The multifunctional floor lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lampshade (130) comprises an outer cover (131) and a fixing bracket, the fixing bracket comprises a first fixing seat (132), a second fixing seat (134) and a plurality of fixing rods (133), the first fixing seat (132) is installed on the inner side wall of the top of the outer cover (131), the second fixing seat (134) is detachably installed on the top of the installation rod (120), and two ends of the plurality of fixing rods (133) are respectively fixed on the first fixing seat (132) and the second fixing seat (134).
