are uniformly distributed on the outer side surface, so that the outer combustion holes 612 form an inverted cone-shaped fire wall when being burnt, and the fire distribution is uniform, thereby being beneficial to heating the kitchen range. While burning, the sensing needle outside the sensing hole 6214 senses the flame at the sensing hole 6214, and if the flame at the sensing hole burns abnormally or the distributor 6 extinguishes abnormally, the sensing needle controls the electromagnetic valve 4 to be closed through the controller, and the air supply to the distributor 6 is stopped.
When the kitchen range is in use, the operation of the kitchen range is controlled by touching the keys 81, and the controller displays information on the display screen after processing. The touch keys comprise ignition keys, big fire keys, small fire keys, timing keys and child lock keys, the ignition keys are starting keys, the ignition keys are used for controlling ignition needles to ignite, the big fire keys and the small fire keys are used for controlling the fire power, the timing keys are used for timing combustion of the kitchen range, and the child lock keys are used for locking the ignition keys, the big fire keys, the small fire keys and the timing keys, so that safety accidents caused by misoperation of children are prevented. The display screen is used for displaying the working state information of the kitchen range, including fire power information and timing time information. The child lock LED indicator lamp is used for reminding a user whether a touch key of the kitchen range is in a locking state, the buzzer is used for reminding the user of noticing abnormal flameout of the kitchen range, and the child lock LED indicator lamp and the buzzer are mutually combined to prevent safety accidents.
The controller in the invention receives information input by a user at the touch key 81, controls the electromagnetic valve 4 to start to supply air to the distributor 6, controls the ignition needle to ignite, controls the display screen to display working information of the kitchen range, controls the buzzer to sound and the child lock LED indicator lamp to flash, and simultaneously receives information of the induction needle to control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve 4, as shown in fig. 14.
When the kitchen range is in use, soup and greasy dirt falling down from the cooker flow downwards in a proper way and are collected in the liquid containing tank 521, so that the phenomenon that the normal use of the kitchen range is affected due to the fact that the soup, the greasy dirt and other liquids flow into the internal space of the kitchen range is avoided. The fixing disc 51 with smaller diameter is covered by the liquid containing disc 52 with larger diameter, and the screws in the fixing disc 51 at the lower layer are prevented from being corroded by liquid such as soup, greasy dirt and the like by the protection of the liquid containing disc 52 at the upper layer, so that the fixing disc is easy to detach during maintenance; at the same time, the retainer 527 also blocks liquids such as soup and oil from entering the upper surface of the fixed disk 51 from the gap between the liquid containing disk 52 and the burner hole II 53 of the fixed disk 51 to erode the screw.
Cleaning:
during cleaning, the distributor 6 is directly taken out upwards for cleaning. For the cleaning of the pan support I7 and the double-layer liquid containing disc 5, the pan support I7 outside the liquid containing disc 52 is firstly taken out, so that liquid in the liquid containing groove 521 is discharged from the liquid outlet 526, then the liquid containing disc 52 is taken out upwards, the liquid containing disc 52 is cleaned by cleaning cloth, and the interference caused by parts such as fixing screws, ignition needles, induction needles and the like to the cleaning of the liquid containing disc 52 is avoided.
